I can attest that…read moreSteve allows his dog to pee everywhere including on the baseboards making the paint peel off. That his house wreaks of dog urine. That he has bug feces (as confirmed by a professor of entomology) on the walls of the kitchen , dining room, and living room, and inside the baseboards caused by extreme cooking with grease. His stove has old grease drips all around the stove and his burners. The bathroom hardware is all rusted due to too many showers. There were only suppose to 4 people living in the 2 bed condo. In reality there was up to 7 or 8. I asked Becky over and over to check the property. My neighbors were telling me that she had dogs in the condo with people coming and going. That they were breeding dogs. Becky would report back that the tenant told her she didn't have any dogs and Becky believed her. I complained to Steve about Becky and requested for help. Come to find out he and Becky are a couple. He took her side. I asked Harvey, the second owner for help. He would never respond. The tenants couldn't pass the financial qualification so Becky had them get a co-signer. I never knew about this until I needed to get back my losses. Come to find out the co-signer does not live in California although on their website they say that all co-signers must live in California. So, I had zero recourse except to take the tenants to small claims where they are on a payment plan of $150/month. It will be years and years until I'm paid in full. 10K-12K loss to repair my condo. Lastly, I asked 6 or more times as to where the security deposit was used. She would never answer. All I know, she could have kept some for herself.

I moved into a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. it was 3 people for the unit. one month later we were billed 2,000$$$$ for the last peoples water bill that was unpaid. we said, no we moved in less than 4 weeks ago and you billed us for water for two years, for the tenants prior to us who already moved out. they said they would kick us out if not gone in 30 days. we stayed and rented one year. we found out later what had occurred. the girl who moved out never billed water to the unit bc her sister worked for pacific rim property management. the woman was Sabrina and the sistwr was the girl who's room I moved into. they (two sisters) one renting a room in a condo that the older sister was her work that was renting the whole condo to the 3 tenants. when Sabrina little sister moved out that's when we got a water bill not for us! we had threats but ultimately we didn't pay anyone's water we didn't use and they never did anything. bad company stay away. this was years back

First of all, the 2 stars are for Love Living successfully finding new tenants, getting the house…read moreready for move in, and getting the tenants moved in to the house. The positive experience ended there. The first red flag of unprofessionalism came in the form of me referring a new client to Love Living, who ended up signing a contract with them and then them completely failing to even acknowledge that I brought them new business, let alone thanking me for it in any way. The second red flag came in the form of an egregious accounting error where they overcharged me by $450. I had to call and explain their error to them. They refunded my money but did not apologize for the error. The third and final red flag came in the form of an outright violation of one of the important terms of our agreement: ensuring that the new tenants put all utilities in their name upon possession of the property. This caused me a lot of headaches and I realized that I was paying them a lot of money to create more headaches for me than anything else. I checked our contract and realized that I can legally terminate our agreement without notice upon any breach of contract from either party. So, I sent them an email notifying them that I am terminating our contract due to their violation of the terms. Their response was that they were also thinking that it was not a good fit. Again, zero acknowledgment of any wrongdoing, more like gaslighting me into thinking that I had also done something wrong. At this point, I asked them to refund me their 9% fee from the date that they originally violated the terms of our agreement (10/15), but instead they tried to make it seem like I've been a bad client and I don't deserve a refund. Honestly, I have been appalled at the lack of professionalism on so many levels. To treat a client this way, not only one that pays you, but one that brings you new business without expecting anything in return, is unimaginable. Updating review to one star because instead of apologizing for the awful treatment of a client that went out of their way to bring them new business, they just keep gaslighting me and making excuses, but please note that they are not able to deny any part of my review.
