Went here yesterday with a friend for a pedicure, very cute salon, in a nice area. I chose the deluxe pedicure which was $48 and got gel polish with it. The girl who did my pedicure did an okay job, and I mean very okay. My gel polish is atrocious, she messed it up and I did notice but was wondering why she put 15 coats on my right big toe... I'm pissed this $65 pedicure was god awful and my polish did this not even 5 hours later.... Spare yourself the time and money and just go somewhere else. read more

Overall I'd say this place is average. I waited about 50 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The nail tech was pleasant but clearly distracted, often looking away as he filed my nails. My nails turned out okay- they are kind of messy - the nail tech didn't really take the time to clean up the nail and there were nail shavings jammed into the back of the nail due to negligence. Great experience with Leon!! He fixed my nails that another salon messed up and gave me a wonderful structured gel manicure.

Absolutely not worth $93. The man was arrogant and condescending, laughing at me when certain requests were made. I don't get my nails done often and I don't trust very many people with them, and I will never come back here again. I requested for the excess to be removed from my skin, he laughed at me and said it would come off when I washed my hands. You can see by the picture that the edges look unfinished and rushed - after he laughed at my previous request, I didn't feel comfortable asking him to fix this and just wanted to leave. I'll do it myself before I have him touch my nails again. My pedicure on the other hand was lovely, the girl who did it was meticulous and thorough. read more

I wasn't particularly super happy with my set or shape but I also wasn't displeased with it. I haven't gotten my nails done in years I'm glad she was able to do the set I asked for, the polish is just on a little too thick so my nails have a little bit of an odd texture to them but also thankful because it's not like I could have done it on myself any better. I'll probably go back but nervous to ask for a more complicated design. Also love that it's been 3 weeks and none of my nails have broken even though I work with my hands. I wish I could give 2.5 but alas it doesn't work that way. I came here because it's a block from my house and - because of that - I really wanted to love it! I was hoping to find a spot to use for the future, especially my wedding next year for me and all of the bridesmaids and family. Alas, it wasn't one of my top manicure experiences. The space is nice and clean, which is important. I arrived at about 9:40 (open at 9:30) on a Saturday and only one staff member was there so I wait about 15 minutes for someone to help me. I asked for a French manicure. She pulled out all gel polish and I had to specify that I didn't want gel. She painted my nails essentially in silence. Some people might not like idle chit chat but absolute silence makes me feel a little awkward. It cost $25 and then the tip. No prices are posted. This felt high to me since I got a base coat, some white polish, and a top coat. I think that prices should be listed then people know what to expect. I'm also not that impressed with the quality for that price (not smooth lines, bubbled polish). I might be willing to drive 5-10 minutes rather than walk 5 minutes for a better experience, better quality, and/or better price. Update and reason for drop from 3 to 1 star: Polish cracked after a shower less than 24 hours later (the day of the photos for which I got the manicure). No no no and NO! Came here as a favor to my bff who doesn't like my usual place I go. Wanted to give it a chance but when I tell you the lady that did my pedicure rushed I mean she was done before I could even get comfortable in the chair. She wasn't personable at all and honestly acted like she had something better she could be doing, mind you the place was empty. It was literally me and best friend and two others. When it was time to polish my toes I swear to you she did it in 5 mins I felt like she was trying to beat some record. She got polish all over my skin and didn't fix it, it was honestly the worst experience getting a pedicure ever! I really like this place! unlike a lot of local nail spots, it's not run down and has a luxury feel. unfortunately they are usually pretty busy so expect to be there for an hour plus, but the work is worth it! This was my first & frankly only visit to this salon. I called ahead at short notice asking if I could be squeezed in & I was told to walk in. I arrived & there was only one other person, so my wait was very short. I asked for dip nails & tips, and was instead given acrylic (honestly haven't been doing this long, had no idea what the difference in application was). The application itself was awful, one of my nails was scuffed by the tech after topcoat was applied & the accent nail was just messy. i want to start by saying that i never ever ever leave bad reviews but this place was just so bad.. i walked out so unhappy with my full set, the nail tech who was with me clearly was unable to complete the design i asked for and was repeated trying and wiping it off, i also had to ask several times if she was going to complete the design or just leave it as is when it was clearly unfinished. after waiting more than 2 hours i didn't even have the energy to ask her to keep fixing it and just paid the 85$ and left. this is by far the most i have ever spent on nails and also the worst experience and outcome as well. i'm all for supporting small and up and coming businesses but the quality and cost should at least be fair. i've also added pictures just to really emphasize what i asked for vs what i got read more

Just recently started going here. Super excited I found this place and I've been happy with my nails for the most part but this most recent trip was so so. I did clear nails with colored flecks so basically shape is the MOST important thing with this style and I was let down. They're lumpy and the length is off. I'll give them another try but the drive to here from Indiana isn't worth it for mediocre nails. I've also been able to make an appt my first two visits but this time he just told me to walk in. I've come here and had a great experience before. The female techs are very professional and do a great job. BUT, last time I came, I had one of the male techs and he was hitting on me the entire time. I told him I was a teacher and he said he wishes he was my student. I told him I'm MARRIED and he said he's jealous of my husband. He told me that I'm perfect and his type. He just said very BIZARRE and uncomfortable things to me and I'm sitting there having to listen for 2 hours, I mean I can't just get up and leave while he's doing my nails. The first time I visited was quick in and out. I was impressed by the efficiency of my visit and the beautiful application. They apply their dip by painting it on, which I think requires more skill and stays in longer. My nails didn't chip for 4.5 weeks!! Of course I went back a second time after the 4.5 weeks and had a woman named Randi do my nails. She was EXCELLENT! I plan on going back to her bc she took her time, made sure they were perfect and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted.
