Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!

We have had a problem with our kitchen sink that has just gotten worse over time. I had a plumber…read moreout to water jet from the clean-out near the washer. The kitchen sink got to where it would not drain. I tried everything I could and dumped way too much gel and other cleaner to try to clear it. Finally I called Flash Plumber. He came out same day. Very professional. Came in and listened to my explanations, poked around, and gave me a fair quote. I signed it and he went to his truck to get a large commercial rubber mat to put down at the sink and proceeded to snake it. Very clean and professional job. Ended up pulling out what looked like one of my extra long black dress socks. It was the lint and cat hair that had built up over time from the washer drain and it was at the joint where the various drains combined and ran towards the street. We live in Greenbriar south of Chantilly HS. The water jet guy never figured it out. Flash got it done quick and clean. Now, to be sure he comes with tools and experience and you don't get that for $100. I had already exhausted my skills and spent plenty on drain cleaner. Sometimes you have to pay the man and appreciate the skills and tools supplied. Yes he was quick and proficient and wasn't at the house long. What, did you want it to take all day? The drains have been fantastic ever since. This has been a long problem that kept getting worse and I needed to roger up and pay the professional so I could move on and do the things I'm skilled at.

We moved to a new home in Vienna last year, and recently our kitchen sink became badly clogged. I called Mr. Sa, and he was able to come out the very next day. He's responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and gets the job done right. It's great to know that after all these years, I still have a plumber I can count on. I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

It's unbelievable but some companies required upfront deposit even before assessment of the issue. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time, very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere, but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area, but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices, because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable and do good quality work. I very much respect the…read moretechnician, but the problem appears to lie with the company's practices and fees. The main problem and downside is that they are very expensive and overcharge. Despite the Yelp page saying that the company provides a "free estimate", I was quoted $49 for the technician to travel. In addition, if I had not chosen to go ahead with the repair, the company would have charged me an additional $150 diagnostic fee. Essentially, despite the yelp profile stating a "free estimate", it will cost you closer to $200 to get a quote. I see this as false advertisement. In addition, when the technician concluded that the problem was the capacitor, I received a final quote of $600. When I googled the price of the same capacitor online, the price range was in between 75$ - 150$. Essentially, they are charging a premium of at least $450 per replacement for a single part (capacitor). Despite their professionalism and quality work, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above. If price is not a concern for you, and you would rather pay twice the market value for a job then you should definitely choose them. EDIT: I actually googled the price of a capacitor and offered to buy my own. I was told that by the technician that if I purchased my own capacitor that the company would not install it. In conclusion, they did not address any of my concerns. Unfortunately, after reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of discrepancies between what they tell customers and what they instruct technicians to say on site. Making an honest living is so much more rewarding than making it dishonest living.
