Erez is the best. He came out to help us redo all the keys for our house and made the whole process so easy. He was fast, professional, and very honest. I thought we might need to replace the entire lock system, but after checking everything, he told me the locks were actually good quality and that all we needed to do was change the keys. I really appreciated that he was honest and did not try to sell us on unnecessary work. His pricing was very fair, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely call Erez again and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith. read more

STAY FAR AWAY!!! We had a lock that was stuck closed and call blackjack to come fix it and replace the lock. The locksmith came and used such incredible force trying to rip the handle and lock open that he broke the door mechanisms inside the door entirely. After ten minutes, he left saying there's nothing he can do and we'd have to take the door off the hinges and then he'd come back to replace the lock, leaving the handles and lock dangling off the door completely snapped, whereas they actually worked before. The problem is it's a heavy duty aluminum frame door that can not be removed, as it's a multi stage lock that has five pins locked into the frame all the way up the side. I found a specialist locksmith who actually knows how these locks work. He came out and said the previous locksmith ruined the door so badly it's impossible to remove the lock and open the door. He still spent 6 hours working on it. He said otherwise if he'd been called first, it would have been no issue as he sees this happen daily. We are now left with the only option of a massive repair cutting the entire door out of the exterior wall which will cost us many tens of thousands of dollars and damage the house structure. I can not recommend any person ever use this terrible company. read more

What a gift! They responded fast, showed up quick, and had my car open in no time. Erez was especially great--super friendly and even took the time to explain things to my curious three-and-a-half-year-old, showing her the tools and what he was doing. Highly recommend Erez! He did an excellent job replacing the 3-point lock system on our French double doors. Very skilled and has good attention to detail. The doors now close smoothly and securely. I've used this business twice now. The service is great, he comes to you right away. My biggest concern is the price. One time, after a work trip, I had locked myself out of my home. I was charge almost $300 to rekey the door, which I felt was outrageous but in an emergency, what do but to swallow the price. I have since found someone just as good but the price is extremely fair. I didn't feel taken advantage of. read more

A+ Great service! Fast and friendly. Re Keyed all of our locks. Dont hesitate to give him a call.

tl;dr - responsive, knowledgeable, fast service Had to do a rekey after a tenant moved out and called to make an appointment. Erez got back to me quickly and was able to schedule me for the next day. I was also running a little late to the appointment and he was also able to accommodate a last minute adjustment to the time. When he arrived, I showed Erez the locks I wanted keys for and he quickly disassembled, rejected, and reassembled them. We have a nice Baldwin entry door, but the thumb lever on the outside began failing to go back up. Googling turned up that this is a common problem with Baldwin locks. We contacted Erez and he immediately suggest we first call Baldwin because the locks have lifetime warranties. We did, and Baldwin sent us a repair kit with basically a new lock assembly. I contacted Erez and he came out the next business day and installed the kit quickly and efficiently. Our door locks now work like new. His price was very reasonable, especially given the travel time to get to our house and back. We are keeping his number for any future lock issues. read more

Erez takes customer service to a whole new level. Not only did he take time to install all of my ring cameras and doorbell cameras but he also took time and work with me to get the exact angle that I wanted. He wanted to make sure it was perfect. This is the guy that will really work with you to make sure it gets done right. It's not about the next job or making the fast buck. He is all about the customer and how he can help you either fix it or save money. Sometimes he has said to me nah don't waste your money on getting this or that. In this day and age it is tough to find down to earth business owner that is really looking out for his customers best interest. I highly recommend blackjack locksmith! read more
