Never again. I went here because its conveniently located off the exit near my work. The people were nice and my nail tech was nice but the nail job was horrible. She was trying to remove my last acrylic and she kept accidentally lifting my natural nail. Then when she used the tool to smooth out the acrylic she fumbled 3 times and ran over my skin. She kept saying she was sorry but she did not have stead hands. The acrylic turned our horrible. All I wanted to do was leave!! The photos will show the horrible job that was done. I was soooo busy on Saturday that I did not get to have my nails done. My sister suggested Natural Nails to me because they are open on Sundays and the pedicures are amazing!! She did not lie and they did not disappoint me at all!! Before I left my chair I felt like I had a new pair of feet. Lol. Even the salon started to laugh. This place was really bad, I do not recommend this place for no one. The workers were kinda rude and impatient . They were expensive for bad placed and bad painted acrylic nails and normal nails. 1. Tried to push me to pay by cash. If I wanna pay by debit card, I can. 2. Brought my niece with me (she was getting her nails painted) and they were not friendly to her at all.. she's a kid for God's sake.. 2nd time I came to this place, the nail tech tells me I can't have my nails done coffin shape because my fingers are too fat. I proceeded to show him how others have done my nails before and they were able to achieve what I asked for. Don't blame my fingers on your crappy abilities. If zero was a rating that's what this establishment would have received from me. I've tried to visit this place for about 13 years now. I pop in because they are never busy. Each time I've tried I haven't received a nice visit. The first time I stopped going was because while talking to the tech I expressed to her that my daughter would like to be a nail tech she stated black girls can't do nails they are ugly. Yeah I stopped going. Years later I needed to get my nails done on the double and In a hurry. The same tech from years ago pissed me off with some stupid technique she was using. Well this past Wednesday I needed on the double service. I tried long nails but they were packed soon as they opened. Once again I tried to give them a chance. So because I only needed a pedicure they would only give me a choice of about thirty ugly dried out polishes. Mind you I get my nails done every two weeks. I know for every gel polish there is a regular polish. No they wouldn't let me get the other polish. Only if I got my nails done. What??????!!!!! They only wanted to up sale me. No ma'am. Then I gave them a credit card and she promised I had to put In a PIN number. No it's a credit card. I know how to use a pay machine. She kept pushing debit option. She wanted cash. Today was my first time going there for service and it was horrible. I was told that this place has horrible reviews but I decided to give them a try seeing that every other place was closed. The workers were rude and I am dissatisfied with the quality of work. My cuticles burn, and the polish they used I think was old. I have paint on the side of my toes and everything. I paid $44 for a manicure and pedicure with regular polish. That is really expensive. read more

Came to this place for the first time & the so called owner was rude. I had to keep telling her she was filling my skin when pushing cuticle she pushed my skin my toes were burning. She was sarcastic oh dont tell me i hurt u again oh ur the queen today a real nasty witch & as a first time customer i will never return or tell anyone of this location. & by the way they wanted me to leave when i told her as she wasnt getting a tip & i can go somewhere else. Going to the nail salon is suppose to be relaxing not a place to spend ur money & time & deal with masty rude mouth techs.
