The technician was very attentive and communicated throughout the procedure to ensure that I had no pain or discomfort. This was by far the most pleasant pedicure experience that I have had, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I did withhold the 5th star because the floor needed to be swept (a lot of nails and other debris), but the technicians sat in the massage chairs looking at their phones when they had no customers rather than attend to the floor.

Yes, the chairs are comfortable, but old. There are seven spa chairs. I didn't scan all chairs, but I noticed one had several rips in the seat. I opted for the $35 spa pedicure - as a treat. I got the lemon scent and I could actually smell the scent, which was great. However, there wasn't much to the exfoliating grains. I thought the pedicure itself was OK. There was a couple of things the technician didn't do that I thought (after all these years) was part of the norm. But not her's. In the end my toe nails were cut and shaped nicely. The manicure was also OK. The cut and shaping was OK. I think more effort could have gone into making sure the length among all nails was equal and that they were well shaped. I opted for no polish and short nails - this is how I roll w/ my fingernails. I did request a buffed shine. And after two attempts to get a descent shine, the technician was finally able to find the proper tool. I appreciated her persistence to deliver. If you're looking for a place to truly relax and enjoy not just the services, but also the environment, I don't think this is it. I got a shellac mani at Signature nails and it peeled off several nails in 9 days. For the cost of it, I expect better quality than that. Cleanliness of the salon was great. I was rushed to pick out my colors before I had even looked through all the options. It was repeated to me 5x by two different employees--what color, what color, pick a color, have you chosen yet? There's hardly any massage in the mani or pedi. Like less than 45 seconds for each one. I'm sure of this before the girl massaged my hand/arm while the other hand was under the curing light for the shellac. If the shellac had stayed on for 14+ days, I would've went back but I won't pay that cost and only get 9 days worth.

No appointment. This is probably one of the most honest and better nail salons in Louisville so far. Q, the new owner, is amazing at his craft. I am thankful I took a second chance on this location and that there is new management. Q took care of my nails and instead of trying to get me to spend $$ he convinced me of better solutions for my nail problems. He took his time with his work.
