Yes, the chairs are comfortable, but old. There are seven spa chairs. I didn't scan all chairs, but I noticed one had several rips in the seat. I opted for the $35 spa pedicure - as a treat. I got the lemon scent and I could actually smell the scent, which was great. However, there wasn't much to the exfoliating grains. I thought the pedicure itself was OK. There was a couple of things the technician didn't do that I thought (after all these years) was part of the norm. But not her's. In the end my toe nails were cut and shaped nicely. The manicure was also OK. The cut and shaping was OK. I think more effort could have gone into making sure the length among all nails was equal and that they were well shaped. I opted for no polish and short nails - this is how I roll w/ my fingernails. I did request a buffed shine. And after two attempts to get a descent shine, the technician was finally able to find the proper tool. I appreciated her persistence to deliver. If you're looking for a place to truly relax and enjoy not just the services, but also the environment, I don't think this is it. "Tommy" cut all my toenails off so short that when he's filing them it's just scraping the meat off the tops of my toes which are already tender from being cut so close. He cut my pinky toenail on my left foot completely off- and had to put an acrylic nail on it. The right one is so short it looks stupid. The polish on a couple of toes aren't even covering the nail so it looks crazy. Then Vincent does the 3D flowers and starts gaslighting me saying Tommy told him I came in with my nails that short which is a damn lie and tells me he knows it's too hard for me to understand... like I'm so stupid and so uneducated that I can't comprehend what's going on- that he simply needs to file my toenails square and they'll look better. I have none left so what are you shaping. No he butchered my toes and did a wild job with the paint and rhinestones. The tops of my toes hurt and it's HOURS later. What outfit is an outfit without the shoes to tie it together? Ruined me. The whole weekend is ruined. So I had to sit with this crap on me for hours because I had more stuff to do to get ready for the weekends events for my birthday. I tried to be quiet and not let it be known how angry I was and how badly it hurts. I have to say that this was just jacked up and shouldn't ever happen to anyone. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried not only a new place for the first time but also getting art on my feet too. So this was just awful and now I have to carry on with my toes hurting for how ever long it takes to heal and pray I don't develop an infection or damn fungus. I'm a plain polish woman and I'm good with it. So for me to have gone and asked for something that should have been special... Yes I'm livid. I waited all evening to come write calmly and see if my feet would feel better. They don't. I have 3 pairs of new shoes I can't wear this weekend. I'm embarrassed and sad and my toes hurt! My daughter even finally reiterated that I didn't like them and that Tommy really cut my nails entirely too short, all Vincent could say is ok I'll make them pretty for you... but only by- shaping them square.
