We called because we locked our keys in the car. Their website says No Hidden Fees. When we called they refused to give us an estimate and when the driver came out he said there is a charge for a call after 9:00 p.m. and there is tax. So YES, there are absolutely hidden fees. The customer service is TERRIBLE and I would never recommend calling them. They are a total RIP OFF to customers. read more

NH Locksmith is THE best!! We started having trouble with the locks on our doors. My husband called NH. He offered to come out on Monday, the Memorial Day holiday, but we told him that wasn't necessary. He said he could be here as early as 7am if we wanted on Tuesday. We agreed. He arrived, took care of the problem, cleaned 3 locks, and re keyed one of them, in pretty much record time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. I called a locksmith number, and clarified couple of times over the phone that tenant has left and keys for mailbox and front door are lost. I was told I need to replace the lock, then I asked a quote and I was told they need almost $30 inspection fee to give me a quote and I said no thanks. Since then all the problems started, I received calls after calls, and couple of texts (I kept all documents) indicating that the cost to replace locks is 30-60 per lock+29 service fee! When the technician came he was very rude and started changing words. For mail box he said, oh you don't have the key! I said of course not I had told over the phone keys are lost! Then he said he needed to drill so it will be $125+$60! I said ok just do the job as it will be deducted from tenant's deposit. Then we went to front door, and again he changed the words, saying to match color new lock will be now $225+$60... again I said do it... after he was done I realized the color doesn't match. He said he needed to order! Whattt? Why didn't you tell me from the beginning you didn't have it?! Stop this stupid behavior... what do you think of time and options of customers. Of course I returned all they keys and paid nothing... after couple of hours I was at the first step but now very upset dealing with a that guy. I called their customer service and it was a huge waste of time talking with them, no wonder why technician was such a rude person. They were blaming me to waste their technician time! Really!? Avoid this locksmith. Try others. They assume customer is choice less with no knowledge. read more

NH Locksmith is a Great company and the Owner Norm is a great guy. I had one of the largest locksmith companies out to do a job for me A-Advanced Locksmith to install a Mul-t-lock cylinder into a new kwikset Z-wave system as I have a smart home. Originally NH Locksmith (Norm) did the original install and was brought out by ADT Security as this was part of my Pulse Security system. Well this was an add on item. I tried to contact Norm but his e-mail to me hit my junk mail so I had A-Advanced locksmith come out and they just could not get it done after a week and a half of waiting I called Norm and he was back from vacation. He came out the very next day on a Saturday after my call to him and got the job done in about 30 minutes. This guy is AWESOME!!! And he is a really nice guy to talk to!! Well, it happened. My beloved husband and I were locked out of (in?) our garage and could not get into our home. Who was at fault? We will never know. Thankfully I had my phone and we were able to make contact with NH Locksmith. Within 45 minutes, Norm was at our (garage) door and resolved our issue in seemingly no time at all. By far the best price on OEM Prius key FOB!! $265.00 total!! We bought a used prius a few years ago that came with only one FOB. I finally got around to shopping for a new FOB. I wanted to get a spare b/c my kids are the primary drivers. I had priced them at multiple car dealers and with many locksmiths, prices ranged from $350-425. I also researched the internet and considered purchasing a FOB and then pay to have it programmed and the key cut, but this was also quite expensive with the added risk that the key might not program correctly. Locksmith arrived to my home and was unable to program the OEM FOB he had (he explained that this can happen). It is all electronic, so I was not surprised. Regardless he cut a spare to ensure he could and provided this for free. He showed up a week later at my house with another OEM FOB and had it cut and programmed in less than 30 minutes.
