Me and my bf waited 50 mins when they said it only takes 20 mins... in the other hand she took 10 mins to open the car door not expecting it to be that long... is it worth it for $120 just for her to take that long ?!?!? Never again. read more

So I had my car broken into last night and they stole the keys to my business. I called this place and they were at my nail salon within an hour and had the lock replaced in even less time. I was so frustrated with everything else going on, the broken window on my car to be exact, so it was nice to make the call and have it taken care of so quickly! The lock was messed up anyway and now it's fixed and I can not worry about some psycho letting himself in. I'm definitely saving their number! read more

Excellent Service 10 STARS!! They care more about helping you fix the problem the over charging you. You call and get answer right away, not like other companies that take your information and say; " I have someone call you back in a few minutes". 1/2 hour to hour they call you back with outrageous price, or they send you a text message saying; "Sorry we can not assist you today". Want great service call California Under Lock & Key. Always remember sometimes things get hectic and we all do the best we can. Thank you again for your wonderful service. We locked ourselves out of our house the other night with our 2 year old and newborn. Thankfully we had our phones. We called one other locksmith first, but the guy wasn't very professional and the price quote "depended on the type of lock" and I was worried they were going to charge more that their estimated range. So then we called this company - he quoted us a flat price and said he could be there in 20-30 minutes. He got there and had the door open in seconds! He was very nice and even made us some extra keys so a couple of family members could hang on to them for us. We would definitely recommend and would use them again. read more
