I asked for a different tech and she started talking about me. I've never felt so disrespected. The manager did call me later that night to fix the situation which she did. I finally got my pedicure and my nail fixed but I'll never go back there. Plus I went last week to get my nails done and one broke after 2 days.

This was our third visit. They were very busy and even though we called ahead for an appointment,…read morewe had to wait. My nail tech did an excellent job and took her time. I felt badly for my daughter, as her nail tech was attempting to remove another client's gel polish while my daughter was soaking. She seemed very rushed and preoccupied. My daughter wanted cat's eye and showed the tech the card on the counter. Not only was it not cat eye, but the color left alot to be desired. The cost has gone up to $40 per manicure for gel polish. Four days later my daughter's gel polish was lifting and peeling. (Almost two weeks later, mine is still intact.) Just not worth it for hit or miss results.

However, I'm currently a caregiver for my mom and wanted to treat myself. I walked in back in September and Rose was so kind and patient with me. I wanted to get something nice done before I flew to Ireland. The staff worked with me to create these custom design nails of a claddaugh and Celtic design. The nails lasted me a month! I got so many compliments. So I went back yesterday to get some Halloween nails. Jennifer helped with the nail art and was meticulous in trying to get the design on the witch hat. Both times I went there are plenty of regulars, which I always think is a good sign. I will definitely go back. There is plenty of free parking in front of the building. Oh don't forget to bring cash to tip your nail tech!

My nails were overly damaged during the service and are paper thin now. 2. To remove previous dip/polish they have your entire hands soak in a bowl of chemicals. The smell is so strong I instantly got lightheaded and had to ask for a mask. 3. Due to the harsh full hand chemical soak my knuckles began to bleed. Normally salons will wrap just the fingernail in polish remover. 4. They only let you tip in cash, I asked to tip by card but was refused. Tips aren't taxed so why make it harder on clients to tip?

Wait times are long without appointments, but they don't tell you an approx time, they said "not long" and I waited approximately 30 minutes, while my guest waited 45. I spoke with the manager and there were verbal apologies but no other offer of discount or partial refund on a $275 bill. Our order included: 1- builder gel set with tips 1- bellagio pedicure with gel polish 1- Deluxe Pedicure with gel polish The ambiance of the shop is beautiful and very clean.
