Would give no stars if I could, first off they don't answer the phones, second they steal your card info, don't use debit card here, only cash. Lost my debit card as well and lucky I had locked it because there were purchases trying to be made. Called multiple times and not one answer, they even started hanging up on me. Worst gas station in Monrovia, literally go anywhere else. read more

I received polite and prompt service at a reasonable price and was in and out in no time. It was my second time there and I will be back when one of our vehicles needs to be smogged again. read more

2022.01 8:15 am Cash Only Needed Star Smog certification. Reviews are all over the place but found friendly assistance here. Rolled through before work, pretty chilly in January so bundle up. There is an outdoor mosaic tiled table and bench as well as some indoor office seating. Brought the dmv paperwork as well as a coupon I pronted Staff carefully explained the fees which are clearly printed on the coupon. $29.75 smog check $8.75 state certificate if passed $15 if '95 or older $10 for trucks vans suv $10 for Star certification My van with coupon $60 I was first in line. Since they just opened they said it would take 20 min to get the computers up and asked if I was okay to wait. Seating options were explained and also advised I may be more comfortable in the car since it was a cold day. I waited and when electronic tech was ready I was politely directed to sit In the waiting area. While running the smog check he brought out the invoice for me to sign priced according to our verbal agreement. read more

I went here because it was close to work but I called ahead to ask how much smog test was I was told 55$ then when I went and got charged it was 77$ read more

Don't even bother, save your time and energy. I had a flat tire and was NOT able to get my tires filled with air for free because I was not getting gas or buying something. All because the worker discriminated me as I was in my PJs.(it was late at night as well) Seriously, DONT EVEN FILL YOUR GAS HERE! No wonder no body stops at this gas station. RUDE!! read more

Do not go to sleep Gus place. I repeat. Avoid at all costs. I went back to this shop to see if they can help me and the guy told me his smog Machine is broken and he can't help me. Super shady! He failed my ignition timing which can be easily fixed but he wants to earn points from the state of California for failing my car and now other people don't want to help me because they loose points if they do. Avoid at all costs! Go somewhere else before you come here. Trust me on this one. He's like a used car sales man. read more

Great service honest and friendly and quick didn't have to wait long which was a big help because needed to be somewhere else after he was done. read more

Convenient gas station I used to go to all the time to fill up my car sometimes. They have little service station and all. It is really cramped up here to where you really have to be careful, coming in and out. Because i have seen accidents happen here. Looks like they have made little changes . read more

I paid 35 bucks for Test, Certificate and Electronic transfer. That's a great price. I didn't even need my DMV Paper work.. He kinda hassled about not having it but once I showed him his ad online that DMV Paper was optional then he had no problem helping me out. I gave him a 5 dollar tip. read more

Smog check too pricey. Never paid more than $60 for a smog check. Will not go back and not recommend.

Quick service for a smog check. Stopped by at 10 AM on a weekday and had no wait. Took about 15 mins and comes out to $49.99 with their online coupon. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Went in on Saturday just to purchase a couple of things. Wasn't buying gas. I walked in and there were two Hispanic ladies behind the counter. One was talking on her cellphone while the other was talking to her and whoever she was talking to on the other end. Not at anytime did either of them acknowledged that I was in the store. I was there for at least 6 mins looking around. Once I gathered all my things I went to the counter. Still never acknowledged me. She rang up my stuff all the while continuing in conversation that she was having when I walked in. Gave me a total without looking at me. I gave her my money. She didn't say anything regarding my change and how much she was giving me. Didn't say thank you or anything. I guess I was invisible. I will never go back there again. read more

Tried to get smog check when open at 8am. No one was there waited 15 mins no one showed up so I left.

I needed to get a smog check from a star certified smog check shop and searched for a place that was close by and could take my car on short notice. The gentleman working was polite and quickly checked my smog, provided the documents and sent it to the DMV. The whole process took no longer than 20 minutes. Remember to take the paperwork that the dmv sends to the shop so that they can transfer your information to the DMV. As an added bonus, the 76 station in the lot has very reasonable gas prices compared to other stations and is worth filling up while your there. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR SMOG CHECK HERE. This ***hole will charge you more than the $30 coupon online. It says online the price of smog check for "smog check Out of State" is $27.95. When my wife got there she texted me saying he was charging her $60. I called him and asked him what the fuck he was doing and where in writing that's the price (especially since I called the morning of and he said it's $39... we found the coupon after). He responded the coupon is only good for California vehicles (again... it literally says the coupon is for out of state testing above the 'get coupon' button). THEN he had the nerve to say he can do whatever he wants "as a business owner". I told him he's making whatever price he wants (which is absolutely illegal) and that he's going to be losing a shit ton of business by doing this (we have a ton of cars that need smog testing and are also moving to the area so he could have made some repeat customers). He said he will "give a discount of $40 this time". Definitely AVOID this business as it's operated by a dishonest man. read more

Horrible service! Went in and asked to turn the air for tires and employee refused to turn it on even though he had turned it on for another customer. read more

The customer service here really sucks! Not only do they over charge but the middle eastern guy was super rude. I thought he was having a bad day but I wanted to know if he has treated others the same and he has! Honestly there's nothing going good for this place! Even if they over charge but they were friendly that's fine but seriously after coming here, it ruined my mood for the entire day of how rude that guy was being. Literally he was giving more sass than a 5 year old girl and rolling his eyes back so much I'm surprised it didn't get stuck there. If you don't want your mood ruined for the whole day then do not come here and give that rude guy business!! read more

Saro noticed my check engine light was on when I first arrived. He learned the ligh th and told me to come back after driving 70 miles. He didn't charge we anything and was so nice. Will be coming back after my 70 miles are up read more

I've been to this smog center a number of times and they are always so good. They are always very friendly and helpful. And they smog your car quickly. As a side note, the fuel prices at that station tend to be the lowest on my route to work so I always fill up their too. I highly recommend it this place. read more

This is more for the smog guy. I've come here about three times since living in Arcadia and hes always been super nice. Always gets me out in less than 45 min if not quicker. Thank you. read more

First off the man working tonight at the gas station was SUPER RUDE!!! I didn't have my debit card on me & just had my coin purse. I had $8 in change. The store portion was closed so I put all the change in the tray & gave him my pump number. When he saw all the coins he told me he only took rolled coins. I told him I had never heard of that before. He seemed annoyed when I asked if this was something new for all gas stations & he said it was their policy & started mumbling something about the bank. Then he proceeded to talk to me in a condescending manner. He even made a comment like "the problem is you guys always try to pay with coins" ummmm excuse me "you guys" what is that supposed to mean? I said so if I go across the street they won't take the change either? He said he was not accepting it then just walked away from the window while I was still talking. I am calling tomorrow to speak to a manager. I went to Chevron across the street & guess what they took all my coins plus they have Apple Pay! They couldn't believe it when I told them 76 wouldn't take my coins. I've been a customer at this specific 76 for years cuz I live a few blocks away. It's sad that 1 ignorant worker caused them to lose a few customers. We have a handful of cars in our household & we will not be going there again for anything. read more

I didn't have an issue with the smog check (even though I didn't pass) My issue is the price the shop next door quoted me for a fix Didn't even look under the hood of my 2001 expedition and quoted me 450 for a tune up because fords have coils whatever that means Took to another shop that charged me 49 to read my check engine code and a $5 part fixed my problem And passed my smog check THESE DUDES WILL RIP YOU OFF read more

I just went there today 8/28/18 at 4:50pm. Just so everyone is on the same page. I Had some change lying around in my car, so I decide to get rid of it to buy some gas. Older gentlemen was at the counter. His voice sounded eastern European or Middle Eastern. So I moved out of the way for customers to buy whatever they need so I can count my change without disturbing anyone. Also to count the change for the cashier to make it easier for him. Then he said I'm only going to accept 3 dollars of change. I clearly had at least double that. I asked is this a store policy? he responded "no this is my policy." So then I decided to let it be like maybe he's having a bad day. But then I realize like what gives him the right to create a personal policy. I felt disrespected. When I felt I was being more professional than he was. So beware people he only has a three dollar change limit policy that's not the stores. It's his "policy." Doesn't make that place look good. read more

Fuck this place. My wife stopped by there for her smog check and the old fart (middle eastern looking) was such a duche to her. Rude and and a jerk. He charged her an extra $9 for not having her renewal form when all he has to do is write down the VIN and license plate number. What an asshole. Not even cause she's there with my 5 month baby girl. Id give this place 0 stars if I could. read more
