This was an incredible experience. Stopped in here on my PTO day. Lisa took great care of me. I had a deluxe pedicure with fresh squeezed orange and scrub, paraffin wax treatment. I was pleased with how quickly I was able to get in and out. Pedicure, manicure, gel nails, on both and eyebrow wax. I was out in an hour and a half. Excellent color options, amazing service. While visiting Paul Mitchell's school next door I spotted the sign for Lilly Nails. In need of a polish change before a week long work conference, I decided to drop in and learn if they had a quick opening. It was no issue! Only one customer inside and an available nail technician. They had several colors to choose from, dark and brighter. My polish was quick and well done. I sat under the dryer for a bit after the color went on, then the nail technician circled back to add a top coat. Great service and worth the $10 charge for a bit of pampering! Large space for manicures and pedicures. They offer waxing and facials as well, and you can contact them to host larger gatherings. Find them on N Hurstbourne near Talbots and Paul Mitchell's School. Fantastic place to get your nails done. I was visiting a friend when i ran into some car issues. While my car was being worked on, my friend had a hair appointment at the Paul Mitchell School. So I walked over to Lilly Nails to treat myself to a mani/pedi after having a rough 24 hours. The service was great. There was someone at the front to greet me when I walked in. The ambiance of the place was very relaxing. I enjoyed a massage in the pedi chair while I "splurged" and got the deluxe pedicure (it's a $15 upgrade that comes with a paraffin treatment, etc.). My feet were so in love with this pedicure! It was fantastic! The manicure I got was just a basic manicure - nothing fancy. The girl who worked on me was wonderful. My only critique is that she got busy with another client while my nails were drying that she didn't notice when I left - but that's not super uncommon and as I said she'd been with another customer. I was able to relax and have a great hour or so where I could escape my big life issue at that moment. read more

this place is the worst nails shop I've ever been there is 3 workers only 2 working the worker is going back and forth between doing my toes and another persons nails . when doing my toes they didn't clean up the extra skin didn't get any of my ingrown toe nails cut me twice I will never come back and I will never recommend anyone come here and the price for the service I received was outrageous I got a regular pedicure and it was 35$ plus a 25$ up charge for gel polish read more

First off, it is located in the shopping center with Lucky's and Paul Mitchell's. The GPS address was incorrect on Yelp. The salon is lovely and spacious with high ceilings and good ventilation. She was very rough. Burned my nail 3 times with the drill. I had to ask her not to press so hard. Then she got aggravated and spoke in her native language to her spouse. The ladies at Lilly Nails did a great job making sure I was satisfied with my pedicure and acrylic/shellac manicure. The pedicure was the best I have had in Louisville so far and my feet are really smooth now and the technician Mindy was gentle and made sure she took time for a good massage. Also, for my nails I opted for shellac color on the tips versus selecting an acrylic tip powder color. At first I was not happy with how it turned out, so they re-did everything and even gave me a cool design for free! It doesn't get much better than that! I will be returning for sure! They were very concerned with making sure I was pleased with everything and seemed to be this way with all of their customers. They also provide free water and soft drinks. Stopped here for pedicures with my oldest daughter prior to our Derby party. They started on my daughter and I just sat there waiting in semi-warm water while another lady was walking around and I guess cleaning or putting things away. She finally came over and started on me after about 20 minutes. The lady doing my daughters pedi actually reheated my water once while waiting. When my person came she did an ok job but she did a bad job trimming my nails and even cut back one nail so much that I think it scared her. She was going to try to fix it but I knew it would only get worse and I would end up with a very painful "hang nail" so I told her to stop. I like when the pedi polish lasts close to 2 weeks and you dont have to worry about dry skin on the heels but this only lasted a few days. In fairness, my daughter was pleased with her pedi. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I just moved into the area and tried them out today. This is by far, the very worst experience I have ever had. My nails are in terrible shape. I complained while I was there, was given an attitude about it, and was still charged $40 for my full set. My nails are so thin that they bend. For an acrylic set this is not acceptable. Horrible service, and they are so short staffed they rush through your service. Don't waste your money!!!!! read more

Came in - 3 workers - and I had to wait 20 mins before I was helped. No one else was here. Once she did my nails they were not good. She did pink and white and two of my nails are not even the appropriate size for my finger. I told her she didn't fix it or couldn't. Just not impressed at all about the customer service. I can't say enough good things about Lilly Nails. I work around the area and I had debated a few different nail salons, but went with Lilly Nails due to some colleagues' recommendations and yelp reviews. I'm very glad I did. I came over here to get a quick gel manicure for a wedding and they did a wonderful job. The salon is quite large and very clean. The staff are all very friendly and professional. It wasn't crowded at all around 12:30 (lunch time) on a Wednesday and even if it was crowded the salon is large enough to handle the volume. I will definitely be back here soon! read more

I have tried to go to Lilly Nails twice now on a Sunday. It's says online they are open and both times they haven't been. Please update your times and turn off the giant LED sign that says open but everything else is dark. read more

My whole experience here was horrible. All I wanted was a regular manicure. They did not cut my cuticles correctly. They left my fingers looking like a child cut my nails. I had 2 different manicurist doing my nails and the first one butchered my nails. The 2nd one painted my nails like a 5 year old. Never again!! read more

Got a pedicure today with friends. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back! It was very clean and calm and they did an excellent job making sure we were comfortable and happy. I recently moved back to Louisville and was looking for a new nail place to call home. I initially read the reviews on Lilly and decided to give it a try. All I can say is WOW!! It was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had as far as nail salons go! I had a regular pedicure with gel polish and they went above and beyond just a normal pedicure is concerned and the price was right! They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. I also had s full set of nails with matching gel polish on the tips to match. Mindy was FANTASTIC! She even have me an amazing hand massage to boot. She told me to come back in two to three weeks for a refill and if I had a nail break or pop off in between she would fix it for free! Lilly's is clean and professional and quiet. I had no wait time at all on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. I have found my nail home and will drive any distance to come back. One in a million and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new place to come to Lilly's! You won't be disappointed! Now I need to wait and see if the fell holds up for two weeks or more. read more

Been going here for over 4 years. New pedi nail tech. 1st time - cut toenail too much because she was paying attention to other in the shop and not me - caused major bleeding. Took awhile to recover. 2nd time - nail salon said i had to use her. Gave benefit of the doubt; this time, I cried she was so rough on me and the owners just watched as I wiped tears away. Waited months before going back. 3rd time - today. Although she didn't cut me or hurt me, the pedicure was awful. Nail polish all over my toes (the skin part). One nail finish is so rough it looks like sandpaper was glued on my nail. When I told her the job was no good, there was no offer to correct it and was still charged full price. Done. Such a nice relaxing manicure! Not only that, but also was the fastest gel manicure I've ever had. Because it wasn't crowded the lady doing my nails used two lights to dry them. My nails look great. Love the way you pick your color here. They have the plastic nails with each color so you can actually put them on your nail to see if you like it. No sorting through a mish mash of bottles. So, My girlfriend and I got a Groupon for this nail salon. First impression was good. They seemed nice and friendly and attentive. We each got schlack, mani and pedis.. First off..NOT RELAXING at all. I had 3 ladies trying to work on my hands and feet at the same time. It was kinda stressful and annoying. Next, we were both done in 35 mins. Not what I expected at all. We were VERY rushed..and did I mention we were the only customers. At the end, we were sent to the drying station and it was crawling with ants..EWWW. TONS of ants everywhere..I was afraid they were gonna try and get into my purse.. We were pretty grossed out and decided to leave as soon as we noticed. Lastly, my polish began to chip and pull off after 1 day..ONE DAY. This was not my first attempt at Schlack and it'll normally stay almost a full month if takin care of. Toes did the same thing. I was very displeased with this place altogether. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! read more
