Unfortunately while at the hospital I heard a loud groan from my 06 TL. I called in on Monday morn to set up a appointment. Shirley as always was helpful. I left a voice mail for Maria who schedules appointments. She promptly returned my call and understood my situation and set up a appointment with a loaner since I still needed to go back and forth to the hospital where my father in law was in ICU. John in service helped get the car in. I was then called very soon by Chris Papo. Who verified my car has a TSB and there would be no charge. Thanks to all involved in helping with my car. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I have both my Acura's serviced here for the past 10 years and will continue to do so. Thank You!

On the 14th he promised pickup on the 15th. Nothing happened. On the 16th, after I had to follow up, the car was finally picked up. Over the next five days, I sent two texts to Arno and one to the driver--not excessive--because no one was giving me any updates. Instead of doing his job, Arno ignored my messages and then sent a rude, childish text saying "everyone's fed up with you." I called to speak with him, no answer. left a voicemail, no answer. sent another text asking for him to call me, no answer. The driver, unlike Arno, was polite. He apologized and said he'd been waiting on dispatch (Arno) for info. I also learned from the original driver that a different driver would do final delivery--something Arno never bothered to tell me. Was it annoying that delivery was late? Yes, but it happens and I was willing to understand. Just don't accept his rude comments. The truth is simple: Arno dropped the ball, avoided me, and tried to deflect in order to cover it up. Terrible communication, zero accountability, and complete disrespect to a repeat customer. Not trustworthy. Not professional. Not smart. EDIT: I changed this to a 2 star review because ownership reached out to me, took accountability and genuinely seemed concerned about my experience. Offered to work directly with her if I decided to use their services again to avoid another communication issue with Arno. I may consider it after my last respectful exchange with the owner.

I decided to use a loaner since my service was estimated to take around 2 hours. The loaner was basically the same as my SUV which made it easy for me. I didn't spend anytime trying to figure out what was where, etc. Just as Ethan explained - my car was done within 2 hours. All was great! They also ran my car through the car wash and filled up my gas tank, free of charge. This location also has a small complimentary cafe. They have coffees, foundation drinks, bottled waters, and a few snacks.

Lexus of Naperville is, by far, the worst dealership I have ever done business with…read more The finance representative who processed our lease: I believe he said he was a former Nissan employee--was, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional and incompetent. He appeared to be upset with my wife and me because we did not want to purchase any of the packages or accessories he was offering. This was evident from his swearing and from making assertions that I felt were both unprofessional and unwarranted. Although we specifically asked that the vehicle be placed in both of our names, he only put the vehicle in my wife's name on the title, despite running a credit check on both of us. Both of our credit scores were in the low- to mid-800s. More recently, we were at the dealership for service on our vehicle. While we were there, I asked one of the salespeople to show me an RX 350. Since it was a hot day, the salesperson literally stood under a tree in the shade while I walked the lot alone. I found this to be extremely disappointing and not at all the level of customer service I would expect from a Lexus dealership. On top of that, in our experience, it can take several days to a week just to get an appointment for something as routine as an oil change. You may want to take these experiences into consideration before purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership. If I could, I would give Lexus of Naperville zero stars. That said, buyer beware. If you decide to do business with this dealership, I strongly recommend proceeding with a great deal of caution. These are my personal experiences and opinions. I encourage others to do their own research and form their own conclusions.

As it was my first time shipping a vehicle, I was very hesitant to trust a company to ship my car across the country. Simple Move could not have been more understanding and assured me that the car was in safe hands. Sure enough, they delivered on all their promises and my brother received the car on time and in perfect shape. Their process is easy, prices very reasonable, and they're very professional! I'm glad my friend told me about her good experience with Simple Move. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs to ship a vehicle.
