I came in 3 days ago and was not happy...mind you I come here often for my pedicure. I always come on a Monday or Tuesday so that im not rushed on my pedicure. Ive came on Saturdays and was rushed and services were not given like the leg rub by the man doing my feet. Then I was dismissed like I was wrong when I mentioned it. I just thought I was losing my mind so I came back. My last 2 visits will be my last 2 visits. Tuesday I was cut and was bleeding. What makes it so bad is she seen it...and said nothing like it never happened...or maybe because it happens too much? I complained when I was rung up..she told me it was my fault and that my toes were small. Like WTF?? You cut my cuticle...MY SKIN. I assume the man by the desk was the manager or owner..he just said. Oh..Im so sorry. That's it. The visit 30 days prior.. I also got cut or nicked on my other foots toe. This one was painfull and red for a few days. It was my first cut from all my visits so I just took as " it happens". But after the lack of care and accountability from this last visit and the older lady who did my toes acting like she didn't want to be there in the first place makes me not want to return. Its unfortunate. To have at least 3 different people mess up your pedicure and 2 of them to cut the person..at that point there needs to be a refresher course taken. Customer service needs to be better and when you cut someone then you should find a way to compensate and resolve the issues for your customers. Also..the visit before this they automatically gave me gel on my toes which I never get and snuck in an charged me an extra $15. read more

Terrible. Lied about the prices online, and the lady TORE up my cuticles to the point where I was wincing as she was doing my manicure. They're super thick and bulky --I can already tell they're going to grow out awfully, and the French tip I got is super uneven. I'm not picky about my nails, but I don't think I've ever been so disappointed. read more

My go to place. I am always warmly welcomed. The dip manicure I get there usually lasts 3-4 weeks. I received many compliments on the chrome finish I tried last month. I've taken my 6 year old daughter for a special treat around Christmas, and she loved it! read more

I do not recommend this place at all .. I had gel manicure 1 day ago and my polish is lumpy - my nails are oddly shaped .. the gel polish is already chipping in places - my cuticles look terrible .. I stopped in recently for a gel manicure, and was not impressed at all. None of the tools that were used were cleaned - my nail tech was bringing the pieces out of small containers, that were just all thrown in together (nail clippers, files, bits used to take off gel polish). All other salons that I have gone to have had these pieces individually packaged, and gone through a cleaning process. Even after she used them, she placed them right back in the container and placed it back next to her. I've only had the manicure for roughly a week and a half, and the polish is already chipping off. I will be looking for other salons to go to in the future. read more

I won't be going back to this nail salon. When I walked in I wasn't acknowledged until I had been sitting there for 5 minutes. Then when I requested an eyebrow wax they said they couldn't make time for it and I would need to make an appointment and that no appointments were available that day. I called right after I left that same day and they said that they were open and available for me to make an appointment and that I could come now as they weren't busy. It is hard to not believe that I was being discriminated against, as I was the only Black person in the shop and the only person who was refused a service. Yet when I called and they couldn't see my race, they were willing to let me make an appointment. The customer service was poor and when I went back and confronted them, they never apologized for how I was treated. read more
