The nails I had done to match my dress in March of this year for my cousins wedding.
    Mary C.

The have done an exceptional job on my nails every time I have gone in there. They've listened to what I wanted and have tried to the best of their ability to pull off what I wanted. The nail techs are friendly and converse with everyone. I will be going back soon. These photos are from March, April and May of this year.

I am never the type to complain. I've gone to fancy for years and it's gone downhill. Sarah, Shay and emmie are amazing but the men here are horribly rude. The salon has absolutely no price board so they seem to pull a price out of their ass once you sit down. Any length longer than a nanometer off your fingertips is five extra dollars I asked for plain square shape 5 extra dollars. I am never one to play the "race card" but it seems like when my white mother and grandmother and my white friends come here, their nails are always notoriously cheaper for the same length/designs. Somehow my nails are always $75 plus but it seems like my mom never pays more than 55. Every time I give them a second chance I'm reminded why I told myself last time I would never be back. These little bitty baby nails were 80$

Did dip nails for the first time and love them! Feels so much better than acrylic!! Shay is great!

Love, love, love. No other words for this place. It is absolutely gorgeous in the interior. The nail techs that work there are so friendly and never rush. A little pricey but worth it since they can do any design or print you want.

Emmy did me so good! Great service and my nails turned out great:) they got me in right after when I called and was super quick to get my nails done

My thumbnail showing the poor paint job.

This was my FIRST time at this salon. My appointment was at 5:45pm. I got a manicure/pedicure as a gift for Mother's Day. I got my toes done first and my toenails are filed crooked. Then I got my nails done and they couldn't seem to understand my request to have my ring fingers in a sparkle shade that was a near shade to my remaining fingers. They crowded around me embarrassing me as everyone in the salon was staring. I left with smudged nails that weren't filed straight and also mismatched in color. The next morning I woke up and my middle left finger was red and tender. It has gotten progressively worse! I just went to the doctor and I have to take oral antibiotics and cleanse my finger with a medicated cleanser. If that doesn't work, they have to CUT my finger open to get rid of the infection. All this cost me the "low low" price of $90!!!

Let me preface this with I've been going exclusively to this nail salon for 4 years. Today my SIL and I came for our pedicure appointment. We got the spa pedicure ($88). The lady that was doing my pedicure was new and kept missing parts of the pedicure and the guy next to her was correcting her. No big deal. THEN it came to the hot wax, she stuck my foot in the burning hot wax blistering my foot. I kept asking her if she could please take it off it was burning me. Mind you I'm in a cervical collar with limited movement. The guy finally got up and took it off. She then tried to do it again to my other foot. He corrected her. She then rubbed my blistered foot with a towel. I had to keep telling her to please stop it's painful. She NEVER performed the 10 min massage. The man kept apologizing and offering me shots of tequila to make up for it and ease my pain as a joke. She only put one coat of a $15 gel polish on my toes. Shoved my feet over and over to the top of the setting light. Gets up and walks off and never seen again. All the while my SIL is enjoying her full pedicure. The gentleman takes her payment and we still sit there for several minutes, no one returns. We leave. As we are pulling out they flag us down and tell me I owe them $90. My SIL said I assumed since they lady burned her and didn't do her full pedicure it would be free or at least discounted. He said No you owe $88 plus tax. I'm super non confrontational, so I paid. I got home and have a blister on the bottom side of a toe as well. This was a horrible experience! I won't be back and I'll never again recommend this place simply based on how the situation was handled

I didn't think my money was spent well for the quality of my nails. There was paint still all over my skin.

I have been a regular customer for many years. The past 6-8 months their quality of service has…read morebeen really bad. I always get acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I had broken a couple of my nails and I was talked into having tips put on a few of them. I don't like tips. They never work on my nails. I went back two weeks later to get my nails done and have those tips taken off and my nails were green. I had to leave everything off my nails for three months when I finally went back and was able to have my nails done again I went back to having the acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I went on Friday to get my nails done and I have broken two of my nails over the holidays again I was told I had to have the tips put on and I was very nice. I told the girl I was I would not put tips on my nails She told me I would have to have someone else do my nails and rudely got up and went in the back then I'm not gonna say who it was, but he came out and told me that he would do my nails, and after years of having acrylic overlays put on my nails, which I don't wear my nails long told me that he could not build my nails up all he could do is just put it on my nails the way they look Which is not true. I have never had my nails look so bad and I actually paid for this. I could've done a better job probably than this. All he did was put acrylic over a broken nail and left it like that, and then polish them and then expected a tip and on their website, they actually state that they pride themselves and satisfying their customers I'd be embarrassed. I truly expect my money back and I'm gonna post a picture of how bad they look a Child could've done better. I will never go back there again because I wouldn't put tips on my nails. I have to be punished and not have my nails done. I can spend $70 someplace else.
