Was suppose to be a blue ombré not sure what the hell happened !!

Horrible nails!! Owners are nice but the nail techs they have just so not care about what type of work they are doing. They charged me 70 for this and I only agreed to pay bc I did not want to cause a scene. This is at least my 3rd time being disappointed by the nail techs here. I go because anywhere close is booked up and . When I told the tech it did not look good he proceeded to show me other pictures of ombré nails that had "shadowing" and said that's how ombré looked this was the ugliest set of nails I have ever had and am so sad about it. Will not be returning again.

This is the worst someone has ever done on my nails. I was told the person who did my nails is named Joe. As you can see, my nails look like thick peanut butter brown globs. This is a fresh set too. You can see from the picture, I'm still at the nail salon when I took it. Joe did not buff it out and trim it down to correctly shape the nails. It's extremely uneven. I told him during the process to please trim it down and even it. After several times of explaining that it was uneven, he didn't understand. As if he couldn't see the problem. Anyone, even if you don't do nails, could clearly see the nails are extremely thick, uneven, and it doesn't look right. Finally, he went in with his tool to fix it, but it barely did anything. He looked really annoyed and didn't do much to fix it. After explaining the problem several times, I gave up. Then when I was getting cashed out, I told the lady ringing me up that I was very unhappy with how my nails came out. She told me to go tell Joe because only Joe can fix the problem. If I want someone else to fix it, that would be a new service I'd have to pay for. I told Joe once again, the nails came out very thick and uneven and that I'd like for him to shape the nail and even it out. He still couldn't see what was the problem and was unwilling to fix it or redo it. I was over it and left. I can't believe they let their customers walk out with nails looking like this .....

And that's in all my nails The polish it's smush all and lifting up

How I just got a my nails done 2 hours ago and my gel nail polish coming off. The man that did them did not even let me dry the polish in the machine usually they tell you to keep inside for more than one time he rush me and told me to wash my hands. No lotion nothing Never again waste of my time and money

I had my nails done here on Saturday by Jasen... My nails the file down so thin that my own nail is sticking out of the sides of my gel fill in ... I was asked to come back today only to be told "what do you want me to do ? I asked nicely to have the sides filled in with gel to cover my own nail the response I got from Jasen was "come back if they break "!! Horrible customer service considering I gave a horrible review to begin with and somebody reached out to me via text that they would fix my nails... I'll never come back here ever again!!!

So many colors to choose from.

So came here this afternoon (3pm) for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. First time here. Hellen did both. She was really nice and helpful. The atmosphere is okay. The staff appear to be nice and welcoming. I waited about 5 minutes before Hellen began with me. However, the entire service took over 2 hours. Hellen started the process of taking off the gel I already had. After covering each nail with the foil she had me wait while she painted another customer nail. That wasn't a problem as the nails should soak a few minutes. But after waiting what felt like 10 minutes Hellen asked me to sit in the pedicure chair. That was fine too until I had to wait until almost 3:30 when Hellen began my pedicure. From there the service went smoothly. Hellen is good but she took forever to start. That was really annoying and because of the slow pace I had to pay for an extra hour for meter parking. Will I come back? Yea I would. I would just let Hellen know I'm on a time limit.

Jackie is amazing, youd be lucky if you did end up having an appointment with her but she's not available to do a lot of people's nails. May is usually busy and not focused on your nail if she's the one that happens to be doing it. For me I love my nails to look professional. I was very disappointed when my nail did not have that finish look. Before they finish and put the polish on, they should make sure the nails/tips look like your nails, push back your cuticles etc. This was my finish look. I'm not sure if I'll keep going there. They use to do an amazing job but when busy they do an okay job.

Had a little wait, as I was a walk in. I did a spa pedi and I LOVEDDD it. The young lady did a wonderful job massaging my feet and getting rid of my calluses.

Nail Boutique is the best salon I've ever gone to and will tell you why. Peter was recommended to me from a coworker after I complained about even gel nails broke on me. I went to him last summer for powder acrylic + gel polish and I've gone ever 2-3 weeks since then. My nails ha e NEVER broken since then. They are not too thick or thin, and look and feel like natural nails. Peter always makes time for me and I never wait more than 15 minutes. Prices are SUPER reasonable with an ATM inside. Everyone there is friendly and funny. I plan on coming to Nail Boutique as long as I live here!

Me and my friend got a terrible manicure and pedicure here, but besides that we were also insulted, disrespected by one of the male manicureists. One of the most rundown salons i have ever been to. Crowded, unsanitary place. The lady doing my nails was on her phone most of the time while working on my nails. The nailpolish that she used was so old that she had to add acetone but still it was so thick that it has never dried even after keeping my nails for 20 minutes under the nail vent. If it wouldn't have been so important for my friend to get a mani that day i probably would have left the moment I saw what's going on in that salon. I should have just said no, my mistake also. It is surprising how this place has so many positive reviews! I will probably remember this negative experience for a long time.

My friend recommended me coming here as I was looking for a place that didn't charge a lot for a simple short acrylic nail set. I arrived here today around 11am. There was no wait. I had a technician named Betty do my nails. She did a pretty decent job, however there were a couple of things that happened which knocked off 2 stars from this review. She kept pausing from doing my nails to go attend to other things like checking her phone, talking to another client who was waiting. I was getting frustrated because we were nearly done so I didn't understand why she couldn't do any of this after she finished. Not only that, but she ended up cutting my pinky nail when she was applying the gel polish. She applied the gel polish first then started filing a corner of it off. Then she went to get the cuticle cutter and starting picking at the corner of my pink where the nail and my skin meets. I didn't understand what she was doing or why she was doing this but it resulted in leaving a cut in my finger. She didn't address it until after I said something to her about it. She replied back saying "sorry miss" and just dismissed it. She didn't explain what she was trying to do. She wasn't cutting my cuticles because they were already cut before doing my nails. So now my pinky finger hurts and burns. Also, on one of my other nails, there is a spec of something trapped under the gel polish, that you can see from photos. I probably won't come back again because it wasn't necessarily good service but it wasn't bad either.

I always call to do my nail on the same day, so it's already the second time that I have been seen by Sam, he is very rude and I hated my nails ... yesterday I didn't see it because it was night, now that I saw it in the sun, how horrible my nails are ‍

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR NATURAL NAILS. I am very upset that I have to give a star at least. If I could I would give it a big fat 0! They are unprofessional (specially a lady that sits in the back and does feet). I went to go get an acrylic set because Im getting married, and I walked out with my natural nails because Im lucky! First, I asked for a semi rounded shape, the guy gave me an almond shape. Then ai ask him to please make them short (because I work with kids) and to make them thin (natural looking), he said "ok, but not too much". Ok... it's my nail.... but whatever. I keep reminding him yo make t thin...he files away my entire skin, makes them crooked and still THICK! They sent me to his wife to paint the nail. She leaves the edges and the back without painting. It absolutely looked like I had pieces of clay as finger nails. Very nicely I went to the owner and told her to please fix it. She sat me down with the same exact person, the guy's wife. I was very upset about that. Her way of fixing the nail is by trimming it and filling more, and because they were very short, it looked like regular short nails by this point. She saw me looking at them, and asked me what did I think. I told her to please take them off and she said that it takes an hour, to please wait and try to save the nail. So she continued, and 10 minutes later I told her "I'm sorry, I don't like anything about the nails. Take them off". Well the process took 15 minutes. 15 MINUTES!!!! Then she filled away even more and wanted to redo the acrylic. My natural nail was so thin that if i would of put on another set, when the acrylic nail would of fallen off, it would of taken my natural nail with it. I ask for a manicure and once again I have to supervise her because she was not reaching the edges and the back. I ended up having to pay for the set that was crap! AND tolerate them talk about me in my face in their own language. I walked out and they knew I was never going to come back. Now Im going to my wedding with short nails, because I can't go somewhere else because they damaged my natural nail and nail bed. DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF! DO NOT GO HERE!

What shape is nail???? There is none. Even after repeatedly asking her to file my nails evenly into a coffin shape

Where to start.... my original nail tech is on vacation and I desperately needed a fill in. I found this spot close to where I live and they took walk in. I walked in a was greeted and told them what I needed. A fill in. After a few mins they had me sit with one of the Spanish girls to have my gel buffed off. Then I waited some more. Then they had me sit at another seat and pick a color then I waited some more and some more. After a while I asked who was gonna do my nails it had already been about 20mins. I was told that the lady that kept taking walk in brows would. I guess they told her something in their language because she came right out. She starts my nails. When she got to adding the acrylic she added only on the top at the cuticles and I had to tell her to put it on the whole nail. Did she? No0oo0o only on the 2 I had pointed out. Smh then she starts filing my nails which were originally in coffin shape. She barely did that. My nails were uneven and not a sharpe shape. I asked her to fix it and she looked annoyed and went in to file them but again barely touched them. I know she could tell I was annoyed because she kept looking at me and speaking in some Asian dialect. Which is Freaking rude!!!!!!! And obnoxious and obvious. She then paints them and idk I gave up after this. My nails are not shaped correctly, the pinky looks like just a glob of pink crap. The nails were not buffed correctly and I'm pretty sure I'll have a lot of lifting. How do you let your customer leave like that? Then I pay and I added a tip because the heffa is staring at me and I guess she thought it wasn't enough because again she began speaking in her language. Never again!!! I should of never tipped. You're freaking rude!!!!!! And can't do nails. What other reviewers mentioned is true, they either don't understand English or don't give a damn what the customer wants and do whatever they choose to do.

DO NOT GO WITH LILLY…read more I was running late and I understand that I was lucky enough to get my nails done. But damn, she was so eager to rush to go to her next client that she did a horrible job. Five extra minutes wouldn't have hurt anyone literally. The reason why she went over my fingers is because I asked her to remove my cuticles as she should have and she barely did it. Then painted my nails. I still saw cuticles so I asked again. This time this woman literally went deep. Sis didn't even file my nails properly. HORRIBLEEEEEEEE Besides that the salon is great, clean!! Jason is great boss so he was able to work something out with me. But if you guys are running late or something just do not go with her.

I've been coming to Elite Nails for over 5 years for these exact reasons. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking in a lot. The salon is small and a little outdated. It could use a paint job and new flooring, but at least it's not unsanitary. There's around 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. If you want a luxurious ambiance, this isn't the place for you. Their prices are very fair and lower compared to other salons in the area. I always get a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($23). There's plenty of nail colors and brands to choose from. Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great. My polish lasts for a looooooong time and doesn't chip or lift. They even have a rewards system. Gain points for every $ spent and you get free services. Looking forward to my next appointment!

After coming here since it opened in 2017, I have to change my rating…read more I get regular manicure/pedicure but the nail polish selection has been HORRIBLE for several years; they are old and gooey so I bring my own base coat, nail polish and top coat. Never got a discount for that, but to me it is worth not having the polish chip a day later. A few months ago I bought my husband a gift certificate and asked if it was more for a male and they told me $34. Today my husband used the GC and they asked for $3. After I asked why they told me it was $37. We went back and forth with you said, I said and they walked away from me twice. Finally they gave me back $3 and asked me not to return. Their service has been going downhill since they changed owner and apparently losing a longtime customer over $3 is how they do business. As I sat in the pedi chair looking down at my toes I seriously wondered...why didn't I listen to…read moreall the reviews?" because I could definitely check a lot of boxes as far as the negative experiences others described. But first and foremost... my toes looked a mess. I mean a literal hot mess. I mean they were such a mess I had to stop myself from yelling "don't do it girl" to a woman walking over to the pedi chair. Also, this was the longest and I mean longest pedicure in history. And not a luxuriously long pedi. There was hardly any massage nor was there any leg mask or hot oil on my heels...it's just a gel pedicure... It was a long and tedious pedi that I could have done at home with similar results. It was not cheap. I was out of more than $50 by the time I walked out of this place... How'd I end up here? I had an event and they were the only place near me that's open on Sundays..... I could've kept my same gel pedi and saved myself time and money because it didn't look that bad... especially looking down at my toes right now. Oh and yes as noted in other reviews- the guy at the front was indeed extremely rude. Rude and abrasive even when we were just asking to look at the gel colors. They scrub with the correct tool to remove dead skin but they did it so lightly that it didn't work. Sorrow sorrow prayers for my toes... Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Seriously. PS This was a one star but bumped to two because they did actually have another nail tech finish and it ended up just a teensy bit better. So I ended up having to tip two people. The guy massaged and put lotion on one leg only -but by that time I was just so ready to leave I didn't care. I won't return. Not posting my struggle toes for all to see either! Just don't do it.
