Just finished talking to Nick about my situation. To my surprise he recommended a completely different course of action. Rather than just agreeing to quote down spouts that might not fix the problem, Nick suggested checking with a plumber about snaking the existing down spouts. It resulted in no new business for him this time but I was very impressed by his integrity and home maintenance being what it is, I know soo we or later I will have a reason to need a roofing or rain gutter company. As a single female homeowner who is new to working with contractors and relatively new to the island, Charly was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He educated me about shingle and metal roofs, and guided me on the process of my roofing project from beginning to end. On the days that he and his crew came, they were very hard working, nice, and respectful. When it started to sprinkle, we requested the roof to be covered, and they acted quickly to cover the roof just in time before it started to pour. They cleaned up everything and readjusted my security cameras at the end too. Overall, the metal roof was done nicely (in just 2 days!) and the whole process went very smoothly.
