I initially booked with Tea online. Not really sure what happened but I assume she was unavailable in the time slot that I booked online. I was given the most wonderful man. Don I usually do not tell anyone that I just retired as a hairdresser and have had many pedicures. This was by far the best experience and pedicure I have ever had. I've been coming to this location since 2019, and it's been my salon ever since. About 95% of the…read moretime I book my appointments with Don. If he's unavailable, I'm always happy to book with Theresa or Anna. Everyone here is incredibly talented, friendly, and welcoming. I usually get the Royal Pedicure ($95 with gel) or the Detox Pedicure ($115 with gel) whenever I'm in the mood for a longer, more relaxing massage. A regular gel manicure is $50, and nail art typically starts around $5 per nail, depending on the design. Chrome and cat-eye effects are an additional $25. A little tip for anyone with a similar situation: I had the ingrown nails on both of my big toes removed by a podiatrist, so my natural nails are much narrower now. My nail technicians simply use Gel-X or acrylic to widen and reshape my big toenails, and the results look so natural that you'd never know it isn't my real nail shape. I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming when you arrive, and they'll check in throughout your appointment to see if you'd like any refreshments. They offer complimentary mocktails, coffee, water, soda, juice, and even some alcoholic beverages. Whenever I need a last-minute appointment, I just give them a quick call, and they're usually able to fit me in. The owners are also incredibly kind and generous. They frequently host giveaways and special events to show appreciation for their customers, which makes the experience feel even more special. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. One thing that has always stood out to me is how genuinely caring the staff is. If I have an appointment that runs late into the evening, they make sure I get to my car safely before locking up for the night. The shopping center has never made me feel unsafe, but you can never be too careful. That extra level of thoughtfulness and care is just one more reason why I've continued coming here for years.

Very simple but they said it's $90 now. I told them I would not be back and that $115 for a pedicure is insane! The service request was a full set on hands and toes totaling over $200 $90 for my nails and $115 for my toes. The tech was really nice and helpful. None of this is her fault, but I won't be returning.

However, I took a break from getting my anils done for 4 months to allow them time to heal since they were paper thin. They also were charging me $5 for everything little thing. During pedicures, they would do callous remover without even asking if I wanted it and when I brough this up to their attention they brushed it off. BUT my updated review is for the call I just got from them. I have a trip coming up for my birthday next week so I made a Gel X appointment for 09/12/2026 at 11AM on August 23, 2026. I realized I wanted a pedicure as well. So I went on to book a second appointment for the same time as the Gel X, as I always have. I hate sitting at the salon for 2 hours. I have religiously booked my nails and pedicure at the same time so both are simultaneously done for the past two years (PER BONDS RECOMMENDATION). I get a call after booking the appointment online (with the appointment requests for both services together) that they are charging $5.00 now for both services to be booked together. Absolutely insane. $5.00 for two services to be booked together. $75.00 for Gel X (plus $5.00 for designs). $60.00 for a BASIC gel pedicure ($5.00 extra for French tip). $5/$10 extra for callous remover. That totals $155.00 BEFORE TIP. I cancelled both appointments and booked elsewhere. Nail salon culture is absolutely insane.

They have great color selection, but I'm looking for a place that is consistent and values their clients. They had me play musical chairs and I didn't even get the nail tech with whom I had made the appointment three days in advance. Dom triple booked himself, while I got who he said was his cousin. The cousin was about to start an acrylic fill when I told stopped him and said it was just gel polish. He asked who had done my nails because they were thick. I pointed to Don and said, "Him". Mind you, I didn't think so at all, so that was awkward. There were other things not worth mentioning. They just added to the already bad taste the visit was leaving. Without me saying anything, it seemed like Don tried to make up for it by not charging for the chrome, and telling them to let me sit in the massage chair longer. It was too late. Third time there and sadly won't be going back.
