Hidden gem! They do great work no matter who you get doing your nails. You may pay a little more than the places around town, but you definitely get what you pay for. Supporting small businesses like theirs is easy as they are family owned and operated. I recommend this warm, friendly environment! read more

I have been going to Nail Express for almost 4 years. I moved from Texas to Florida 6 years ago and tried a few other salons for a couple of years.I was surprised how much more expensive everything is in Florida compared to Texas. I noticed that some salons have very high turnover and never saw the same technician twice. These salons also cut corners and never removed all the old product before adding the new product (which is very damaging to your nails). Other salons had good technicians but they overbooked their appointments. I was shuffled from chair to chair as others stepped in to help when my technician was behind which was many times. Finally I found Nail Express! I get the NextGen nails and I love them. This salon is about $5 more than other salons I had been at but they are worth it. The quality of the work and the customer service is superior to many salons in the area. I always book my appointments with Twee. Everyone there seems to be very dedicated to the quality of their work. My finished nails are always perfect and my nails are very healthy. The technicians and the customers are all easy to talk to and it is a relaxing environment. They do not overbook appointments. Each client is given personal attention and I do feel like they really care about their work and their clients. I would encourage everyone to book ahead of time so you are not disappointed. If you care about customer service, quality and having beautiful nails, you will love Nail Express! They are not the cheapest but they are the best! read more

My experiences at Nail Express in Boca have been very positive. A past nail biter, my nails and cuticles are a challenge, but technician Jenny couldn't have been nicer. She did a great job and my nails are looking better each week. I have heard that all the technicians in the salon are very good. The owner was welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxed. read more

After about 7 years of using NexGen on my nails, I finally found a salon who does it better than I've ever seen! Worth the drive from Boynton Beach, without doubt! I'll be back again, and again, and again... read more

Excellent customer service! Everyone working was very nice. Great service, especially for the price as compared to many other places in Boca. My feet look and feel great. Economical with a pedicure for $25. Not a lot of frills but I'll definitely be back. read more

Very friendly nail technician and pleasant shop. Easy to get appointment while traveling through town. Even called to let me know they were running a bit late so I wouldn't have to sit and wait there. Would go regularly if in town. read more

It's close to my work, I can always get in any time for walk-in or if I make an appointment I never have to wait! Staff is friendly, salon clean and great selection of colors! The only problem is at lunch time it's hard to find parking since it's mostly restaurants in the plaza. Overall great nail salon in Boca! read more

Nail Express Boca - Long did my nails for the first time and me exceeded my expectations! - Nail Salons Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Great place, friendy people, good price. Happy with my mani/pedi. Will be back again

I moved down here from MD a few years back and was hesitant to get nails put back on considering I didn't know anyone. I did my research and went to a reputable place. Seemed nice but 3 days later my nails started to lift ( I get pink and whites). I went to another place.. same thing. After my third place I was ready to give up. I'm in the beauty industry and I've also had acrylics most of my life and NEVER had this problem! My client referred me to Nail Express and she sees Long. Fortunately that's who I got and my nails are PERFECT! Thank you soo much! This place is a gem! read more

I first walked in here about 3 weeks ago for my first time there and was greeted nicely by the guy who works there. I sat down and had a lady do my nails and did a great job with the shape but was so disgustingly rude, she slapped my hand to put it in the gel machine, then i was using my phone and just as i was putting it down she literally screamed at me and said PLEASE LET ME FINISH MY WORK! i literally jumped when she did that and should of seen it as a never come back but i just let her finish my nails and left. My mom loved my color so she ended up going and got Tammy. Tammy treated my mom with disrespect and began to tell my mom that her nails are horrible and going to get infected. My mom just was confused because she went in for service for her first time as well and got criticized. I went in today to get a fill today, completely disregarding what happened last time because they do a good shape job. I had asked to speak to Tammy to just ask in the nicest way why she treated my mom like that. Tammy raised her voice with me and got a very bad attitude and blamed my mom saying she was rude... then said "what do you want your mom walking around with an infection" and i was so shocked and she then continued saying my mom wasn't allowed back in there. I then got my stuff and said thanks but i'll take my business elsewhere, and left. The environment and those woman's attitudes are disgusting and just brutal. I have been so several nail salons and this by far the worst I have ever been treated customer service wise. Completely shook I recommend the nail salon across the street " nail trendz " they are amazing kind and cheaper! read more

I decided to try this salon since it had pretty good reviews for the most part. Not only was it a complete rip-off but this was the most horrible experience at a nail salon I believe I had ever had and I've been getting my nails done for about 15 years! The women who did my nails was very nice but had no experience with NexGen. She did them completely wrong and they were thick and uneven, on top of that she applied a top coat that was sticky and old and would not dry properly. After waiting 10 minutes to dry and still sticky, she asked her co-worker (owners wife) to help and she removed the top coat and reapplied it so fast with an attitude like she just wanted to get me out the door. When I went to pay with the owner "Long" they said $50!!! for just NEXGEN. No other service. When I questioned why so much? they said "cause this is Boca" with an attitude. Not only did they do a horrible job but they decided to rip me off as well. Beware of this place!!! I will NEVER go back. read more

I have been searching for the past two months for a superior nail salon.Tried a number of salons and just couldn't find one that met my exacting standards. Nail express had great reviews on Yelp, so I made an appointment. Can't "express" how happy I am with their service and professionalism. Twee, the owner, gave me an ombre finish and I'm very very pleased with the result. She is a perfectionist and measured each nail and made sure I was happy with the end result. Their prices are very competitive. Also had a pedi with Mickey who was very thorough. Highly recommend! read more

I will not return to this nail salon. Prices are not readily posted and bills are not itemized. The manicurist charged me for something that she claimed "she forgot to charge me for" several months ago. Pay close attention to your final bill. read more

I have been going there for two years. Immaculately clean and my nails always look gorgeous.

I love this nail salon! For starters, everyone here speaks English so you don't have to wonder what is being said and you feel more comfortable. The girls that work here can do AMAZING things with glitter and you can tell they are passionate about doing nails. They take the time to arrange all the nail colors by shade, so that you can easily find the color that you want. They really care about their customers and I will continue to go to this nail salon for the high quality of customer service. A+++++!!!! read more
