Over priced!!! $50.00 for acrylic fill and gel polish 1 nail repair. The chairs are cheap hard plastic and uncomfortable. No hot towel, no lotion or hand massage or cuticle oil also very rough with you pulling your hands. The place is clutter and dirty. Got an attitude about me questioning the price. Absolutely beautiful dip manicure by Ivy! Perfect color, texture and shape. My cuticles look awesome and not a single cut unlike other salons I have been to. Went to this salon for the first time today. Great service with Tiffany! Everyone was friendly. Had acrylic fill, waxing, and pedicure. They have Christian Louboutin polish for an upcharge, too!! I'll definitely be back! Update: Went back and Tiffany was not there so the owner did my nails. After one day the acrylic cracked off of two tips (my nails are short and only have acrylic overlay - no tips). I went back to get it repaired, same girl said she didn't have time and stated that I would need to get a new full set. She claims that the acrylic on my nails was too old. What she does not know, is I used to do nails. She filed some of the ends down too thin, it was an issue of technique. It's also extremely difficult to park here as the plaza has multiple restaurants in it that serve many local corporate buildings. You can only reasonably find a parking spot here after 2pm. There's lots of better options in Boca. read more

I moved to East Boca in September, 2016. I was referred to this salon by a co-worker, I was referred to "Long". First time I called to schedule an appointment, Tweeh answered the phone. I asked for an appointment with Long for a manicure & pedicure; she advised "Long no longer does pedicures", "I can set you up with another technician". I'm a pretty positive person and agreed. When I arrived at the salon Long was doing a pedicure! ...go figure! I met Tammie. Tammie and I clicked. Very long story short; in these 9 months I've come here, this salon has NEVER OFFERED to make any accommodations for me if Tammie is unavailable. I can only see Tammie! If I don't have an appointment in advance, anytime I call last minute, as needed, Tweeh and/or Long will always tell me... "Sorry Tammie is booked". They have now lost a loyal, faithful customer who has always tipped above & beyond for they're lack of customer service and customer appreciation. Long & Tweeh both fail to realize there's a nail salon in every corner of Boca Raton. I will miss Tammie but say la vie Nail Express! Good riddance! My girl Twee, hooks me up every time with no disappointments. I got gel polish on my hands & regular polish on my toes & they lasted for ever, I literally went two straight weeks & it could of lasted longer if I didn't want to get a color change. Usually my toes chip & the gel peels off of my hands, but that wasn't the case either times. Also, quick note if you break your nail they will fix the polish for free !! :) can't get any better! I am moving to Florida just so I can get my nails done here all the time !! :) I also have to mention that my mother & sister go here & they get the deluxe manicure & pedicure & they love it. My mom gets her gel tips here & I have never seen a better application of the product. Her nails didn't break & the gel tip didn't break off at the top as the nail grew out. I was amazed! These girls truly do use quality products & it's worth every penny. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to get my nails done. They have made me a believer in quality manicures & pedicures. I was visiting and needed a pedicure. I selected this salon as a result of the Yelp reviews and the fact that I could get an appointment that was convenient. I realized when I arrived that I had been there with my sisters previously, and I had a positive experience then as well. The owner did my nails. She was very warm and welcoming, and very easy to deal with. Other customers seemed to have a long history there, which was also a plus. The pedi was only $28! I was expecting it to be closer to $35, so not only was it a very pleasant experience, it was a great bargain as well! read more

I decided to give this place a try for its convenient hours and location. I spent $68 including tip for a pedicure and a full set. At first, all seemed well. It took two hours for my services to be completed, which would have been fine if I didn't have to come back the following day! After I left I took a better look at my nails (should have inspected before I left- my bad) the acrylic on my thumb nail was applied completely unevenly. And the UV gel finish I paid extra for was cracked on several nails. When I returned the next day to have it fixed, the owner held up a finger to me to wait because she was on the phone. When she finally talked to me, she seemed irritated by my complaint. She sent me to the tech who originally did my nails, who fixed my nail and re-applied polish and gel to the cracked nails. It looked good and was fully dry when I left, but by evening they were back to looking terrible. I will be adding pics so you can see! Other local salons cost a bit more... And I am willing to spend it. I'm not even going back to fix this mess. I will just deal with it until I'm due for a fill and can visit a different salon. read more

Had my nails done in this place a few times by Ivy. She has the worst attitude ever. I was 7 min late the second time I got there, and she complained. The third time I got there, I had a cut on my finger that was covered with bandaid. I asked her to please be careful because my hand was hurting due to a fall, and she didn't seem to care and poured acetone on my wound.
