When we walked in, we picked out our colors and I decided to get gel nails. When I was seated, my grandmother was still deciding on her color and one of the ladies came over and told her that you have to pay extra if it is your first time getting gel nails. I don't find this reasonable because at my nail salon in Dallas, I have never been charged extra because it was my first time. It has always been the same price.
