After a very quick facial, I went to pay and the total had jumped from $59 to $124. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the add-ons. Then I received a text receipt showing $137 instead -- which I'm assuming included a tip I never agreed to. I didn't argue in the moment, but I definitely learned a lesson. Between the rescheduling, lateness, confusing upsell tactics, and surprise charges, I would not recommend Oasis Spa in Saugus. Proceed with caution.

I thought I misheard until she repeated herself. No matter the language, the n-word is UNMISTAKABLE. I believe she said to her colleague something like, "You get this n-word and I'll get this other n-word". I confronted her and told her that we would be leaving immediately. To add insult to injury, instead of apologizing, she demanded that we pay before leaving. Mind you, this happened at the start of the appointment, so we hadn't actually received any massage yet!
