In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. Click Construction stepped in during a very difficult time and helped restore not just our home, but our peace of mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've attached before-and-after photos so you can see the incredible transformation for yourself. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

The owner Justin was great to work with, communicated almost daily, and stopped by the house frequently to check on the progress of the work and answer any questions or concerns I had. Selvin the team lead is a true craftsman, knows his stuff, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. Others on the team worked equally hard and they have all been with Calabrese for at least 10 years. I was pleased to see the company take their time and do a quality job instead of a rushed one like you often see. They addressed each of my concerns and the results speak for themself. The quality of the selections for flooring, cabinetry, etc were very good. I think they work best with smaller renovations. They also do not do HVAC and so radiator systems and moving radiators need to be monitored. Bill was responsive from my initial outreach to him for the quote and he finished the project on schedule (and in line with budget). When in doubt, they asked questions rather than making assumptions and they offered their recommendations along the way. Very nice guys and very nice work.

We walked in to see what they carried, it's been a while since i went appliance shopping and I almost walked out with a new washer/dryer set. Sami and his colleagues were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances. I naturally gravitated towards the newer ones with all the bells and whistles. They sell a washer/dryer in one...I knew these existed, but it was nice seeing it up front. They are having a grand opening sales and gift card rebates until the ~25th of August. One thing to note is that they do charge for the accessories, which is essentially covered by the gift card rebates and instant sales. Anyone in the market for new appliances should definitely check out this store and take advantage of the sales and gift cards. There is plenty of parking available in front of the store, also shared by neighboring stores.

This experience has honestly been the worst experience I have had with a business so I feel I need to share with other consumers. We purchased all new kitchen appliances from Bray & Scarff and spent approximately $8,500. From the very beginning, this experience has been a nightmare. Nearly every appliance delivered was damaged, forcing us to reject multiple deliveries and wait for replacements. This alone caused weeks of disruption and frustration. The worst issue, however, was the complete incompetence of their installer. When installing our new refrigerator, the installer failed to properly connect the water line, causing an active leak that went unnoticed for 2-3 weeks. By the time we discovered it, significant damage had already occurred to our home. Bray & Scarff sent someone to inspect the damage and acknowledged the issue, stating they would submit a claim to their insurance carrier, Travelers. That is where the accountability ended. Travelers has been unresponsive, dismissive, and obstructive. Phone calls go unanswered, and we are repeatedly told to file a claim with our own homeowners insurance instead -- despite this damage being caused by Bray & Scarff's installer. This would unfairly raise our insurance premiums and shift responsibility away from the party that caused the damage. The combination of damaged products, negligent installation, property damage, and insurance runaround is unacceptable. We trusted Bray & Scarff with a major home purchase and were met with carelessness and refusal to take responsibility when it mattered most. If you value your home, your time, or your peace of mind, do not use Bray & Scarff. We are now exploring formal complaints and legal options.

Primary emphasis was a layout that could evolve over time and recapturing some floorspace. Start to finish was 3-4 weeks. This included tearing out popcorn ceiling, wiring in ~11 new recessed lights, new flooring, new kitchenette, small updates to a guest bathroom, painting all the things (including a chalkboard 1/3 wall) and a redesigned fascia for our fireplace. It also included a "secret room" for the kiddo that Quinn took on as a personal project, as we've been juggling complex medical issues for a few years. Needless to say that resulted in a lot of smiles and it has been getting a ton of use. The plywood in the secret room is 3/4" and we plan to add some rock climbing grips to it in the future. Pearl and Monica were easy to communicate with and any issues (ex: some painting needed to be revisited) were handled promptly. They were very flexible with pricing and really went out of their way to make this work for us. I'm deeply appreciative of the work they did for our child and the flexibility they demonstrated with some of my last-minute design tweaks. This is an easy recommend from me.

But once we scheduled the appointment with CKB, lots of other projects popped up with our old, new house: knocking pipes when the hot water is on, an old fireplace mantle with water damage behind it, a wall-mounted tv that the previous owners stuck right into flammable insulation. But it didn't matter! Quinn, Cherie, and Carlos completed our whole list within ONE WEEK and within our budget. The team painted everything from ceilings to baseboards and covered up the previous yellow and navy blue paint! They completely replaced the damaged drywall behind our brick fireplace and installed a new electrical outlet for the wall mounted tv, in addition to adding fireproof insulation! And they fixed our knocking pipes by cutting into our walls and spray foaming around the culprits. Totally professional and on time every day. It was great! Can't wait to have them back to renovate our old bathrooms.

The first was for the total refurbishment and modernization of our kitchen. This second 5-Star review is for the total refurbishment and modernization of our two upstairs main bathrooms that was recently completed. The bathrooms project was more complicated and costlier than the whole kitchen project. The attached collage of pictures put together by our film editor daughter tells the story. The collage also shows additional floor, wall and baseboard tile work accomplished in a third bathroom. This time around we had the same designer/program manager team Feliz and Nick, but the onsite production manger was Milton who only had a minor roll in the kitchen remodel. We were initially skeptical in this change, due to our prejudice for the outstanding success of the kitchen project. Our fears were almost immediately allayed, and we are so impressed by the results of Team Milton. The quality of work, functionality and aesthetics of the two remodeled bathrooms exceeded our expectations. Additional credit is due to Milton's expertise, recommendations, and patience with us. It is of significant note that this was a totally different production team and validates that Prime Custom is not a one pony show. Whoever shows up will do an outstanding job and exceed the customer's expectations in quality of work, cooperation, cleanliness, and fortitude. We highly recommend that you put Vienna Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath (Prime Custom) on your bidders list.

We finalized everything, signed the contract...and then entered remodeling hell. The individual assigned as "project manager" was incompetent and spoke virtually unintelligible English. The workers were rude and left the worksite a disaster each day. I heard them complaining about our dog (and we were careful to keep her away from them). After one day of chaos we left to stay with family for a week and things rapidly deteriorated. Problems popped up (as they will) and I was left dealing with the project manager and their broken English, only to learn they felt I was the problem for leaving the house in their hands while the demolition took place. They ordered the wrong flooring tile. They mismeasured cabinets (leading to a SIX WEEK DELAY due to their error, with no compensation for the disruption). I watched as they laid the floor tile, asking about proper backing board as the previous owner had retiled without the proper backing board. I was told all was fine. 6 months after the project was done I found five cracked tiles. The workers they hired to paint - idiots. They messed up edging of paint leaving crooked lines. In one place, the color I thought was correct (okay, my error) was obviously not correct but they said nothing. The only contractor I thought was good was the electrician and shortly after "completion", I had to call my regular electrician to reinstall a power outlet that kept pulling loose. We HAD planned, based on our initial experience, to use this company to remodel two master baths. At the end of our (3-4 week estimated) 4 month plus project we just wanted them out of our house. We would never use them again, let alone recommend to our worst enemy. Stay away from this company. Stay far, far away.

I asked what cabinet distributors they used and she couldn't give me a name, she said they use many. I then asked what the difference would be between getting a particular cabinet color (not knowing what my options were or what would be in stock without a company name), and she said custom vs semi custom are just words and that it's all pretty much custom so it wouldn't make a difference. Upon asking a few more questions, she proceeded to tell me "I'm not sure if you saw, but our company has almost a 5-star review and that's almost unheard of". I didn't know what to make of it, but considering what some of their reviews mentioned, I felt as though we were going to get the same treatment. She said she'd get back to me by Friday with a quote and a visual of the kitchen updates-- it was Tuesday that day. We gave her a call that Friday afternoon to follow up and she insisted that the cabinet company was taking a while and that she'd get back to us by Monday the latest if not over the weekend. We waited and got nothing so my husband called her the following Wednesday without ever hearing from her. She continued to reassure us that she hasn't forgotten about us and that she'd get back to us by Monday for sure. It's now been 21 days and we got no updates or any communication from them. It's clear that this is a pattern for them and I'd advise someone looking to get work done by someone reliable and honest to look elsewhere.
