Service was adequate. Place has been redone and is nice. They weren't sure what to charge me since "not a lot of people come in for regular manicures anymore". ( Also the reason they don't have any normal fans in the place, and probably why my nails are damaged less than 2 hours after getting them done. ) I go up to pay, sign right next to the counter says "$20+", this was a simple manicure, 1 color, no design. The girl asks me cash or card, I say card. She tells me, $28. I said the sign says $20. She tells me the boss, upped the prices 10%. I say that would still only be $22, she repeats it's $28, plus a $2 card charge. At that point, it is what it is, so I pay her and tip the nail tech, but I definitely won't be back. Your signage should match your pricing, at least within reason, and $30 for you to clip, file and paint my nails is ridiculous. Especially when I can't even dry them properly.

I've gone to this location a few times for a dipping powder manicure and regular pedicure. I tried…read moregel for awhile but didn't like the filing down on my nails plus my nails were getting very weak. The salon I went to for my gel manicures didn't do dipping powder so I found this place which is close to home and had good reviews. Two different ladies serviced me when I went there and each time they both were not friendly, didn't greet me and just seemed uninterested. This was before I asked them to use thin layer of powder because I didn't like the dipping powder thick. Each time I informed them of what I wanted they obliged and my nails came out perfect. My pedicures also came out fine. My only issue with each of them was that they were unfriendly didn't greet me and seemed disinterested. Weeks ago while at an appointment I asked to speak to the owner to inform her that these two ladies should be a little more courteous and friendly. I didn't get the opportunity to speak to her at that appointment however while scheduling my last appointment about a week and a half ago, same dipping powder manicure and regular pedicure, I tried to schedule with someone other than two women who usually perform my services but I was told by the owner that they were the only ones who performs those services so I scheduled with one of them against my better judgement. This time my nails didn't come out right, the powder was very light on the tip of my nails and my pedicure was scuffed. I contacted the owner to return and have the issues corrected which was scheduled immediately to their credit. When I showed up for the appointment to have the issues corrected the woman who performed my services at the last appointment and who was to correct the issues asked me what I needed, I asked her if the owner informed her that I called about some issues with my nails and toes and she said, "You don't listen, you don't listen!" I asked her what she was talking about and she said, You don't listen!" I don't know who she thought she was talking to because she was very loud and unprofessional and who tells a client in such a rude manner that they don't listen. I informed her that she had no right to talk to me that way and I left without letting her correct her errors. I then contacted the owner to inform her what I experienced and the owner informed me that she reviewed the tape and since I walked out the best she could do is give me back half of my money. She further informed me that dipping powder has to be done a certain way and I always refuse and don't allow them to do their jobs by telling them I don't want the dipping powder thick. She couldn't answer why my nails, with me telling them previously that I don't want the layer thick, other times came out perfectly fine. She also went on to tell me that the two have said that I come in and when they greet me I give a blank stare. The audacity of the owner and those two employees.. for the owner to take her employees side and not hold them accountable at all is awful.... Then she had the nerve to tell me that neither of them will work on my nails but I had to remind her that I walked out and didn't plan on returning... horrible experience. Not once did she offer an apology for how her employee spoke to me, all she did was inform how my nails didn't come out right because I didn't let them do their job. She also said there could have been a language barrier but rude is rude in all languages..

Sabrina educated me on so many things about "regular" nail salons hence the reason why I will never go back to a regular salon. I couldn't get my nails done bc of a bad experience at another "regular" nail salon, but I will be back asap to get my nails and toes done there. Its Heaven when they massage your feet, their really strong handed and they are really neat in painting your feet. I love the massage chair they have thier as well, overlooking the place they seem very neat clean using newly bagged product, also they have a great selection of nail polish (essie, O.P.I) I love that! The foot spa is reasonably priced and everything else is normal price Some nail salon charge for any little thing even charging a dollar or two more (wow) for using O.P.I nail polish, (which my favorite is linclon park and I use it often) so I was relieved that this wasn't one of them. This salon is 7 mins away from home and this is definitely my go to for now.
