My mother In law and I had 9am appt for pedicures and me and could not wait to be pampered since it had been so long due to covid since we had our toes done. They seated us promptly and we happen to be the only two there, so it was quite relaxing. We indulged in the $60 pedicure which included everything for 60 minutes. My particular favorite was the wax treatment, it was like your foot was being hugged by a warm bootie and the leg and foot massages. Heaven! I was in major need of a mani/pedi fix stat! I live in the Southwest area and already have an established nail salon that i go to, but the bf lives around Henderson so I was on a hunt to find another place I can go to whenever I'm in the bf's side of town. Started off with the pedi - the pedicure was good. I enjoyed the massage chairs. It was similar to the ones that you see in Brookstone with the different types of massage styles to choose from. Very relaxing. Anyway, I took away a star because they did not offer any reading materials for customers. FAIL! Luckily I had my iphone with me to keep me entertained. Oh thank heaven for iPhones. As a customer, you would think that the business owners are considerate enough to provide some means of entertainment. Maybe some people don't care. Maybe some people will just go to sleep. Or maybe some people will make conversations. For one that's not me, I do care. I get bored easily. And two, the staff didn't try to make small talk. The manicure was fine as well - nothing really to mention. Full set pink and white $35 + pedicure w/french tip $30 + Gel overlay $5. Total damage $70+tip. Ouch! Sigh... this is the price I get for maintenance. Would I come here again? Eh. Probably not. I am pretty sure there is a diamond in the rough somewhere in his area. read more

I've been coming here for about two months now. So probably 4 times total. The first time I came it was because my regular nail place couldn't fit me in. I was having issues with my nails constantly breaking before two weeks was up, but I didn't complain at the other place because they fixed it for free. When the guy here started filling my nails I realized why they had been breaking. The previous place wasn't taking their time. This guy took his time and basically clipped and filed off everything that was weak or would have broken. While he was doing it I noticed some 3D design examples. I asked about them and he said yeah they can def do them. So when he was done with the acrylic part, I moved over to another young woman who did the design part. She's the one who's done my fills every time afterwards. I honestly wish that I had taken pictures of the previous jobs but I'll probably update this review weekly because she does an amazing job. I like some really flashy complicated stuff and she takes her time and makes sure all the stuff I add on there stays on for two full weeks. I work somewhere that I open a lot of boxes and type on a keyboard, but I like my nails long. They still last. The rhinestones, the 3D flowers, all of it. I've only had one nail break and I'm really rough on them. People literally stop me in public to ask about my nails. read more

Not even a week in and my acrylic is breaking off and how the fill was done so thick by the cuticle it's getting caught in my hair. I was telling the lady the whole time that it was too thick and some spots she drilled off the acrylic so much I had to tell her like hey this should be like this .. she would add more acrylic and didn't even file down. This place is the worst place I have ever been to! There was a dumb little girl who couldn't do a pedicure appropriately. I thought she was going to cry every time I pointed out her mistakes. I got there at 145pm, asked for Matte set and pedi. She started with the pedicure first and it was NOT MATTE AT ALL. They were going to charge me 95 for the whole thing!! With in twenty four hours My dipped powder nail polish broke. Anna ( the person who did my nails) was very rough and seamed to be rushed as she didn't even seal the powder between applications. I was in dire need of a pedicure and decided to try a new place, Nail FX which was super convenient; close to my home. The reason for the two star is that my toes clearly looked better than what they were, however the overall experience was not good. 1. A man was sitting at the front of the salon on his computer, learning to play a guitar. When I asked about their pedicure services / prices, he looked at me dazed and confused. I could tell that he worked there, however his computer / guitar appeared to be more important to him... this should have been my first clue to leave and go elsewhere! 2. The entire pedicure from start to finish was 30 minutes. My experience with all other pedicures is 45 - 60 minutes. 3. Massage: Don't count on it. Lotion was put on my feet and legs with a few swipes (no massage), maybe one minute on each leg / foot. The young lady did not even rub the lotion in, it was so quick, she actually took paper towels and wiped the lotion off! I was shocked! 4. Calluses: Forget it... she did the bare minimum, in fact, when I got home, I had to soak my feet and complete the pedicure, thus removing the calluses. 5. Did not talk at all. Did not even ask me to choose my polish, I had to ask her if she wanted me to pick my polish... wow! 6. The young lady doing my pedicure (she had very long coffin nails) was continually turning around and watching the TV. Seemed to be more interested in that then her job. I will not go back, nor do I recommend Nail FX in Henderson located at Wigwam and Pecos. read more

Today it was my first visit, I got an appointment with Alice since she has a good reviews, when my time coming she start working on my nails and try to remove my acrylic without soking of which it was painful. When I asked for that, she said" i do not have time for that", I do have another appointment, I was just about to live and Ann took over. Once she start working on it a client shows up and her husband continue, funally she came back and no enough husband took over until finish. The polish so poor quality and very thin gel, no enough with that when he file my nails the material it was duty, old and most likely no cleaned was very noticeable. This place was AMAZING. I was in town visiting from Louisiana and needed somewhere good to get a pedicure. The staff were really kind, it was my best friend's birthday and I treated both of us to the ultimate package, it was definitely worth the money spent. We were given red wine and had options of music choice and beverages. acrylic nails. if i could give negative five stars i would. the lady that runs the shop was money hungry and extremely rude. she didnt care about my feelings or my nails at all. her sister was amazing and kind to me but the main lady sucked. she ruined my nails. by ruined i mean she mis shaped them, they were lumpy, they had a very bad upward slope, she kept hurting me with rigorous filing to my cuticles, she made me bleed, she didnt listen to me and then she got mad when my mom and her sister and i, told her that the nails sucked. she tried to blame me and it was a horrible service. i had to get them removed by the sister. we did not have to pay because they were done so horrible. once the acrylic nails were removed, my original nails were bumpy and ruined. dont go here, they will jack ur nails and ruin your day. this experience was 2 hours of my life that i wont get back. i wish i got a picture of how horrible these nails were. not recommended. This place started off innocent enough, but it's either a laundering business or they simple don't care about returning customers. There were only 2 technicians and the older one did a fill for $30, and it was terrible. The full set fill was listed at 20 usd plus on the menu. She quoted at 25 with a clear coat. I asked her to trim my nail. She didn't. When I asked for white, the quality of the polish was horrible! She also added $5 for color polish. I asked her to put an additional coat because the polish had pores in it, and it was drying with some wavy pattern. She was rude! When the other technician interfered she was even more more rude. Unbelievable. My nail person asked where I got my nails done prior, then told me that next time I should go where I got my nails done previously. I was stunned. At no point did either technician have an ounce of customer service. When I asked her what brand the polish was, she said opi, which is a lie. The bottle didn't have a brand. The total fill took her under 40 minutes. Finally when I look at my nails carefully they were uneven and lumpy! What a waste of time and money. Go elsewhere. Oh and she made sure to take payment before she applied the gel quick dry polish, which I've never heard of. I guess now I know it's because their intention is not to satisfy the customer. read more

Let me say you get what you pay for. $15 manicure may seem like a deal but, the nail tech commented on how short my nails are, didnt use the cleanest tools or cuticle remover and cuts me twice, it's time to speak up.
