We came here on Black Friday, and we got the Deluxe Volcano Spa Pedicure! It was heavenly, and we were entertained the whole time with lively, friendly, fun conversation with the incredible staff. Don't come here to get a nail fixed or they'll treat you poorly. I couldn't figure out why -- until I realized that they don't make any money from this service. They should charge a small fee, instead of getting mad that they don't make anything. If you're a good human, you will tip them regardless for their time and effort! No reason to have such an attitude with a customer. read more

I used to come here when I was home visiting family, but after receiving arguably the worst manicure I have ever received I will not return. There was no cuticle care, oil, anything of the sort other than soaking my fingers in cold tap water with hand soap. The nail tech filed my nails down until they were brittle. At the end of the manicure I left with cotton residue stuck in the polish, poorly painted gel nails, and residue from my old polish still on my hands. Not worth it. Upgraded pedicures cost as much as deluxe at other places but the service received is on trend with a regular pedi anywhere else. Cost 45-50 for the same thing you can get for 35 anywhere else. Very limited color selection. Don't bother making an appointment cause they won't keep it and any walk in that comes in will be taken before you. Not worth the convenience. I can drive another 10 minutes for better value and I don't have to wait so it actually saves time. read more

Went in for a pedicure. They were short staffed so it was rushed between manicures. I don't fault them for being short staffed, but when it came time to pay I had a gift certificate. It was over a year old because I didn't feel comfortable using it during Covid. I was so excited to finally have a pedicure and they said they wouldn't take an expired gift certificate. They finally accepted it for half its value. But it was a disappointing visit. And I had wax all over my leg I found when I got to the car. read more

I started going here after I decided I wasn't fond of Prospect Nails anymore. This is a very clean place and they are all so friendly. I do usually try to make an appointment since I go on my lunch breaks, but they accommodate walk ins as well. My friend and I had appointments together for manicures at 6 pm (we called in the morning). We did not get seen for more than 1 hour. By the time we were done it was 8:20 pm. I got gel polish, the color was patchy and streaky. Not impressed with the quality. We made a comment about how we had to wait and how late it was despite having appointments beforehand.
