I'm giving this business a 4/10 - a 'classic' pedicure was $45 (one level up from a basic), and my service was quick and adequate. The nail attendant was friendly and the store was clean. Not impressed. This business employs a few techs who are not actually trained and educated nail technicians. This is not an "on the job" training type of work. Also need the technician to speak and understand English. read more

Had my first visit to this salon on a Sunday afternoon. Apparently they opened last December. Everything is clean and looks very nice. They even have chairs with a Disney princess theme for the little ones, which is cute. My technician was Andrew and he did a great job. He was polite, professional and easy to talk to. Prices were reasonable and they thanked me for stopping by. I like that they are open on Sundays. I'll be back! read more

I used to love going here until yesterday. I was getting a fill in which is $30 and I wanted chrome which is an extra $15 making total $45. When we were almost finished I asked her how much it will cost and she said $55. I didn't say anything only bc they were looking good. Then, she started to put the chrome on when my nails weren't evenly painted. They are lumpy and look like a 5 yr old did them. I'm usually not the type to complain or write a bad review but when I got to the counter, she said $65, so i got mad and started asking why does the price keep changing then she just looked at me like i was dumb. So I gave her $60 which is technically a $15 tip. read more

A lovely and relaxing spot for pampering. They have plenty of space, plenty of staff, and plenty of beautiful decor to make you feel relaxed. My husband and I got pedicures in preparation for our vacation. The staff was accommodating and kind, not to mention talented. (My husband's feet were not in good shape beforehand...lol.) Also, almost a month later my toes still look great! They are one of the few salons I've been to lately with a full staff, and to me that means they treat their employees well. Prices are good and quality is high. Give yourself a treat that will last! read more

Went to go get a full set. Not only did she mess up my ring finger (photos attache) she messed up my middle finger but fixed that one. Nails are crooked so bad not even. She had my hand sideways the whole time like for why? Not pleased with my experience and i definitely shouldn't have payed. I will NEVER go back to this place!!! read more

I really enjoyed my visit to Oasis!! I was looking specifically for a place that could do a French ombre set, and saw many different options on their menu. Also, this place is only a minute away from my office, so it made it super easy to jump on over here after work. The man who runs this salon is a really nice and friendly guy. I was able to be taken in immediately with no appointment, which was really nice. The woman who did my nails did a great job and was friendly also. My only irk was that she was talking to someone on the phone for a majority of the time she was treating me. For the complexity of the set I got, she handled it with ease and it didn't take too long. They also turned out very lovely afterwords! This is a very nice salon. They also have a rewards program if you decide to come back. read more

I stopped in because my usual guy moved away. My first thought was they were busy. I sat at a table to wait and it had not been cleaned in a while. They moved me to see Ann...very nice young lady. She did a lovely job on my nails! She was very gentle and personable. We chatted and she told me about her childhood in Vietnam. I would recommend her to other ladies looking for a nail girl. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the salon was not kept straight. I never saw anyone clean a table. We got the most expensive pedicure and enjoyed the salon and staff. Not sure I'd get the high priced pedi again because the "extra" callus remover not not so extra. Going back to try the moderate priced package. But overall, thumbs up on the salon. read more

After stopping by 3-4 other shops that had wait times, I found Oasis with no wait. I was happily greeted and was seated immediately. The gentleman that did my pedicure was friendly, held a great conversation, and did a wonderful job. He used new tools and the place appeared to be clean from where I was sitting. They also use liners for every pedicure. As a fun bonus, they have children's pedicure chairs with a Disney mural on the wall. read more

I went in for a polish change and was rushed to pick a color and then rushed out once finished. She didn't even give me 5 minutes to dry. When I paid, she wouldn't give me change and expected it as a tip. I'll never go back. read more

The first pedicure since the start of COVID19 in March. My toenails were so long and the ingrown nails were horrible. The nail technician did a great job and was gentle with her tools. She asked every few minutes if all was ok considering she was having to dig. I always bring my own polish so I'm not sharing a brush with others. She did an amazing job throughout and my nails look amazing. They weren't busy so was able to get in when I called. read more

I went in for a holiday inspired look. ombré with some gold. he was on his phone most of the time- told me the ombre was a little more. I said that's fine. not knowing it was going to cost me $72!!!! that's ridiculous! I have never been over charged so much! My friend and I went to this place today. We both got a pedicure. They cut our toenails entirely too short. When I left, I had skin peeling off the bottom of my feet and it was not like that before. We both asked for a pedicure and a manicure and they just never did my friends nails. There are bubbles in my manicure. They also just took forever, we were there for almost 2 1/2 hours. read more

This used to be our go to spot! The experience has always been positive with friendly faces and relaxing services. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and wanted to get a relaxing pedicure. The technician, who I did not recognize, was rude and aggressive about upgrades from The start. Zero foot massage was given even though I had selected the delux pedicure. In fact the entire service was bizarre compared to what I typically receive with that service at this salon. It's almost as though she wasn't trained on the service and was just making it up. I asked if I could get my nails painted and was reminded 4 times that gel is better even though i kept saying I don't want gel while pregnant. She asked me to lean forward (super comfy 35 weeks pregnant) and kept pulling my arm closer so she didn't have to stand up to paint my nails all the while sighing and rolling her eyes. Then as we go to pay with our card she goes "you're tipping cash though right?" We have been coming to this salon for 5 years and we understand a cash tip in the service world is better for the employees but I've never had someone aggressively demand a cash tip over a card tip. My husbands pedicure service was amazing and in fact his massage and service lasted 20 minutes longer than my entire service and I had my toes and finger nails painted. Maybe she was having an off day but I'm super bummed by the entire experience. read more

I've been going here for almost a year, and the more I keep going back the more worse my experience gets. I went to get my nails done and it wasn't to my liking I also felt rushed because I had multiple people doing my nails at a time and proceeded to get over charged an embarrassing amount of money for nails that came off within a week. One time the lady doing my nails told me I needed my eyebrows waxed and proceeded to wax them and burnt my skin off. Their pedicures are over priced and massage is pretty mid. The ambiance is pretty nice and for the most part have really nice staff but I don't think I'll come back. :/ read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in with a inspiration photo and was told the design on my ring finger would be too difficult to do and was asked to pick a different design. I picked something fairly simple, there was 4 curved lines. she told me once again that this new design was too difficult as well. she then proceeded to just get up and had someone else replace her. the new lady kept messing up the design as well and made the lines way too thick. I left there with paint all over my finger pads and nails I didn't even like. there are even spots on my nails that aren't even painted around the edges. I do not recommend. read more

I have gotten a pedicure here one time before and it was great! This time my tech was so rushed she got paint on my toes, cut me, and the wax didn't even solidify. My chair didn't work either. I got the deluxe and it was anything but deluxe. So disappointed. read more

Oh..Im so sorry. That's it. The visit 30 days prior.. I also got cut or nicked on my other foots toe. This one was painfull and red for a few days. It was my first cut from all my visits so I just took as " it happens". But after the lack of care and accountability from this last visit and the older lady who did my toes acting like she didn't want to be there in the first place makes me not want to return. Its unfortunate. To have at least 3 different people mess up your pedicure and 2 of them to cut the person..at that point there needs to be a refresher course taken. Customer service needs to be better and when you cut someone then you should find a way to compensate and resolve the issues for your customers. Also..the visit before this they automatically gave me gel on my toes which I never get and snuck in an charged me an extra $15.

The technician was very attentive and communicated throughout the procedure to ensure that I had no pain or discomfort. This was by far the most pleasant pedicure experience that I have had, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I did withhold the 5th star because the floor needed to be swept (a lot of nails and other debris), but the technicians sat in the massage chairs looking at their phones when they had no customers rather than attend to the floor.

The smell is so strong I instantly got lightheaded and had to ask for a mask. 3. Due to the harsh full hand chemical soak my knuckles began to bleed. Normally salons will wrap just the fingernail in polish remover. 4. They only let you tip in cash, I asked to tip by card but was refused. Tips aren't taxed so why make it harder on clients to tip?

I tried to be quiet and not let it be known how angry I was and how badly it hurts. I have to say that this was just jacked up and shouldn't ever happen to anyone. And I have real time text receipts on how this whole thing unfolded. So please lie on me again. I will post them. My entire conversation with my daughter as this is happening to me! Timestamps and all. Lie on me again. I say quietly trying not to let them see me cry and fuming. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried not only a new place for the first time but also getting art on my feet too. So this was just awful and now I have to carry on with my toes hurting for how ever long it takes to heal and pray I don't develop an infection or damn fungus. I'm a plain polish woman and I'm good with it. So for me to have gone and asked for something that should have been special... Yes I'm livid. I waited all evening to come write calmly and see if my feet would feel better. They don't. I have 3 pairs of new shoes I can't wear this weekend. I'm embarrassed and sad and my toes hurt! My daughter even finally reiterated that I didn't like them and that Tommy really cut my nails entirely too short, all Vincent could say is ok I'll make them pretty for you... but only by- shaping them square. Nothing but toe meat my guy you cannot file my toes anymore. Vincent did do a decent job on my daughter's feet but it's nothing like she asked for. I'll add those photos tomorrow when she sends them to me. She's resting and trying to unwind. Yes this was a traumatic experience, even for her. But yeah I'm flabbergasted and can't believe how badly I was gaslit and tried to force me to take a gift card.. give it to a friend- you mean an enemy? Why would I send someone else I care for in here? I messed up by coming here!!!

They were excellent at getting my friend and me in quickly for manicures. That's where the…read moreexcellence ended. The girl that did my nails was okay at filing my short nails into shape after a brief soak in liquid. She quickly removed cuticle and put on a first base layer of the color I had chosen. She spent time staring at her phone between dry times. A second coat of polish was added then topcoat. A thumb nail got knicked and instead of redoing it she tried to smooth it out either more top coat. The nail always looked like it had a bubble on it. She then sent me on my way without so much as a second look. My friend had it worse. Her technician rolled out of the back room like she was pained to have to work. She cut my friends skin while removing the cuticle then wiped away the blood. No apology. My friend had to ask for topcoat which was applied sloppily. We payed and left. It wasn't cheap. While there several pre teen girls came in to get their nails done. Around 8 of them with one Mom. No other adults came in while we were there. I would never recommend this salon.There is a nail salon on every corner. I can't speak for others but First Lady in Middletown is a HARD pass.
