You pay 50$ with barely any time to relax and it feels like they are rushing to do as many turn overs as possible. I also went there to get my shellac nails removed and once again was rushed leaving stuff all over my nails. Very poorly done. My mother had the exact same issue where she was barely in there for half an hour and it felt rushed to her as well When getting a full pedicure. if you are paying 50$ you want to enjoy it, get a decent rub and know they took time to do your nails without missing anything.

It was usually very busy and definitely best to call in advance for a slot. This was my first visit since covid hit and the safety protocols were in place. Hand sanitizer upon entering. Alternate seating. Movable plexiglass which made sense as they would be easier to clean too. The nail technicians are very good here and I am always pleased with the results. After trying a couple of other places where they were less than stellar, I guess I should make an effort to travel back to New West to have my pedicure. Since it is in the same plaza as IT Char burger, I can kill two birds with one stone. Pedicure and burger. Winning combination. Friendly staff and reasonable prices (thankfully no increase). Shellac is available here too.

She also takes her time and doesn't rush in terms of the exact style and shape you need. I've come in countless times with a broken nail (definitely more times my fault e.g. being too rough with them) and she's been able to fix them flawlessly. You definitely have to book ahead with Jennifer as she's usually booked the days that she works there: Wed-Sat. Thank you ladies for everything!

We called around to maybe 4 different places and charisma was the only location to accept 4 of us as walk-ins at the same time. The location is right on a busy street so it is a little hard to find parking. When we entered there was one woman getting a manicure and 5 pedicure chairs along the opposite wall. The ladies here took great care of us, me and my buddy got a standard pedicure and our partners added polish. Pricing seemed expensive but when doing the conversion, were from Seattle, it was on par with our prices. We all agreed, this random shop we stumbled upon was probably the best pedicure either of us have ever had, and collectively, we've had ALOT. They do such good work here. They were accommodative not just to me but almost all the walk ins that I observed during my one hour there. It is a little crammed but they are efficient and quick. My only critic was that the person on the front desk was more interested in their phone than in greeting me. I was a little worried if they will continue to check their notifications while they did my nails as well but luckily that did not happen. I came here for a pedicure and unfortunately wasn't very impressed with my first experience…read more The first thing I noticed was that the arm of the pedicure chair was pretty dirty. The pedicure started off fine with soaking and exfoliating, but when the technician was cutting my nails, she accidentally cut the corner of my left big toe and it started bleeding. She noticed right away and took care of it, and the bleeding stopped quickly. I've had many pedicures before and this was the first time I've ever been cut to the point of bleeding, so I didn't feel comfortable having her continue. I asked her to just colour my nails. Another technician ended up taking over and she was much better and seemed more experienced. My biggest issue was really the cleanliness. Besides the chair, the UV/LED nail lamp was visibly dirty with a lot of old stains and residue on it. Overall, the service was okay, especially after the second nail technician took over, but between getting cut and the cleanliness of the place, I wouldn't come back. I'm very surprised with the good reviews on Google.

Blissful uses non-toxic products that don't sting your nose nor gives you headache and can sometimes irritate your skin. The nail technicians are all friendly and they know what they're doing. I was told that they never reuse their foot scrubs. This is very important to me and I guess to everyone. You don't want to be using the same scrubs other people used. I did both manicure and pedicure and both times I'm very satisfied. This place is highly recommended.
