I've used this business twice now. The service is great, he comes to you right away. My biggest concern is the price. One time, after a work trip, I had locked myself out of my home. I was charge almost $300 to rekey the door, which I felt was outrageous but in an emergency, what do but to swallow the price. I have since found someone just as good but the price is extremely fair. Erez was great! I had an emergency where my door lock broke and he came over right away and took care of it. Very clean and efficient work!

We have a nice Baldwin entry door, but the thumb lever on the outside began failing to go back up. Googling turned up that this is a common problem with Baldwin locks. We contacted Erez and he immediately suggest we first call Baldwin because the locks have lifetime warranties. We did, and Baldwin sent us a repair kit with basically a new lock assembly. I contacted Erez and he came out the next business day and installed the kit quickly and efficiently. Our door locks now work like new. His price was very reasonable, especially given the travel time to get to our house and back. We are keeping his number for any future lock issues. read more

Great locksmith, I moved recently and the previous owners had many different keys to like 10 different locks on the house and didn't have many of the keys, so I called Blackjack and they were incredibly responsive and changed all of the locks to 2 keys.
