I was fairly certain that there was a nail salon in the mall, and I was thrilled to find Pro Nails. I was able to get a walk-in for a manicure, something I had been wanting to carve out time for and now had a great excuse. The tech was knowledgeable, gentle, and pleasantly conversant. I relaxed in the atmosphere that was surprisingly tranquil despite the mall location. All in all I got a perfect 10 manicure with great service. A hidden gem worth sharing for sure!

I can say that they are strong on my fingers. The reason I can't give 5 stars is that the thumb nails both broke the second I got in my car and turned out of the parking lot. Literally just cleaning the bottom off of another nail and Blam it broke. They never got shiny either. They have stayed matte no matter even if I put clear shiny on them. I have never had this happen before. Luckily I have dip at home and filled in the broken park with a similar green and made it work. It's nit as pretty but oh well. The lady was very nice and understood english ok. Maybe better than I could tell. I don't speak Vietnamese so I can't communicate very well either. I won't be back.

The place is great on customer service and very friendly and talkative. I have had a toe nail color change done (regular polish), a fill-in (twice), and a pedicure on a different visit. This was our third visit. They were very busy and even though we called ahead for an appointment,…read morewe had to wait. My nail tech did an excellent job and took her time. I felt badly for my daughter, as her nail tech was attempting to remove another client's gel polish while my daughter was soaking. She seemed very rushed and preoccupied. My daughter wanted cat's eye and showed the tech the card on the counter. Not only was it not cat eye, but the color left alot to be desired. The cost has gone up to $40 per manicure for gel polish. Four days later my daughter's gel polish was lifting and peeling. (Almost two weeks later, mine is still intact.) Just not worth it for hit or miss results.
