This place has been open only a week. We came I'm on Derby day. We didn't have to wait which was nice and we were in and out in less than an hour. We both had pedicures and gel nails. They have lots of gel color choices. The owner use to have a shop behind her house, and now she's in an actual small strip mall. It's located next to Dixie Bowl. Prices are very reasonable. This might be our new go to salon. I love when I don't have to wait and I'm In and out quickly. read more

So this time I had my gel set removed and got a pedicure. Cam was not my technician. It was her husband. He is very nice, very friendly, funny. But, I would not recommend him unless you wholly subscribe to the idea that "pain is beauty." My pedicure was okay--a little rough, but tolerable. But when it came to removing my gel set, he was not careful at all with the drill and went up on my cuticles *several* times. Then I was having to place them in acetone to soak off the gel. OUCH!! Afterward, they were so sore and are still sore several days after. You can see on one hand he cut 3/5 cuticles Next time I'll definitely speak up. Like sir, that is painful. read more

I made an appointment arrived at 10:20 my appointments at 10:30. The man that works there said he's not taking me first because there's other people there that didn't have an appointment. He told me I could go somewhere else got nasty with me I will never ever go back to this place horrible, horrible people. very unprofessional. read more

I went to this nail salon 3 times. Each time was a disaster. I will say this, the nail tech Cam is great at nail work... BUT HER ATTITUDE IS NOT IT!! She is very rude and not like to add "new clients". I asked her several time how to get "on her boos" she stated she does not have room or availability. But when I was sitting in her chair (my first time.. as a walk in) she opened her book and had PLENTY of empty spaces. I gave her a second chance 2 weeks later, and the same situation occurred. Now I didn't have an appointment, but Cam stated she could take me, but rushed my fill in. I would not recommend this salon at all. Highly impressed by the salon and Cam herself. The environment is very warm and welcoming and they do very good work while still being pretty quick!! Sooo many color options and as well as dip, mood changing polish, cat eye, and many more! Prices are great and you leave highly satisfied. read more

I called to ask a few questions because I am new to this area and the woman was very agitated with me and told me she was too busy to talk to me. I will never consider them for my business. If they are going to do business in the United States they need to learn what customer service is. I have been going to this nail salon for a few years. I arrived for an appointment I made weeks ago. Short of a long story, my appointment had been crossed out and another customer had replaced me. When I mentioned this, I was told the other customer had crossed out my name. I then spoke to the customer and she and her two friends said that they were told to cross my name off the appointment list . I finished getting my nails done and was hoping to apologize to the customer and explain what I had been told.Unfortunately ,I was unable to speak to the customer again. Don't waste your time!! The first two times I went there it was fine they did my nails perfect , the place is kinda nasty but my nails were amazing. I tried calling them to make a appointment for over week and they never answered. Finally I just showed up and waited 2 HOURS. No one talked to me or communicated with me at all. I eventually just walked out. They weren't even super busy. Cam is amazing with nails but has horrible customer service. Every time a customer would walk out after paying here she would mouth to other people about that person. Will never come back. I went in at the time they opened and it seemed like they had been opened for longer then time posted online & on the door. There was only 3 people working Cam herself & 2 others. They had 3 people sitting in pedí seats & 1 Guy doing them & the 2 other ladies doing nails. After sitting for 25 minutes & watching 2 woman just walk in and make their own appt on Cam book. I don't get my nails done very often. And when I do get them done I go to the same place every time. This time I decided to step out of my comfort zone and go with someone new. After some recommendations I decided to go to Can Nails. I tried messaging them on Facebook about prices and I didn't get a response. I eventually decided to go. I got a pedicure and a full set of painted nails. My pedicure was a little long but I loved every thing they did. Except the massager on my feet since they are very ticklish. Next Cam did my nails. This nail shop is fantastic. Most of the time there is a bit of a wait. But it is well worth it. I can usually wear a set of nails for 3 to 4 weeks without having to get a fill in or them looking bad. And anyone that gets their nails done on the regular knows that spending an amount of money once per month instead of twice monthly is nice. I have been going to cam for over 5 years. This place is not professional at all! I had an appointment for 4 pedicures, We waited for a little bit until one of the ladies jumped up yelling at the other workers because they scheduled her for 2 of our pedicures and then was not friendly at all to the two that she was doing the pedicures for. The worst pedicure ever... They guy doing the other two pedicures, was just okay. When I questioned him about why the other lady didn't do as much as he is doing, he just said, IDK not me, its her...
