Have used Your Plumber and sons for multiple issues over the years. They are have always been good about having a small window for arrival and coming during that time. Latest was an old toilet that needed to be replaced. Brad did a great job of doing it quickly, also fixed the shutoff valve so its easier to turn off when there is an issue, instead of turning forever. He was really good and understanding of the cats that came to check him out and supervise his work. Even the one that decided he needed to stand at the door and hiss his displeasure. read more

Such a wonderful experience with Eric. He was able to come on very short notice, and he came out personally after we had a few bad experiences with other plumbers. Beyond his wonderful personality and positive attitude, he made sure to explain what was going on and how he was going to fix it. I will only be using You Plumber and Sons moving forward. read more

Another amazing job from Your Plumber!!! As always they are prompt, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and honest....not many plumbers you can say that about. Can't say enough good things about them. Have used them for many years and just had to share their good work. They have done both planned and emergency plumbing work for us and we couldn't be happier. Don't ever hesitate to contact them for all of your plumbing needs. In a world with lots of options its hard to know who is trustworthy but trust me, these guys are! They just saved us again (with masks on) with an emergency plumbing need and I realized I've never reviewed them before. Absolutely had to give them a shout out!!!!! read more

Eric and his team had done work for my parents out in Aldie, and when I needed a shower cartridge replaced I was given their information. Spoke with Eric on the phone and not only was he personable, he really took the the time to understand the issue and get of one his guys out ASAP. Brad was the plumber who came to work on it and I can't say enough how awesome he was. He explained everything that he was doing and going to do, why the issue was there, etc. He was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure the job was done 110%. Pricing was extremely fair, and I never felt like I was ripped off at all (which I know a lot big name companies will do around here in Northern VA). I can't recommend these guys enough and I will be using Your Plumber and Songs for all of my future plumbing needs and I think you should too! read more

I'm not going to state how many times they came out to my house but the plumber came on time to fix the issues. I felt that when he came out to give an estimate, he was very pushy and didn't want to take no for an answer which made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I felt that the first job charge was a decent price but as the other projects came along they begin to charge more and more. ***Important*** while servicing my house both the plumber and I believe the owner failed to wear protective face mask due to the COVID 19. We are all adults, I shouldn't have to tell them to wear one. Not only, did they not wear face mask, but they failed to take off their shoes before entering my house. All those homes, public places, etc. area they walked on (urine/poop). I mean the job got done but I felt it was a little over priced. It's okay I won't go to them ever again. For future reference, take of your shoes when entering peoples house or wear shoe cover and WEAR a darn mask. COVID is still present. Thank you! read more

Last night our dishwasher broke. Water was pouring out of it like crazy flooding our kitchen and seeping down to our neighbor. We turned the machine off and it was still gushing out. We could not get the water from pouring out and it just kept coming. We called Your plumber and sons and they stayed on the phone with us even though I was in a panic and my husband and kids were screaming trying to put towels downs and scoop the water up as fast as they could. He instructed me on how to turn off the water both under the sink and then when that didn't work he walked me through how to turn off the main valve. I was in a panic and crying and he calmed me down and helped me get the water off. Was super nice and just great all around. Without his help I know this could of been so much worse. So if you need someone with level heads who can help you when in need then definitely call these guys!!! read more

Well, a 20-year-old outside faucet failed and of course it's not an easy thing because it's one of those winterized hose bibs... Anyway your plumber And Sons got to me the next day gave me a reasonable price and completed the work quickly and professionally. read more

Don't look any further, Your Plumber & Sons is the service you want and need. We have used their service twice and will for the foreseeable future. We are renovating the bathroom ourselves and required their excellent service and quality of work for plumbing needs. In addition, Eric provide helpful techniques, cost saving measures, and pointed out key issues/concerns with the other piping in the bathroom. The sincerity, trust, and fairness is something we all look for, but with Your plumber and sons it's a guarantee. read more

Anthony was awesome today! He was prompt, transparent, knew the area and houses well which is helpful with plumbing history. He added a water pressure valve that was never added by the previous owner and he fixed a few details that were left over from the contractors on the renovation. I felt the price was fair and we really enjoyed how thorough he was in checking our plumbing and was very educational! We learned a lot! Definitely our go to plumber from now on! read more

Eric (the owner) is top notch, authentic, and honest. I gave him a call to ask for a rough estimate to fix a plumbing issues we were having. Without him coming out, or sending someone else out, he was able to troubleshoot my problem successfully. He saved me a few hundred dollars in plumbing cost without even coming to my home. Highly recommend Your Plumber and Sons! read more

I love honest businesses, and Your Plumber and Sons is one of them based on our experience. We were having issues with one of our bathrooms and called in the professionals. On the day of our appointment, the plumbing was working fine. (We used drain cleaner the night before the visit.) After spending about 25 minutes looking at our plumbing, our technician couldn't find any issues. Instead of performing unnecessary work and charging us, he gave us some helpful advice and left us his card, not a bill. That is exactly the kind of company that I will go back to and recommend to others. read more

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They were thorough, polite, and incredibly cost effective. I now have a new plumber who is much more skilled and available than Michael and Son. I'm done with them and have moved on to Your Plumber and Sons! read more

I had a water heater leak which was on its last legs. I needed someone to come quick as we had freezing cold water. Anthony and his colleague came out the same day and had me ready with hot water by next day. Everything looks perfect. They gave me a very fair price below several other estimates. I have a lot of peace of mind now. I felt so comfortable with them that I had them replace my way too old sump pump along with backup battery. Again their price was lower than other estimates. And the work done is professional and top notch. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. read more

I was about to leave for work this morning and noticed a leak coming from my ceiling. I noticed good reviews for Your Plumber and Sons on Yelp so I decided to give them a try. I called at 9am and they were able to get to me at 11am as promised. I live in a multi-level condo unit so finding the leak was a challenge. However, Anthony was able to track the leak and discovered the leak was caused by my neighbor's busted water heater. This company was punctual, professional, and cleaned up the mess as best as they could. Would definitely use them again. read more

These guys are great... every time! Easy to work with, Quick response, competent and pleasant. I have used them multiple times and they always fix the problem at a fair price. Twice I have had to call them in to fix issues (garbage disposal and dryer vent) caused by other people... wish I had called them first. Don't hesitate to call them! read more

This is my go-to service provider for all my plumbing related repairs. I've used them a few times, and their professionalism, quality of work, punctuality, attentive care, and value are above any expectations. Pricing/rates are fair and they take care of you esp for repeat customers. They've worked around my schedule even during outside-normal-hours. They've come out, replaced parts and repaired my kitchen sink for free...just as an appreciation for my loyalty. Can't beat that kind of care. I'm grateful to have them in my contact. Had a spot on my ceiling that I was pretty sure was a leak. These guys are the best! Had them install a bathroom vanity and it was excellent service and a fair price. My go to plumber from now on!

I called and Erik set me up for someone to help me fix our clogged drain in the kitchen and laundry room that day. Brad arrived and was amazing. He was so nice and even loved our two very large dogs without any problems. He fixed everything and cleaned up after himself. If I ever have another plumbing problem I will call them, OH and the price was very reasonable for what he had to do and the time he spent here. 5 stars for sure! read more

We have called Eric for all our plumbing needs since 2000, and have had unusually good experiences almost every time. We live in Herndon now and he has made himself readily available to us even though he is in Centreville. We initially found him when we were comparing costs to replace our leaky outdoor faucets. Eric did it for less than 20% of what other plumbers quoted. He has been very quick/responsive during emergencies without charging extra. He also educates us about how to handle more simple issues that we call him in for, so we can handle them ourselves in the future. There are times we thought we needed a major costly repair, and he fixed the issue with a simple washer and a nominal fee. I feel he is extremely honest and won't charge you for services you don't need. I am always quick to recommend him to others and dozens of friends/family have been impressed. read more

Contacted these guys out of the blue to fix a few things in our new house. They came out very quickly for a free no obligation quote and were able to complete the work right then and there. Wow! These guys are awesome. I called them this morning to replace a leaking drain pipe in my kitchen that was sending water into my first floor hallway. They estimated that they'd be here around noon and showed up shortly after. They were super courteous, knew exactly where the problem was located, and were conservative about how much of the wall they cut out to make the repair. When it came time to pay, I was very pleasantly surprised. I had already figured the bill would be equivalent to my mortgage payment this month, but I'm happy to report that the bill was barely equivalent to a car payment! Would use again. Highly recommend. read more
