I have been a customer of this establishment for more than a year and just now wondered why I have never written a review about them. A couple run this salon together and both are very kind, sweet, and pleasant folks. Since the pandemic began, it is best to make an appointment as they have fewer staff on hand, but I have never had a problem getting in when I need to have my nails attended. There are only three parking spaces in front of the building, but tons of close free street parking, the farthest I have ever had to walk was less than one full city block.

I was happy with my pedicure, but thought it was a little pricey for what you get in the deluxe option. When it came to my acrylics, the lady I had tried to accomplish a reference photo I had brought in, but it was nowhere close after quite a bit of back and forth, and with me even saying if she couldn't do it to not worry about it. When she was done and walked out I realized 3 of my nails were crooked, and the color wasnt even - could see through and bumpy. I went back in to see if I could come back the next day for someone else to fix it, but they had the same lady work on them right then. Without me pointing out which ones were crooked, she instantly started reshaping the ones that were messed up, which tells me she knew they were crooked before. Then, she cut my pinky while filing the paint off, and instantly put something on it to stop the bleeding with no warning it was going to burn really bad. They tried to make up for me not getting the design I wanted, but I just wanted to get out of there at that point. Still gave them a good tip, and she did make them look a little better. However, I will not be returning. This is something I did to treat myself, and had been looking forward to it, but it was stressful, painful, and not worth the money I spent.

The cat-eye effect was almost invisible, and several nails had a visible gap between the gel and my natural nail. When I pointed out the uneven application--especially on my thumbs...the excuse was "because your nails are bigger." That's ridiculous. Even if my nails are big, the gel shouldn't be so thin that my natural nail shows through. My index finger wasn't even fully covered with gel, leaving part of the nail bed exposed...completely unprofessional and gross, because dirt can get stuck between the gel and my nail. On top of that, my index and pinky nails are visibly crooked, and the gold line design on my ring finger looks nothing like the reference photo. This was a sloppy, careless job and a total waste of money.

They were super friendly and got to work on my nails right away. The salon is bright and very clean. I loved hearing the different languages being spoken by the staff. It's not every day that you hear two nail techs speaking in Spanish to their customers and teaching them their language. The tech taking care of me did an excellent job on my nails.
