I went in to get a full set and a pedicure! My pedicure was good! My full set however was the worst service I had ever receive. First it took 2.5 hours just for my nails. I wanted long nails, yet these you couldn't even see the tips looking at my palm. I had to say not get the design I wanted because they were so short. I made it very obvious that this was not what I asked for but had to pay the same price. The next day my nail was broke and my one of my toes had no polish. Had never been to this location before and got a new set not even two days later I had the pinky note pop off three days later my rink finger on my left hand popped off now today my right hand ring finger popped off and they aren't breaking. They are just popping off from the nail bed to the tip off. Now I'm seeing lifting in my left index finger absolutely ridiculous. I just wanted a manicure. Take gel polish off and trim back, clean cuticles and that's it. I didn't even need polish. Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. WORST! I left with a bleeding cuticle, getting cut happens but no acknowledgment or spray with alcohol . NOPE! oh and that is after they wanted me to soak my polish off in a used bowl. This nail salon used to be great, but not more. I had a pedicure done by Chi. This is the most rude staff you can find. She is rough with your feet. The last time she did my toes, she embarrassed me in front of another client. She told me that I should pay double for the pedicure beause she worke so hard in my feet. Also, when I went to pay, she said that I should give double tip. I always leave $10 tip for a pedicure. I am not a cheap person​ but with her rudeness and her attitude she deserve nothing. When she saw that I didn't gave nothing extra, she told me that the next time get somebody else because she would not do my feet. She is very greedy person. As soon she she a new costumer coming in, she stars rushing to get the new client. She doesn't care if she hurts or cut your toes. Love my nails!! I was a walk in and they pretty much took me in right away. I got a pedicure and the massage chairs were really good and the pedicure was very thorough. I changed my mind from getting regular polish to gel polish and I was instructed to sit and wait for the nail tech already working on someone's nails. I waited about 20 mins for him to finally come to me to do a gel manicure. Another customer walked in and the guy who did my pedicure started working on hers and she was a walk in. She wanted a gel polish change. Idk if he was taking a break or what but I just sat for 20 mins. I haven't been here in awhile due to the wait. Like others you walk in and they seat you at the pedi area and then you wait 30 minutes to an hour. But for the prices, they can't be beat. I've been staring at my current dip manicure for a week, and I have been pissed about it the entire time. Yes, I probably should've went back and complained and had them redo it but honestly I just haven't had time and I'm not sure they are capable to do better. People are nice here, but their lack of training and staff issues plague them. I came in 3 weeks ago for a natural manicure and pedicure. Know that unless they are gluing gobs of plastic onto your body, they don't know what they are doing. (I can't speak to how well they do the fake nails, as I don't participate). I can speak to the fact that the guy I had (young man who seemed to be new) is not good at natural nails. He used a power tool - with CLEARLY the wrong tip - to remove one single coat of nail polish and cuticles from my natural nails versus taking the time to use polish remover and a manual cuticle tool. In the process he destroyed my nailbed and for the next 6-8 weeks I will be growing out the mess he made. My nails were sanded so thin that they rip right off the end of my finger when any length grows. Note the shiny part (that was sanded) and the healthy nail behind it. I'll never go back. I waited almost 3 hours for a fill in and received this terrible paint job and my right ring finger nail had to be replaced. Well it was put on crooked. When I tried to explain to them why I was not happy they tried to make it seem like my fault. Me nor my friends will ever go back and if you go there try not to get James. He has an extremely bad attitude and will get really rough and hurt you "unintentionally". I will have to go back to get my nails taken off because my nails are so damaged no other salon wants to touch them till I get my nails off. Had an appointment at 2 pm with me and my sister, got there and we were told to sit, but it took them an hour to actually get to us and start our nails (they started on my sister 15 minutes after me since she wasn't getting fill ins). Went for a fill in and a change in color. Lady used the dermal hard on my nails making them sore and etching one open. Then she hit my skin with it and cut it open. Requested dipped nails and she put gel on them. Bumps, uneven, air pockets everything in my nails. She didn't even get all the way to the edges like I asked her multiple times. Ok so I am officially addicted to gel nails! Like seriously if you have never tried them before you don't know the expense your missing out on. It's getting a manicure but actually having it last for more than 2 days and gel nails are your own nails but feel like acrylic. This place does a great job and had very competitive pricing. My experience with Gorgeous nails was AWFUL! First of all, I was there for more than two hours and I only wanted a gel fill-in. The nail technician who was doing my nails named was Billy. He did my nails wrong the first time. He did not use the gel polish; instead, he used regular polish. I don't even know why he did not look on the sign-in sheet of paper and see what service I wanted. To me, that is so unprofessional. Also, he kept having to stop doing my nails and turn on the water for a customer who wanted a pedicure or to let a customer soaked off her acrylic nails. I even drove 1 hour to get there because I loved them, but.......The last few times, no matter what technician I had, within a week my powder dip was breaking. They will repair it for free but I do not have the time to keep running in there to have them repair my nails that should quite honestly last at least 3 weeks. I know this, because I have been to a few other nail salons in the last few months and have had no issues. I honestly think they are using older polish and not applying it thick enough. I was really happy with my recent experience at Gorgeous nails. I got a shellac manicure a week ago and it still looks brand new. The salon is beautiful and the technicians were polite. It was a busy Friday where I would have expected a long wait but they were properly staffed so that wasn't a problem. Normally I hate going to salons during a busy time because they tend to rush through doing my nails but that wasn't a problem here. First I had made an appointment just to sit there for almost an hour being told it was "just a couple more minutes " every time I would ask how much longer. Then when it was FINALLY time, he goes in the back for another 20. I had to ask another worker if the tech had forgotten. He reluctantly came out and seemed annoyed I had asked someone to get him.
