One of my nails wasn't the same length as the others so she suggested adding a tip. The nail salon was clean and organized. My total for dip was $45. If you want to add chrome it's an addition $15. The only negative I'll mention has to do with the color. While I love the color, I noticed there's some lighter spots throughout on my nails. They also offer a rewards card, after 5 visits you recieve $10 off.

Wait times are long without appointments, but they don't tell you an approx time, they said "not long" and I waited approximately 30 minutes, while my guest waited 45. I can say that they are strong on my fingers. The reason I can't give 5 stars is that the thumb nails both broke the second I got in my car and turned out of the parking lot. Literally just cleaning the bottom off of another nail and Blam it broke. They never got shiny either. They have stayed matte no matter even if I put clear shiny on them. I have never had this happen before. Luckily I have dip at home and filled in the broken park with a similar green and made it work. It's nit as pretty but oh well. The lady was very nice and understood english ok. Maybe better than I could tell. I don't speak Vietnamese so I can't communicate very well either. I won't be back.

I don't think enough glue was used. It hasn't been very long (maybe less than 2 weeks since I had my nails done) and they're falling off. 3/10 are already off and they're not grown out much. I even have them done short so they don't get "top heavy" and come off more easily. I'm not asking for anything for free because I know her time is valuable. But maybe glue them on better next time :)

Nope. A woman walks in without an appointment, sits down next to me, and they start doing her nails.
