I have been coming to Spa Nails for 2 months now. I get the mani pedi and see Rose. Rose is so warm and lovely. I don't usually get my nails done regularly. However, I'm currently a caregiver for my mom and wanted to treat myself. I walked in back in September and Rose was so kind and patient with me. I wanted to get something nice done before I flew to Ireland. The staff worked with me to create these custom design nails of a claddaugh and Celtic design. The nails lasted me a month! I got so many compliments. So I went back yesterday to get some Halloween nails. Jennifer helped with the nail art and was meticulous in trying to get the design on the witch hat. Both times I went there are plenty of regulars, which I always think is a good sign. I will definitely go back. There is plenty of free parking in front of the building. 1. Unfortunately this was the worst dip powder service I have ever had. My nail broke the day after getting them done, 3 more broke soon after (prior to this experience I had never had a nail break). My nails were overly damaged during the service and are paper thin now. 2. To remove previous dip/polish they have your entire hands soak in a bowl of chemicals. The smell is so strong I instantly got lightheaded and had to ask for a mask. 3. Due to the harsh full hand chemical soak my knuckles began to bleed. Normally salons will wrap just the fingernail in polish remover. 4. They only let you tip in cash, I asked to tip by card but was refused. Tips aren't taxed so why make it harder on clients to tip? read more

Very pleased with Ryan. He is an excellent nail technician and I highly recommend him.

I popped in for an acrylic fill and a polish change on my toes. I was charged $62 before tip!!!! A fill anywhere with gel polish is about 35-40. which means I paid 22-27 dollars for a regular toe polish change. for my nails the drill was super hot and I was told it was my fault for not telling her sooner, like take a few decibels off the drill. This place charges customers random amounts! won't be back! read more

I got a decent pedicure today. My toes look pretty but none of the callous/dead skin removal that I'm used to took place. The tech was friendly. I normally go to another spa, but I wanted to try a new spa closer to home. I will likely not return but it's difficult to find nail techs that you trust with your feet and hands. Me personally, I'll get my toes done anywhere, but will only go to old faithful for my nails. read more

This place defines poor quality work. I just left the store. My nails are a mess. They're thick, clunky, and there's no uniform shape. There were a couple of times that I asked him to correct his work. Each time he exhaled loudly and began speaking to everyone else in a different language. The more he corrected the bad shaping the shorter my nails got. So do I ask him again to correct it, or just give up because he isn't good at what he's doing? I chose to pay and leave. My best friend and I went in this morning to do our toes. We got the basic pedicure package. First her water was too hot, then second the guys that did our toes were speaking there language so right off we knew they were talking about our feet, then we felt the price we paid for a basic pedicure wasn't what we felt was right in doing our toes and the rushed through the whole process, lastly my feet underneath feels so horrible worse then I did coming in. I'm never going back there. read more

I've been coming here for years and Jenny and Daniel really care about their customers! I get my toe nails done every couple weeks and the shellac pedicures last 2-3 weeks easily and look great. They know I prefer soaking my shellac off and take the time to make me comfortable, even if it takes longer. Definitely get the deluxe pedicure, it is relaxing and makes your feet super soft. I don't usually do my nails unless I have an event, but have a work event this week and Daniel did a terrific job on my short and brittle nails! read more

Probably the worst place I've been to. Walked out crying because they argued with me instead of providing me decent customer service. First of all, here are all the warning signs and I highly suggest you take notice: 1. As soon as you walk in you notice too many potted plants that look like like were bought from the clearance section at Kroger next door. In fact, one of the ladies comes in and had bought more flowers from the manger selection (clearance) there's nothing wrong with buying plants/flowers but it looked tacky. 2. You go and pick a nail color and there is absolutely no options! That should be the MAIN RED flag is that they're NO nail color sections, in fact, most of the colors were dried out. 3. Went in to get a pedicure and as I put my foot in their bath, noticed no lining. And usually, if there isn't a lining, you would somewhat feel comfortably, but the tubs seemed untrustworthy. 4. The tech, comes out with the all the tools, warning flag #4. The tools didn't look sanitized. Or they weren't unwrapped in front of me. 5. They asked if I wanted to get a callus removal but didn't think I needed it. But every other time I went to get a pedi, the basic would come with it. But wanted to charge me additional $5 for it, so I said 'no thank you'. I anticipated just the grater would do the job. 6. Their "hot towel" was literally just a wipe-down of your legs and calves. 7. Their lotion they use was watery and non moisturizing because as soon as it dried my legs went back to dry. 8. I asked them if they had my foot soaking in anything else other than just water and the lady exclaimed, " no no, that's extra", but then added 4 beads that looked like unstoppables. The reason why I assumed they were unstoppables bc she said this doesn't do anything but make it smell good.-- I don't care for my feet to smell good, I care for my feet to feel normal and soft. 9. The chairs Are old and they SUCK! 10. Felt RUSHED. 11. As my toe nails were drying, I looked down at my feet and I see absolutely NO DIFFERENCE ON MY FOOT AND HEEL. I literally could pick at my heel and it was flaking. I asked the nail to correct, considering this is not what I expected. Normally my dry "callus" ( which I remind you, didn't think it was considered callus) would look remotely better, but i was so disappointed I asked for them to correct. Instead the argued with me saying "there is nothing we can do about it." --uhhh if I'm picking and it's flaking off, yes there is. They said "want to fix then you pay $5".-- are you kidding me? Literally didn't think I had to pay additional for the time I was already was spending. They literally was arguing when I was just trying to explain how I've never had to walk out a nail spa with my feet (not nails) looking worse (due to it soaking in hot water). Needless to say, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Great way to make a new mom feel good about getting a basic pedicure. Ladies, I highly suggest you look somewhere else. There's another nail place across the street. Check that place out first. read more
