Update: they fixed my nails and they're lovely! They didn't give me any hassle! They were kind and courteous. Though the lady was very nice.. I still have to make an honest review. I don't think enough glue was used. It hasn't been very long (maybe less than 2 weeks since I had my nails done) and they're falling off. 3/10 are already off and they're not grown out much. I even have them done short so they don't get "top heavy" and come off more easily. I'm not asking for anything for free because I know her time is valuable. But maybe glue them on better next time :) read more

I had a great time doing a bit of self care for my wife and I. We made an appointment which was very helpful because they were pretty busy on the Friday that we went. The ladies were very courteous and even let me sit in the massage chair while I waited for my wife to finish. She had a longer pedicure than I did. I already stopped coming here for my nails because I kept getting infections on my fingers from how they cut my fingers and how they would try to rush through. My full set of acrylics was only $35 which I thought was incredible. VIP must stand for Very Impossible Pedicure. I had gone to this place a few times and always felt the quality was great for the value. This is a pretty inexpensive nail salon, but you get what you pay for. First, no matter how long a service or wait actually is, every one in the shop will tell you 10 minutes. Now I know when there are 8 people in front of me getting a manicure and pedicure that it is not going to be 10 minutes, but I had an appt. I proceeded to watch all 8 girls and myself get lied to about the amount of time it would take to service our nails. Some people sat in the pedicure water for an hour, some people sat at the nail tech station for 45 minutes. Some people would have their service started and then wait 30 minutes for their technician to return. I even waited 20 minutes at the door, 30 minutes in the pedicure chair, and 30 minutes in the nail chair. Why did I not leave you ask? Well once the service starts it's hard to just up in go with sticky nails, scrub covered legs, or one foot painted. My whole service lasted 3 1/2 hours. I gave the place two stars due to price and result. I have great looking nails and toes, but only after a huge ordeal. It's true what they say, beauty has it's cost. This is a great neighborhood salon. I always have my toes done with gel polish here and it lasts forever. The staff is friendly and always asks about my school and work. I usually go in within 2 hours of closing as they are typically busier earlier in the day. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes up front. Classy Nails is my go-to salon and I usually get either Kelly or Mimi as my tech. They do a great job and charge less than any other salon I have tried in the area! read more

I have been going to Classy Nails since they opened. Have always had good service. I recently went to get a manicure and I thought the place was a little dirty. The waiting area chairs were dirty, where you dry your nails needed to be sanitized, when I left the inside door handle was greasy, and they really need to clean the front windows on occasion. read more

they allowed a man with a nerve problem to do my nails . He hurt me multiple times throughout the process . He also cut my nails shorter then I wanted them then he chose my shape for me . On Top of that he was using the wrong product to do the service I asked for ..! When I ask them to fix it they said No . My nails look hideous! Looks like my kid painted my nails . I had a fill in and pedicure and eyebrows 59.00 dollars . And the way the paint looks is just ridiculous . I understand why a lot people would not be a fan of this place. They are VERY busy and all nail techs are not created equal. If you just show up on a whim, you're going to be waiting a while. I really love going now because I make all my appointments with Lan, who always does a fabulous job. There are a couple other ladies there that I like a lot, but I don't know their names. Their stations and smocks used to have names on them, but not anymore. I've been going here for years and will continue to do so! read more

However, you have to watch the pedicure as they do not get the nails clipped right and I have to redo after my visit. and noticed they did not push skin back to paint toes so the paint job was all janky and not even. Went and got a manicure and pedicure with my mom. First off, they kept 2nd guessing my mom on what she had on her nails and made it so confusing. I also felt like don rushed through my nails even tho they had no wait at the time... they then told us AFTER our services that we HAD to pay in cash or check, cards were no longer an option even tho they had a sign saying they accepted cards. so my mom had to use their ATM which charged a $3 fee to use and only had a $200 limit. my mom told the lady she had enough to cover the bill plus some of the tip. the lady then told her she could run her card to cover the rest of the tip...? so you can run the card for extra tip, but not run it to pay the bill? the real kicker is, they let the ladies after us pay for their bill with their card... i don't understand their thinking?? i used to go there all the time growing up, but after the past couple of times i've been there, i will never return. very inconsistent and kinda rude in my opinion. read more

I asked for my toenail to be repaired with acrylic. The lady refused and filed my toenail so hard that she made it bleed on the side of the nail. Worst pedicure ever! Polish is messy. Worst experience ever!! My friend and I are both Active Duty Military and we received services for the 1st time today! The salon was pretty busy but we signed in and waited. After 50 minutes, we were called back for whatvwas supposed to be 2 pedicures and 2 manicures. About 35 minutes into our pedicures, a lady walks over (I'm assuming the manager because everyone was asking her for everything) and asks us if it was our 1st time at the salon. We answered, "yes" and she said, "oh, because we only accept checks and cash, but you can go get cash later. (There are no signs posted in or outside of the store that states that they only take cash and checks). As the guy was finishing my friend's pedicure, the lady tells her, "He's not going to have time to do your manicure". They go back and forth because he was planning on doing her manicure. They continue going back and forth and we just ignore them and let it go. As we are leaving to go get the cash (she gave us directions to the back down the street) she follows us out of the door and says, "I need you to leave your phone and ID". I told her, "No, we are going to get the cash and come back." She tells me that only one of us needs to fo and I should give my friend my debit card to get cash from my account. I told her, "no, that is not how we do business. You told us midway through the pedicures and said it was okay to go afterwards, so what's the problem?" She says, "No problem, people leace and don't come back." I said, "that's not my problem. We told you where we are going, and we are coming back." She continues going on about how people like "us" sometimes don't come back. I went back in the store and asked her, "So you are truly thinking that we are going to walk out without paying you?" She said, "No, I think you are good." I said, so what is the problem?" She just stood there... We left, got cash and returned to pay. She refused to speak to us so we gitvour change and left. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING! First order of business tomorrow is to go to JAG and request that they be Blacklisted from military service members to utilize their services ..especially since "people like us sometimes don't come back!" read more

I have been coming here for so long and never had a single problem i love to get pedicures and full sets and even eyebrow waxing they do a really good job i have been to alot of nail places and theres not any other that does better work for me then them . I always take my 1 year old with me as well and never had a problem maybe it depends on the way you treat them and the way you tip them. I'd been going here for 8 years - yes 8 years. My daughter's first set of nails were put on by Don and now - I'll never go back. For her 13th birthday we went in and hadn't been in a while because of the recession and finances being so tight but we splurged for her b-day. He talked to us like we were so beneath him. He did this to other customers too. We watched him ask one customer who her boyfriend was now - and if she even knew who her "baby-daddy" was. When he was finished with my daughter he tried to get the next customer's attention bc she was texting or something on her phone and he made smacking noises and whistled at her and said I'm ready for you common you sit here sit. As if she was a dog. If that had been me - I'd have physically smacked him and walked out of the store - I couldn't believe he talked to her like that - AND HIS WIFE WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE!!! The icing on the cake was when I went to tip him and the other lady for doing my daughter's feet and I gave him two bucks for the other lady and was about ready to pull out five for him and he said in a loud voice - no I don't need your money two dolla' - haaaahhhaaa! You keep it - I give this to her. Haaahhhaaa! Two dolla'. No - I don't need two dolla'. I was so furious. And with them not speaking fluent English - there was not any way to get our money back when later the next day - lo and behold my daughter has a FOOT FUNGUS AND IT'S A HOLIDAY WEEKEND!! So, tomorrow - I get to take her to a doctor - NOT WORTH IT AND THEY SURELY ARE NOT CLASSY. read more

Worst service ever!!!! I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and the bride to be made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 8 people to receive mani and pedis for the wedding. When we arrived, we were told they had 4 people scheduled off and weren't sure they'd be able to fit all of us in. Isn't that the point of an appointment? The guy was very rude and made all of us feel like he was doing us the favor instead of the other way around. It made the bride very upset that 2 of her bridesmaids were unable to get their nails done with the rest of the group because we thought it more important that the bride, matron of honor and mother of the bride get theirs done first. It was also very obvious that the women in this establishment were very uncomfortable. If you make an appointment here, I hope you are prepared to be talked down to as well as not have anything else planned for the day. Will never be back and won't reccomend! read more
