I got the chicken biryani and shared some garlic and regular naan with the table. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was pretty good! The naan was pretty good too. My own personal main complaint would be that the servers weren't the most proactive with refilling water- they weren't very available and we had to ask. Also, the chicken tikka masala was not good- don't get it.

To be clear, this is a food truck, and I am rating it as such. It is set up in a gas station…read moreparking lot. They did put out a single table for me to eat there, but it has nothing to offer in the way of ambience. Weather may also be a factor, and when I arrived at the post opening time they were still setting up. The reason I have a high opinion of the place is not any of those things, but that it offers the distinctive home-cooked taste of a cuisine that is not otherwise available in the region to my knowledge. It is vegetarian South Indian and most of the options revolve around lentils and spices. I sampled a preparation I hadn't had before of ildi, a steamed rice and lentil cake, with some mouthwatering spicy powder. My spicy dosa, which I made it clear I wanted really spicy, was indeed fiery, but also possessed the delightful crispness and mix of sour and savory flavors distinctive to this cuisine. I also note that sometimes the salt in sambar overwhelms me but I didn't have a particularly tough time here; the flavors of the spices were enough without the ridiculous oversalting that some restaurants do. It is a taste that I would be happy to come back for in the near term and I would try virtually everything they offer.

All of the food here is vegetarian, but she can cook these dishes with such a depth of flavor and perfection that even the most ardent carnivore will be blown away. We had the masala dosa, samosa chat, dahi puri, vegetable manchurian, and finished everything off with a magi lassi and an order of carrot dessert. everything was seasoned perfectly, with layer upon layer of flavor. There is a nice sitting area next to the truck where you can sit an enjoy your meal. please take an opportunity to venture to out to this incredible dining spot and let Sudha take your taste buds on an adventure.

We had a wonderful time here!…read more I called ahead to get a reservation as we came as a group of 7. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server was very knowledgeable and asked the kitchen questions if they were unsure on an answer. The service was very friendly and very efficient. The food was amazing! The cheese naan was warm, soft and cheese! The fried paneer was also delicious! The heat levels are from 1-10 and everyone ordered a level they decided was perfect! The prices are very fair and I highly recommend a visit here if you have not already been!

The food was very good and one of my fellow Yelpers highly recommended it. Thats saying something! The outside of the restaurant is modest looking and has a nice wooden deck for summer time dining. The inside looks modernized with a bar area and the rest are dining tables. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. They have great patience too as they must get many customers who need help with the cuisine choices. I started out w corn soup appetizer. Not alot of corn in it but it was hardy as it had light colored lentils in it. It tasted somewhat like a Korma dish in soup form. Loved it!I ordered garlic naan to go with it. It was Nice, warm and soft, with just the right amount of garlic, not overpowering, just right. My final dish was a shrimp tandoori, which was very nice to look at very great to taste. The grilled shrimp were sitting on a bed of julienned vegetables with a pretty rose shaped onion with the edges dipped in beet coloring. The dish had a great presentation as it came out of the kitchen on a sizzling skillet. I finished up with a nice hot cup of tea spiced lightly w cardamom, lemon and ginger. I loved the unique flavor in a bracing black tea. Its a restaurant that highlights Indian cuisine in a tasty, quality Way. A gem!
