First of all, I did not buy or lease a car from them. I was shopping for a used vehicle and reached out to several car brokers. MZM was one of the few that actually responded and gave me a call to discuss, which I appreciate. However, everything after was underwhelming. Alen walked through the process, noting their confidence in their ability to find the right car with the negotiations and documentation processing, making it easy for me to get the car I want. I have been shopping for the car I want and listed all of the options at this point. I just needed to process them. I took my time to send them an email with the links to the specific specs and cars I was looking for. MZM provided what the car payment might look like at a certain range and provided transparency. That said, not only did they not follow the details I shared, they kept suggesting different cars and different options and did not bother to see if they could negotiate to get the car to even compare the best options. Then they texted me complaining that their customers are calling to save their time and get the best possible car, not the best possible price, also telling me that it is not their priority to get the cheapest possible car. My priority was getting the car I wanted at the best price I could get, which was part of their service that they did not provide. I received low energy from them from the beginning of the call. After all that and saying "got u," they did not bother to text me back even after I followed up, completely ignoring my messages. They could have said, "Sorry, this is not something I can support," or at least let me know that they do not wish to proceed. They failed to communicate and provide the bare minimum. Again, I never paid for their service nor bought my car from them, so I can't complain too much.
