We walked in to see what they carried, it's been a while since i went appliance shopping and I almost walked out with a new washer/dryer set. Sami and his colleagues were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances. I naturally gravitated towards the newer ones with all the bells and whistles. They sell a washer/dryer in one...I knew these existed, but it was nice seeing it up front. They are having a grand opening sales and gift card rebates until the ~25th of August. One thing to note is that they do charge for the accessories, which is essentially covered by the gift card rebates and instant sales. Anyone in the market for new appliances should definitely check out this store and take advantage of the sales and gift cards. There is plenty of parking available in front of the store, also shared by neighboring stores.

This experience has honestly been the worst experience I have had with a business so I feel I need to share with other consumers. We purchased all new kitchen appliances from Bray & Scarff and spent approximately $8,500. From the very beginning, this experience has been a nightmare. Nearly every appliance delivered was damaged, forcing us to reject multiple deliveries and wait for replacements. This alone caused weeks of disruption and frustration. The worst issue, however, was the complete incompetence of their installer. When installing our new refrigerator, the installer failed to properly connect the water line, causing an active leak that went unnoticed for 2-3 weeks. By the time we discovered it, significant damage had already occurred to our home. Bray & Scarff sent someone to inspect the damage and acknowledged the issue, stating they would submit a claim to their insurance carrier, Travelers. That is where the accountability ended. Travelers has been unresponsive, dismissive, and obstructive. Phone calls go unanswered, and we are repeatedly told to file a claim with our own homeowners insurance instead -- despite this damage being caused by Bray & Scarff's installer. This would unfairly raise our insurance premiums and shift responsibility away from the party that caused the damage. The combination of damaged products, negligent installation, property damage, and insurance runaround is unacceptable. We trusted Bray & Scarff with a major home purchase and were met with carelessness and refusal to take responsibility when it mattered most. If you value your home, your time, or your peace of mind, do not use Bray & Scarff. We are now exploring formal complaints and legal options.

I've done a bathroom remodel before without the help of anyone at Mosaic before this one and now after getting the help of a design professional I'd never want to do without it again! My appointment with Cameron went very well. We definitely needed the full 1.5 hours to go over my preferences, look at images I brought in and pick out tile and then take down specs for estimates. Cameron's tile suggestions seemed be very inline with my own preferences. Plus, I was able to walk around and pick out many attractive tile choices to choose from. Mosaic also has a very large building with quite a few model upscale bathrooms set up to walk around and take a look at to help spark design ideas. Later the same day as my tile consultation, Cameron emailed me her very detailed and accurate architectural drawings of my bathroom showing everything I described to her for the remodel including the tiles, vanity, tub, etc. and contacted my general contractor directly as well. I was very impressed and pleased--considering this was all a free service to customers! I was also able to take home my tile samples to look it all over later in my house. The tile was not cheap of course. I have a relatively small bathroom in my townhouse but it still amounted to well over $2k worth of tile! I know I have expensive tastes but I was hoping my contractor would be able to get me more of a discount! Well, I may have to scale back the amount of tile I'm using and/or hold off on the project to save up more meanwhile but I know exactly what tile I want to go with now!

Angelo, one of their contractors, provided a very disappointing experience; his crew was highly unprofessional, unresponsive to phone calls and emails, and disrespectful in my residence. What started out as a fairly decent experience (they have a decent showroom with nice examples) went progressively downhill. Our initial visit to their showroom in Chantilly was met promptly by one of their designers, however, first impression was that he was very new to the business, but seemed to know some of the products they were representing. Before leaving, we scheduled an in-home visit for him to come look at the proposed bathroom and kitchen renovations about a week later. I had not heard back from him promptly to confirm the appointment, and therefore I reached out to his manager (who also did not have the courtesy to directly respond to me). But apparently my message made its way to the designer, who I'm pretty certain completely forgot about the appointment he scheduled. Following the home visit, we were told that 3D renderings would be prepared, and that a follow-up appointment would be scheduled for us to come into their showroom again to discuss. Perhaps one of the few positives was that the the designer sent me a message a few days later to day his renderings were done, and invited my wife and I to come back into the showroom, but we couldn't visit until a week later due to my schedule. As soon as we arrived on our scheduled follow-up visit, one of the other Chantilly store representatives seemed surprised that we were there to meet with the designer, saying that he was working at their Fairfax store that day. UNBELIEVABLE! Nevertheless, he got in touch with the designer, who finally made his way out to the Chantilly store over 30 minutes late!! But perhaps the worst part of the meeting was despite having plenty of time to prepare decent 3D renderings, he only really had one prepared (he promised at least a couple of different ones), and the renderings were terrible quality and something a child would develop. Despite all of this, we were still willing to talk to him and discuss options. The latest update was that he would prepare additional renderings, and said he would talk to his manager about final estimated costs. At this point (over a week later), we still haven't heard back from him, so obviously they don't consider us a serious customer. What a disappointing waste of nearly 3 weeks time, and even more disappointing after seeing other positive reviews; I just we just weren't lucky. That said, I have had a positive experience with another renovation company, and will go with their service instead; others had much better estimated pricing anyway. I'm glad I talked to other companies out of due diligence.

Finally, I went into their Herndon location with the photo of a bright, modern bathroom I liked and within an hour I had most of the design and materials chosen. The next day they sent me an estimate. We tweaked a few things and they put us on the schedule. We really wanted a steam shower and knew that added to the cost but they had experience with steam showers. I could have tried to save money by driving around to different places to choose material and by finding and supervising all the workers on my own (I'm usually a DIY person) but I wanted a contractor who'd oversee everything and make it easy and efficient. We had the same workers every day and they showed up when they were supposed to. They took care of getting building permits and scheduling county inspectors. I'm picky about tilework and the guy did an excellent job with cutting 3 different styles of tile. You have to walk through our bedroom to get to the bath so they put up a big plastic tarp wall to minimize dirt and give us some privacy. They put down cloths in our hall every day to keep the floors clean. Everything was spotless when they finished. I'd read some negative reviews about communication before we started and I discussed this with them. The project manager came to check on the work every 4 days and discuss changes or concerns. Every change we requested was updated in the contract. Communication was excellent. It's been 6 months and I'm very happy with our gorgeous bathroom!

Throughout the project, they listened and gave sound advice. Any remodel is disruptive, but WellCraft made the process as painless as possible. We worked with Darin who was fantastic btw! My husband and I sort of went through with what I was looking for which included plumbing fixatures for two bathrooms and a chandelier for our foyer.
