My toes were fine. He cut my cuticle a little short and my toes were tender in the hot water for a second, but I thought little of it. Then he goes to do my finger nails, does them slow as all get out, and sloppily does my polish. My thumb, he put way too much polish on and in turn this took much much longer to cure, and when it did it was bubbly and flooding my cuticle, as pictured. I normally try to tip anyways even when i don't love my nails to try and be nice. This was one of the only times I have not left a tip at all. Everyone else I have had a good experience with.

A day later, my nails were yellow (I don't know much about nails but later realized they never pained the tip of my nails white ? They just left the original tip color.) Had to pay another nail salon even more money to get them fixed. I've heard that if you are in need of a basic service they are fine, but I would NOT go here for any type of acrylic.

Ive came on Saturdays and was rushed and services were not given like the leg rub by the man doing my feet. Then I was dismissed like I was wrong when I mentioned it. I just thought I was losing my mind so I came back. My last 2 visits will be my last 2 visits. Tuesday I was cut and was bleeding. What makes it so bad is she seen it...and said nothing like it never happened...or maybe because it happens too much? I complained when I was rung up..she told me it was my fault and that my toes were small. Like WTF?? You cut my cuticle...MY SKIN. I assume the man by the desk was the manager or owner..he just said. Oh..Im so sorry. That's it. The visit 30 days prior.. I also got cut or nicked on my other foots toe. This one was painfull and red for a few days. It was my first cut from all my visits so I just took as " it happens". But after the lack of care and accountability from this last visit and the older lady who did my toes acting like she didn't want to be there in the first place makes me not want to return. Its unfortunate. To have at least 3 different people mess up your pedicure and 2 of them to cut the person..at that point there needs to be a refresher course taken. Customer service needs to be better and when you cut someone then you should find a way to compensate and resolve the issues for your customers. Also..the visit before this they automatically gave me gel on my toes which I never get and snuck in an charged me an extra $15.
