Had an emergency situation where the key got stuck in the lock and then broke off. Connor responded quickly and was at my front door in 20 minutes! Turned out that the lock was defective and the bolt wouldn't swing over (a very unusual situation - not the easiest locksmith job). I was in a panic but Connor remained calm and positive the whole time he was drilling the lock. He even took the time to explain to me what he was doing and how the lock should be working. I found the prices to be a bit high and somewhat confusing when I first made contact on-line, however, once I figured it all out and sent picks of my doors on my very old house I set up an apt. He came out right on time, wiped his feet before entering my home then looked at my doors and said he could not install the locks because deadbolts would be useless on my old hollow doors and he said it would have been a waste of money.
