I usually don't leave reviews but I have time today. I receive awful service from Jenny at b Brand nails today. I have been supporting Brand nails for years. We need to stop spending our money were we are treated like animals. I went to get a repair today and the owner Jenny decides to be rude and racist towards me. Really she's never been nice. Today did it for me. I went in to get a simple nail repair. I love the way she does my nails but sometimes my nail polish chips or I might break a nail . It it'doesn't matter what type of repair is needed. I spend $60-$75 plus tip every two weeks at her establishment. I think it's a race thing because I have noticed when I come and get my nails done and other people walk in to get repairs she's super nice to them. She stops doing my nails to repair their nails. She had a whole attitude with me today because I wanted to get my one nail repaired. She told me this was the last time she's doing my nails. I think they have this mentality that they are so good at what they do they can't make a mistake. They treat some people in any which way they choose. I purchased a $50 gift certificate for my mothers Christmas gift I will be returning it to the store for a refund. My niece reported good experiences at this nail salon so I told her to make us an appointment and I would treat her. The Covid 19 guidelines were visibly posted however no one seemed to care about enforcing them. Acrylic sheilds were in place but the mask and handwashing mandates were blatantly overlooked. Quite honestly they were just too busy to be able to keep up with it. My niece got a fill in with a chosen red polish. She told me the man who did her service was rushed, impersonal and did not clean up some of the places he over painted onto her skin. I got ombre powder over my natural nails that was supposed to include a manicure. The manicure part did not happen but the ombre effect on my nails turned out very nice. I had gel/ powder nails was charged 313.00 + 30.00 tip. I was confused due to no itemized bill and no one seemed to be able to give me the breakdown. The price list on the wall did not match up. I gave. Brand nails a second chance Sunday 1/21/24 and the same thing with pricing, it didn't match up and I ask, they said 10.00 for flipping my powder nails off with an artificial one. I called after I got out of salon to speak with someone about pricing not matching up and that this was fraudulent. My French tip gel nails didn't last but 2 days before 2 came off. Haven't had the best experience here before but I decided to try a different lady this time, Jenny, because everyone speaks very highly of her. She was very quick and efficient. But when you see this (the picture) as your final result, do you think this looks good? You can clearly see my acrylic nail and even the redness of how far down my nail bed was filed. My daughter and I came here for Mother's Day for a Gel manicure and pedicure we were charged almost $200. My polished chipped. I came back the next day for them to fix it. They slapped some polish on it and that was it. I asked them why my polish was chipping because it was supposed to be gel polish. I asked to speak to a manager and was ignored. Their acrylics last anywhere from 1 week up to a month, it really just depends on how rushed they are doing your nails. I don't like getting pedicures - I don't like the shared tools. I hadn't had one in 3 years - so I noticed the hygiene changes since my past pedicure. They cover the bowl and even swap out the rubber gasket between customers. Each customer receives new tools and they are discarded between clients. I just left about 30 mins ago and I'm not happy at all. The lady who did my feet was rushing and wasn't watching while she did it and has polish in my skin and more importantly , she took my skin off. So much blood was coming out. She took the right measures cleaning but it still burns even now. I didn't realize until I left how bad it and deep it was. I could tell while i was there bc the lighting wasn't great and I can't see that well, but the burning didn't stop. The water wasn't warm enough and I wanted to tell her but didn't think it was worth it after she walked away for 10 mins to eat while I sat there with no one to tell. When it came to my nails, the man was handling me really rough and rushing as well. I got there at 6 and they close at 8 so there wasn't a need to rush. I've been there before and was really happy with the results prior to that. I wasn't asked to wash my hands or anything. My main concern is him handling my nails too rough. I don't feel comfortable sitting for an hour plus with a rude, rushed person handling my hands. They also rip my dip powder off with a fake nail and it ends up being really painful. My dip polish started cracking 2 days after application. Unfortunately I was on vacation so I could not go back to have it fixed. It has been 1.5 weeks since I had my nails done and almost every nail has cracked. Dip polish should last much longer than 2 days or even 1.5 weeks. read more

Some of the staff is rude, one was staff member was texting while I was waiting for 20 minutes to get my nails done and kept texting while doing my nails, the place has clipped nails on the floor. Well first of all they charge way to much for ombré color so got a pedi and a full set I showed them a pic on how I wanted my nails done said they could do it well needless to say after already getting my pedi and half way through my nails getting done they told me 35 for my nails 25 for pedi and a extra 27 dollors for them to do ombré cause it was a lot of work for them to do so they put two colors of nail polish on a sponge and sponge it on how hard was that ????and had white all over my fingers and toes from the sponge that she didn't get off I could of saved 95 dollors and did my own nails just as good probley better ! Over priced for some simple shit never will I go back there again hell I can go to my other nail salon and do ombré just for 5 dollors more not 27 more Smfh !
