As the vehicles exiting the parking lot, he asked me if I was upset and I said yes. He began to berate me because I came in without an appointment and I was upset that I had to wait so long when other clients were getting service. He would not stop. Even the technician that eventually came and sat down was patting my hand as if to say it'll be okay. He even got up from his client and came over and started on me again. He told me I had no common sense and that I was stupid to think I could just walk in and get service. He would not let go. I received the same services I always receive and this time I was charged and extra $30. I could explain this in more detail, but suffice it to say that I am seeking a new salon. In particular, one that does not charge me an extra $15 on top of my pedicure in order to remove the old polish they put on and put on new gel polish. The technicians are wonderful, but I will not be treated that way by a manager again.

No appointment. This is probably one of the most honest and better nail salons in Louisville so far. Q, the new owner, is amazing at his craft. I am thankful I took a second chance on this location and that there is new management. Q took care of my nails and instead of trying to get me to spend $$ he convinced me of better solutions for my nail problems. He took his time with his work. I am excited to visit with them again and give them my money for the great service they give!
