She was over the moon with their communication, professionalism & pricing. Polo Locksmith saved my bacon! My wife and I were in Anaheim over Valentine's Day weekend. Monday morning, we're checking out of the hotel, and we've somehow lost the keys to our 2013 Volvo C70. The car is a convertible hardtop, so jimmying the window was very likely to break it, and we didn't know if the key was in the car anyway. So, it was looking like a tow to the dealership and $800 (and a few days) for Volvo to program a new key. Thankfully, our tow truck driver referred us to Polo. Polo came to the hotel, prepared to pick the door lock to get in, and program a new key on the spot if we needed it, and for less than what Volvo was going to charge. My son was down to one broken key and FOB for his 2013 Honda Fit and, given that he's notorious for losing things, I knew we were playing with fire. As he's a student I wanted to make this as cost-effective for him as possible. Polo Locksmith responded right away and set a very competitive price to cut and program 2 keys if I met them in Anaheim ($125 total). The exchange to ensure we were set was very quick. I sent a picture and a link to the FOBs purchased off Amazon to ensure he thought they were compatible - he was very honest and said if Amazon confirmed they were a match then they would probably work but he wouldn't know until he tested them. I met Polo Locksmith in the parking lot of a O'Reilly's so felt safe meeting with the locksmith. He tested the FOBs right away, showing me the reader and explaining what he needed to see in order to verify a match. Once verified I was asked to wait in my car while he finished programming the FOBs and cutting the keys. I was in a bit of a rush as I had a doctor's appointment to get to - the locksmith was considerate of my time and was back with the cut keys in about 15 minutes. He sat in the driver's seat and finished programming the FOBs by connecting to the OBDII reader - within 5 minutes he showed me that both keys worked and explained that the broken FOB we had been using would no longer work. All-in-all very happy with the service, quality and value. I recently pushed in my trunk lock and lost the original/master key to unlock them so I asked to have a key made that worked for them and 2 button keys. He took a while but it was my car that had a faulty passenger actuator(buttons won't connect without all working properly), he charged $75 for just the solo key and said it would be $140 per button but he wouldn't charge and hold on to them until I got the actuator fixed.
