First time I went there…read morewith a friend, it went well and the pedicures were good. 2nd time, I brought my sister there and it was a first experience for her birthday. Prices are reasonable but I booked for 3:30 pm, originally was 4:30 pm but I had to change it since we had other plans which it didn't give me an option to cancel that until I got there in person. Anyways, the service I booked for my sister was a manicure and I'm pretty sure manicure had include the hand massages too. We got there on time for the 3:30 appointment, we waited a while. They had my sister sit down but she was waiting for a nail tech for a good amount of time but it's okay because its understandable and there's others who probably had an appointment too with certain nail techs since you can choose who you want. There were other clients with the same time as us but they got manicures too I think yet they got done quicker. I kept up with the time and finally my sister got a nail tech. I notice her still sitting for a while afterwards, I asked her if she got the manicure because even from my perspective, all they did was the cutical oil (which was way too much on her fingers) and painted them. No actual manicure was involved. They mumbled something to her and she told me she didn't know what the lady said because she muttered it or something so we originally thought that we leave the nails to dry and THEN the manicure, right? Because I asked her if she was done. No, usually nail salons they'd use the UV lights which they used on other clients but my sister? Why the heck did she get a small fan and it just didn't work halfway through and only for 2 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes or however long because it was almost 5 pm. We had to make changes to our plans because I had other things booked for her since its her birthday but they didn't tell us whether she was done or not. More than 15 minutes definitely and i asked her to see if she saw her nail tech anywhere 3 times and she said, "No, she's not even in the room." But I looked around and thought I saw the nail tech but I don't know. So I got a message to leave the experience which I did and it was 2 stars for her experience, not mine. I didn't wait long when it was my first time and it was quick too but also good. Then they begin to call and message me which I never really had anyone contact me for my reviews before especially sending camera footages. They told me that they did cuticle cleaning from 3:42 pm and finished at 4:05 pm but there was no CLEAR communication! The manicure is $27 and it was around $24 for us since they gave a birthday discount which I didn't know about but it was nice and kind, still no full manicure though. It was about near 4:40 pm that we were still waiting so I got up to pay and I did wait for a minute but I manage to pay and get out. First time we walked in, it didn't seem friendly anyway like it did for when I went there for the first time. The guy who did my pedicure and the lady who did my friends was amazing but the lady with my sister? No. Nobody even told us that we were done. I just made us get up and leave because everyone else is getting their services but not my sister for the full service and I saw nail techs on their phone waiting for more clients I'm assuming but nobody came and it felt awkward. I was thinking to come back but after that and the messages? No thanks. You also did not need to send me pictures of literal camera footages which I've NEVER seen a company and place do at all but you also did kind of admit you didn't give her a manicure and still charged for it, only done cutical cleaning. I don't even think the nail tech who helped us check in told her nail tech of what my sister was getting so I'm unsure about the communication there but the communication with us, sucked. The camera footages doesn't even capture my review, only her just fucking sitting there. P.S. they were friendly with other clients but for not with us.

Love that they offer a kids specific menu and totally catered to my 5.5 year old. There are 4 kid chairs in a row and adults can sit immediately across from them. Of note, I am not an avid nail service patron, but I was very pleased with the attentiveness of my technician. I got the happy feet pedicure with regular polish and the service was about 45 mins long.

Wait times are long without appointments, but they don't tell you an approx time, they said "not long" and I waited approximately 30 minutes, while my guest waited 45. The person who performed my pedicure was rough and nicked my cuticle with the drill. Her massage was not relaxing at all. I spoke with the manager and there were verbal apologies but no other offer of discount or partial refund on a $275 bill. Our order included: 1- builder gel set with tips 1- bellagio pedicure with gel polish 1- Deluxe Pedicure with gel polish The ambiance of the shop is beautiful and very clean. The display of nail art was impressive, but we probably won't return.

Literally just cleaning the bottom off of another nail and Blam it broke. They never got shiny either. They have stayed matte no matter even if I put clear shiny on them. I have never had this happen before. Luckily I have dip at home and filled in the broken park with a similar green and made it work. It's nit as pretty but oh well. I asked where Tammy was and Mia just said she wasn't there. Mia seemed to be in a terrible mood but agreed to do my pedicure. Shortly into the procedure she started taking her bad mood out on me! I have nice toes. No fungus or thick nails, and no ingrown nails. But Mia started digging out the sides of my toes. I asked her not to do that because it hurt. She continued and I left with bleeding toes. It took 5 weeks for the big toe on my right foot to heal completely. It took a week for my toe to quit bleeding completely. I am on blood thinners. I'm so angry I could spit. I have always been a good client who tipped around 30% on a regular basis, for years. But I will never step foot in there again. Oh, and I later found out that Tammy wasn't there because she had quit. No one shared that news. If you use Mia, you better hope she's not in a bad mood or mad at Romeo. Ugh.

I don't think enough glue was used. It hasn't been very long (maybe less than 2 weeks since I had my nails done) and they're falling off. 3/10 are already off and they're not grown out much. I even have them done short so they don't get "top heavy" and come off more easily. I'm not asking for anything for free because I know her time is valuable. But maybe glue them on better next time :)

The tech wasn't up to Pink standard in my opinion. Wearing what looked to be pajama pants and an unkept sweatshirt. I wasn't asked anything about the service for my feet. She was on auto pilot. Checking her phone and doing what she wanted. Under the nail and around the sides were not scraped out. Ultimately, I was "ok" with that portion. When we got to my nails, I was cut by her 3x. No apology. One site bleeding, still nothing. It's seemed as if I inconvenienced her asking for an artificial nail on one finger. My hands were never sprayed off or asked to be washed so my nails feel "bumpy" and some of the nails aren't painted well in the corners. $91 for a service I didn't really enjoy. If I go back, I'll be sure to make an appointment with Paula. She always does a wonderful job.
