My daughter went for Mani/Pedi's for one of her Easter basket gifts. We choose Karma since it was close to her house. Sitting on Dixie Highway in a strip mall with a handful of other businesses we had to park in the back of the building, but it's just a short jaunt around the building to the front door. They were quick to respond to us upon entering and friendly. Several of the nail techs spoke English. We requested to have our pedicures side by side at the same tine and they accommodated us. Weboth had gel manicures and regular pedicures. Procedures appeared to be sanitary, techs wore masks and there was muaic playing. I had two seperate techs for fingers and toes. Girl who did my gel nails was good, efficient and through. I was pleased. The pedi tech wasn't as good or through and my toes are just OK using regular polish. My daughter had the same tech for both and was pleased with her results. For a cost of $148 for both of us it was a good experience. Greeted at the door I guess this is the main lady very rudely so much back and forth have you gotten your nails here before, we dont have the color to match just doing the most. I just left the salon and my nails are terrible. I asked for a stiletto shape and only half of my nails are a stiletto the other half are coffin tip, the paint is rough and doesn't cover the whole nail. After looking at them in my car I went back in to have them fixed and the lady told me "I see nothing wrong with them." Now I'm going to another salon to have this terrible mess fixed. read more

Great service and prices. This place is always busy! Great shellac options and amazing pedicures! Week days is the best days to visit them. Saturday's are busy except from about 1-3. I visited on a Saturday and it was super busy! They also have Sunday hours but one of the techs sad it's super crazy on Sundays. They are doing some remodeling too! They have several nail and Pedicure stations. I also noticed a herbal spa option. I was not offered this herbal spa option but will ask in the future. They do a great job! I usually have a pedicure and gel nail polish. I love that they have options for gel nail plush and matching toe nail polish. read more

So there are certain days when they are better-staffed. Dont go on Sundays, Weds, Fridays. However, they typically do an EXCELLENT job on my nails. It is not their personality that sucks, it is their English. However there are enough there who do speak English to translate. read more

Then the last time, I was very disappointed it was all females that day.The female that works behind the boss told me. He was not there that day. No one could not take me until 3 to 4 hours. Stopped into Karma Nails on my way home from work tonight and was terribly disappointed. They were very busy so I expected to wait for some time. After about 30 minutes I was told to go to one of the pedicure chairs and as I approached it there was already water in it so I stuck my feet in. The water was lukewarm and contained nothing but water. The women beside me had water with something blue in it. After 45 minutes in the water and after 2 women that came in after me started getting their feet worked on one of the workers approached me and started working on my feet. When it came time for the scrubs and lotions she never went further than the front of my leg up to my shins only. We than moved to the manicure which was equally sloppy. From start to finish she spent a total of 20 minutes on my mani and pedi combined. I will never go back. read more

My nails are perfect!!!! Ask for V. Her work is very meticulous and she takes pride in what she does. I don't usually tip for nail services but I gave her an extra 10 because I was so impressed. My nails are smooth and she PAINTS THE WHOLE NAIL!!! Shamefully this is a rarity. She alone gets 10 stars but as far as the facility goes I have to give it a four. I didn't appreciate being ignored when I walked in like literally NO GREETING at all from anyone! Geez. But I came here because of yelp and I stayed because of V. Also they actually have the ground shields for larger feet! This is the only shop I know to have carried the larger sizes. I am very impressed. Another thing I'm not fond of is how they place you in pedicure chairs right next to another person. I'm a true American I don't like being unnecessarily close to people and they show little regard for that. The urinal rule works beyond the men's bathroom!!! My daughter was in the middle of having her nails done when a lady came in and walked over to where we were complaining about needing to have her nails done before 2 pm. (So did we and that's why we got there when they opened.) So the lady moved my daughter over to another guy so she could work on that customer's nails. I am beyond upset. I'm so happy they do not need new clients because we will NOT be back. read more

Disappointed... I do not recommend this shop anymore. I have been going here for years... It's been months that the Shellac colors have been dwindling. I have had to settle for colors that I don't like or want. My last visit Jennifer the owner informed me that she just "can't find any of those colors".. I can understand if it were one or two colors no longer available, but it is unacceptable when there are multiple colors. The samples do not reflect the shortage, you have to choose one and hope they have it. This particular day I chose 3, none of them were available. I decided not to get my nails done, but had to wait because my husband was getting a pedicure. Tony has always done an excellent job, I just cannot condone getting my fill in and going somewhere else to get color. I am sad, I really hate to leave a bad comment but it seems the Tony and Jennifer are more interested in renovations than serving the customer... I will move on. read more

I have been going to Karma Nails for a couple of years now. I had tried 4 other places and had been on the losing end of the pedicure tools at each one of them. Never once has anyone been rough with me or hurt me while doing a pedicure or manicure at Karma! I enjoy conversing with the techs, and usually request Sandy, Tammy or Vanessa. Very nice since new ownership has taken over. New pedicure chairs that are so nice. Had a pedicure done the first visit. Was probably the most thorough I've ever had. All of the dry skin was gone and my toes are still looking good and it's been over a month. Second visit had manicure. Very nice job. I would definately recommend. I only had a regular pedicure. Decor is much more soothing and professional than before. Seems much more clean. I'm a big fan of clean. The only reason I didn't give five stars is I expect a very good massage. My massage was good, not great. But there's nothing negative to say about this place. read more

I love the quality of work they do, but I no longer want to go there, they are so rude with speaking Korean from one end of the shop to the other end. Why come to America and choose to use your language outside your household. Take American money and disrespect our language. The man who cashed me out shorted me of $5 for the technician's tip and told me it was her tip, I told him to give me my $5 and I would decide on her tip. What Gaul! Shame a good business that needs to understand, we are proud to be an American. read more
