Twenty bucks to cut a key for a 2015 nissan versa and I brought the keys in to be cut. No programming required. So forty bucks for two cuts. lol Thanks for responding and ESPECIALLY for posting that if you call you give a price over the phone. Not true. Had she given me the price over the phone it would have saved me the drive from costco there. I had to take the keys in after telling her that I didn't need programming only the cuts. I called a competitor and he quoted me $35 to go and meet me at the Albertsons. I told him I didn't mind going to him so, he only charged me $20 total I was on a time crunch. Do what you say, say what you do. Not sour here just your employee had a bad day. Noble came out right away and fixed the deadbolt knob that fell off my baldwin lock... Only if came off again two weeks later. I paid them the service fee of $89 when they first came out and when the knob fell off again, I called and asked if they could come and fix it... again. They said there wasn't any guarantee on the previous call, so I could either replace the lock myself or pay another $89 for them to come out. I chose to replace it myself. read more

One of my Lexus SUV key casings needed to be replaced and when I called around, Noble had the most competitive price for a replacement casing. If you also need your casing replaced, just keep in mind that the replacement one doesn't have any car logos on it. It will be just plain black. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the manager. I also asked to have some home keys copied, which they were able to do. The prices ranged depending on the type of key ($5-7 each). Seemed a bit more expensive than the key machines you find inside a store. But, they are probably a better quality. I was asked to wait about 15 minutes, so I ended up walking around the pharmacy store next door. By the time I came back, my order was ready. Overall, everyone was very kind and helpful. read more

came to Noble Locksmith on recommendation of a friend. i had not looked at their reviews until after i went there and their 4.9 rating is easily deserved. they were easily contacted, 2 convenient locations, and open and available on a Sunday (!!!). i was helped by Sean who i believe is the owner and his associate ?Daryl? (sorry i didn't get his name but he was GREAT!) they went out of their way to help me with a difficult auto fob program/rekey and did a great job at less than 1/2 what the dealer would have charged me. furthermore, they were very kind about answering my questions about the business of locksmithing and entertaining me while i waited. while i was stressed out about having to get a new key and the cost, they made it about as pleasant and hassle free as such an endeavor can be. I needed to a laser cut replacement key for my Lexus ES330. I bought the blank key off of Ebay. Lily Arizala gave me a quote that was cheaper than other places that I called. She was courteous and clear on the phone. I came in and they told me it would take about 10 minutes. Actual time felt like 5 minutes. After she made the cut, we came out to test that it opened the door successfully. I was unable to program the transponder because it was defective. Be careful buy the key fob online. Luckily, I had a spare transponder from my old Lexus GS300 key fob and I swapped it with that and it worked. I then spent about 5 minutes programming the remote and now the remote can open and close the doors. The shop is nice and clean and the Lily and her coworkers were very pleasant. The Hyundai dealer wanted approximately $700.00 to program and laser cut a new key fob for our Hyundai Tacoma. They told us it would take about 2 hours to program the keys and the car. Noble Locksmith, located in the shopping center on Lake Murray Boulevard, completed the entire job in about half an hour for $274.50. They had to order the key and required a $60 deposit. It took about two days for the key to arrive, and about half an hour for them to cut my key and program the fob when I got there. An additional $214.50 brought the total to $274.50. far less than half of what the dealer wanted to charge me. The staff were courteous, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend them for any locksmithing needs you might have. They are true professionals. On a scale of 1 to 10 definitely a 12. read more

I honestly wanted to give this business a good review. Fast response, same day meetup, got my car running and with a new key. I was charged over $300 for a new key for my Prius; comparable to Toyota (and I didn't have to get towed for my mistake of losing my key) I have had nothing but problems with my key since receiving it from this business. The first key would periodically not allow me to start my car for 10+ minutes. I called them when it finally stopped working and they replaced it for me free of charge Last night when I was leaving work, the key completely stopped working. No warning. When my key for my older Lexus RX330 exploded in my hand I reached out to Noble for a replacement, being it was my only master key I wanted to make sure I have a back-up as if you lose your only master it is extremely expensive to get a new master as it takes a matched key to program your new key. Thankfully they were able to lazer cut the key with my just providing pictures of it. The price was well below what I expected, it worked perfectly, the customer service far exceeds what I've experienced with other locksmith's and key providers (see note below). FYI - the key still needed to be programmed as the transmitter and car need to be match but all this was at a small fraction compared to what the dealership wanted. Couldn't be happier! Now I will throw out the $15 transmitter I just bought from eBay which did not pair up to the car, careful what you buy online. Noble Locksmith was not only the first place to respond within 5 min but also the most inexpensive. When I got to their shop, they offered to simply re-shell my old key rather than program a new one and it actually ended up being even cheaper than what they quoted me online. Bait and switch. Initial quote of $69 to reprogram an existing key seemed too good to be true, and it was. I brought the key in and was told "it was locked to another vehicle" and could never be used on my vehicle. I would have to buy one of their keys for $169 instead of using the one I provided. I discovered later Noble reprogramming failed to remove the MyKey restrictions on a competitor's fob. Exactly the same as before. Took it back and Noble discovered that "The Local Locksmith" fob was deficient, missing the transponder chip. I can understand why Noble refused to refund $70 paid as it was not their hardware or fault. However, Noble offered me a OEM programmed fob for $210 but refused to credit the $70 I lost. Noble has a policy of not guaranteeing fob programming! The receptionist tricked me that Noble could remove the MyKey restrictions but told me this policy this after I paid and found out it failed. I already spent $200 + 70 so I refused to spend another $210. I would still call Noble if I was stranded, as they are cheaper and better than everybody else, but I refuse business with pros who refuse to guarantee their work.
