Polo Locksmith was the second to respond, in less than 5 minutes. The locksmith quoted the best offer for my situation, and said he could be here in 15-30 minutes. I agreed to the service. Arriving in less than 30 minutes, the locksmith was friendly & informed me about what would be needed. He was able to cut a good deal for me. The service took about an hour, as he was having some trouble with programming & what not, but the end result was all that counted. I was quite happy, didn't spend as much as I thought I would, and Polo Locksmith arrived within no time of utilizing Yelp Quote. I highly recommend Polo Locksmith. Offering 24 hour service, he turned a major inconvenience, to an already long day, to a bright ray of hope for someone needing a little positivity. I paid a deposit upfront, after confirming that they had my fab, and the remainder upon completion. All via Zelle. SUPER IMPRESSED. The boys also explained to me that the pairing of the new fab would most likely cancel out the original. For an additional fee, they'll reprogram my "frequent flyer" fab. Both services provided are still less expensive than the dealership...grrrr. AND, w where I was naughtily parked, had I been towed, I would have been looking @ a good $2k in tow fees upon returning home-OUCH! All in all: superior service, quality workmanship, excellent communication, customer service and community awareness.

They didn't cause any damage to the car either, which was great. Now you may be wondering why I rated them two stars. The answer is the price. They only told me what it would cost once they got there, which was $288! My family was shocked when I told them it cost that much. They said 70-80% would be covered by insurance. However, even if you have great auto insurance, it is usually extra to include tow and lockout services in your insurance plan, which most people don't. The result is that $0 is covered and you're stuck with a massive bill. Moral is to just get a AAA membership, which would have been less than half of the price of this one lockout charge. Shame on SG Locksmith for the misleading information, lack of price transparency, and predatory prices. I will never be using them again.

Long version: I had an emergency repair locksmith because someone broken into a padlock that I left for another technician. They came out fast. That was the only positive part of the experience... After that, he went on the install the lock twice; the door would NOT shut and tried to pass it off as working. He then forced the bolt in so that it would shut the door. The alignment is way off, it looks horrible. Then he charged me $680 for the emergency repair. I had to pay since it was an emergency. I mentioned that I'd be posting this review. They seemed to not care. TL;DR - don't usr this locksmith, they cut corners, and while fast, they do a horrible job. See the pictures...

I recently bought a used Toyota Prius because gas prices are going crazy around here! The car only…read morecame with one key fob and I wanted to have a spare made in case the original got lost. So I did a little searching online and found out that replacing a Prius key fob is expensive as hell! And it involves a locksmith who can cut the key and program the remote control to work with my specific vehicle. So I submitted a request on Yelp and got responses from several locksmiths including Continental locks. The price they quoted was about the lowest I received, around $200. And the locksmith was available to come out the same day so I went ahead and took a chance. Very glad I did! He worked very carefully for about 45 minutes or so and got a brand new key fob and spare door key cut that work perfectly in my vehicle. No more worrying about losing the original key fob! Highly recommend Continental locks and the locksmith was friendly and personable and responsive to text messages.
