She took the time to ask me about my job, chatted with me, and genuinely cared about getting the design exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they really prioritize customer satisfaction. Went in for a regular mani for my daughter and gel pedis for us both. The manager was rude and condescending, tried to upsell to gel mani and when I declined he said "ok but just so you know it only last 2 days." Do I look new? A good mani lasts 5-7 days easy. So are you going to tell your worker to give my daughter a half a$$ed mani to get even with me? No chance, we left and took our money elsewhere. read more

The staff here is extremely rude and judgmental. The only nice people are the two girls by the reception desk. Every single thing I chose to get they tried to upsell me and started making extremely judgmental statements in the attempt to upsell. FYI, laughing at the end of an insulting comment doesn't make it any less insulting, if I want it do it don't try to change my mind when it's more money in your pocket anyways, I genuinely had to tell the girl to stop making me feel bad just because I wanted one singular thing changed. I stopped coming here a while ago and tried to give it another shot but every time I do they prove me right. Took away the tip option so you have to say out loud in front of everybody how. much you're tipping. Also, put the prices back up if you're going to increase them by an exponential amount. Stopped in here real quick before leaving town. I needed a fill and the person who was with me needed a full set. They didn't give prices before starting our nails. The length and shape on the full set is not what was asked for. The fill was ok but the paint job was not the best. The nail techs were all very rude though. We got in when they first opened. They didn't speak to us the entire time!! They made us both feel uncomfortable with the way they were looking at us and talking to each other. Will not be returning to this location. The prices were definitely NOT worth the service we received. read more

I moved to southern Indiana in August and have tried a few salons. Today was the second time I visited Diva Nails. Gwen was my nail tech and I will absolutely be going back to her. My first experience there, I just had my dip redone on my nails and it was fine. But today I was so impressed and happy with my deluxe pedicure and the new dip on my fingernails. This place is beautifully decorated!.. Makes ya feel like you are in an upscale salon. Unfortunately they need more nail techs. I waited 40 mins, soaking in a bowl before they even stated on my pedi. I guess the glass of wine with the "Deluxe" package and massage chair made the wait not so bad.... Perhaps making an appointment would be a better choice vs a walk in. read more

Extremely rude. Sign says closes at 8pm. Walked in at 7pm. They didn't acknowledge me. I said you close at 8pm and i was told NO WE CLOSE AT 7PM WE CLOSED. I own a business and I would have said Hi welcome! Im sorry we close at 8pm but unfortunately we are boooked can we schedule you for another time?!? It was akward and rude asf how they treated me. So unprofessional . So I sat there writing a review on their FB page and there were 3 ppl who walked out at 715pm. If you don't close at 8pm then CHANGE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It's a 45 minute drive for me but I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Made an appointment for 11am and had to wait 30+ minutes only to have someone tell me they could help us when I called another salon and then got up to leave for the other location. I planned this girls day weeks in advance, so was extremely disappointed with their lack of consideration. I was also unimpressed with their facilities. Not a great experience. read more

This was one of the worst experiences ever in a nail salon. I requested that my tips be taken off and a manicure with gel polish. The lady that performed the service had jagged dirty nails. She had to be asked multiple times to not dig her nails into my skin. When taking off my tips, the dremel was used without a soak and then the manicure started. After threatening to leave, she soaked my nails and took more but not all of the acrylic off. The manicure was extremely subpar. No, I will not be back. read more

I came in yesterday for a fill-in. Service options and prices are not posted anywhere in the salon. I didn't know how much I was paying for a fill-in until she ran my card and brought me the receipt. Tina (the nail tech) spent the first 10 minutes that I was sitting at her station, FaceTiming someone and never greeted me or had any conversation with me. The hand towel she pulled out to use during my manicure had several nail clippings on it that were not mine which tells me that she was using a dirty towel from a previous customer. She put the acrylic powder on super thick and I had to ask her to file them down with the dremel so that my nails had a thickness more similar to natural nails and she rolled her eyes. They are still thicker than I would like them to be. She was clearly cutting corners because she wanted to leave and I understand that I came in 50 minutes before closing but the quality of service shouldn't have been any less than that expected of a morning appointment. When she was painting my nails, there was a hair in the polish bottle. She only painted 2 coats so there's still some transparency to the polish and she got up and walked away before asking if I was pleased with my nails. I'll give Tina the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was just having a really bad day, but this has been my worst experience at Diva Nails and I won't be returning. read more

What a disappointment and a rip off! Went for a gel french manicure for a special occasion. Tech used acrylic powder (saying it was gel) and I started breaking out with a rash the next day. The quality of work was mediocre at best, air brushing did not cover nail tip, showed through clear coat. Size of nail tips too small for my nails. Couldn't see how poorly these were done until under better light. I had no time to repeat process but will chalk it up to experience. Evidently, Tracey is the tech to have since that was the name requested by others coming in the door. If I had only known. read more
