The reception area is welcoming, and the interior is always clean and decorated tastefully and themed for the appropriate season. Beverages and candies are always available, and light snacks upon request. The esthetitian staff here are highly skilled and very cordial. The service rooms are downright luxurious, with thoughtful ambiance and extremely comfortable beds! Cassie and Donna are my forever-favorites, but overall the staff members at this spa & the partner salon (especially Erin from Natural or Not) are skilled and accommodating. My friend brought me here for a side by side facial service as a birthday gift. I am floored by how amazing the estheticians are! When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the owner. We were then brought to our room and everything was clean and decorated beautifully. There was sparkling wine and a platter of fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us. We were given plenty of time to wind down and change before our service started. Cassie and Donna are very skilled and kind. They gave us back massages and exfoliations that felt divine and facials that left us both feeing amazing. I suffer from stubborn blackheads on my nose but Debbie got rid of every single one. You know that feeling you get when you walk into an upscale hair salon and you feel like you're being looked up and down and talked about before you even get into the chair? That doesn't happen here. Erin has been doing my hair for many years. But even in the beginning, before I knew her, she made me feel comfortable. The salon is absolutely gorgeous -- very tastefully decorated and kept super clean. All the people who work there are friendly and fun to be around. I have never waited for my appointment to begin. Whether I am getting a pedicure or having my hair done, my time is always respected. It seems like a small thing, but it really does mean a lot. Aside from the beautiful surroundings and the great people, the people at Natural or Not really know what they are doing. They are always learning new things. Nobody walks out of there unhappy because if they even SUSPECT that you are not loving what they did, they will make sure you LOVE it before you leave. I can't say enough about this salon. Found this salon. In feb 2016. Had my first pedi!!! Truely a great expierance. ABBY hasbeen doing my pedi now for 5 months now. And im happy to say. I love my feet. Abby makes it so enjoyable, fun. What I got was staff wearing masks that didn't cover their noses, conversations about all the bars they frequented last weekend and a barely passable pedicure. When I was a customer at this salon everybody was nice and made you feel welcomed, however I was made aware that maybe the knowledge of hair color wasn't there forte. I say this not to be mean or to rip anyone but I spent a lot of money to walk out of the salon many times with toner in my hair(blue patches) and my hair was blonde so you could see it very well. It did wash out, but it took many washes so by the time I was ready to go back for a touch up it was back in again. I was told my hair was porous and it sucked up the toner. I had no clue, I am not a hair dresser and for them to let me walk out like that is just ridiculous. I then wanted to change up my hair and have lowlights put in along with highlights. She suggested that I do a semi permanent in case I didn't like it. My hair looked AWFUL and they actually let me walk out of there without mentioning maybe they need to fix it. I never once complained and my husband was always asking why my hair was blue but when I walked in the door he immediately said call them and have them fix that. I called and went in the next day and the gray blue color that was supposed to be brown was washed out of my hair. My hair was now an orange color. I did not go back again. I have since found a salon that knows their stuff and the knowledge of color is incredible. My hair finally isn't blue when I leave the salon and the color looks great! read more

The spraytan I had done was terrible but I believe it was the product itself. The receptionist was incredibly nice and she seemed to be very accurate with how she applied it . I had numerous spraytans done in the past by different salons so I am well accustomed to the 'Do's and Don't's'... but my tan faded the very next day in large patches - I went on a weekend trip to New York and it was incredibly embarrassing. I was really disappointed and when I got back I called the manager to let her know what happened and how something was up with the product and she tried to tell me it was new. I explained what had happened again and she just tried to offer me another tan.. she didn't really seem all that interested in what I had to say. Oh well. 1 star because I can't give zero for the tan lol... but again, the receptionist was wonderful. I didnt have any other services done here but the place seemed very clean and organized. I would probably go back to try a cut but heck no on the tanning! read more

My friend was alerted to a special on facials and pedicures on Facebook so we decided to give Natural or Not a try. Salon is very cute and the staff seemed knowledgeable. My friend had very positive results with her facial. I didn't notice much of a difference but it was wonderful nonetheless. Cassie did a fantastic job. The only reason I'm giving salon 4 stars and not 5 is because of the $40 up charge to have your appointment together. There were no customers the entire time we were there. So they certainly could have done both facials and pedicures simultaneously. They made a point to do them alternatively. I completely understand if there were other customers how rearranging rooms or pedicure chairs would be cumbersome. But with no other customers it was a bit petty. With the many competing salons out there, this one might have stood out just a little bit more by going above and beyond making our girls night a little more special. That being said I had a great experience and would totally recommend. read more
