Parts came in after not having a washer for two weeks. He puts the parts in and still doesn't work. So now we will be waiting again for parts and hope they can fix this. Here's the problem with Bray and Scarf. Good luck with anyone picking up the phone at the service department. If they do answer they are less than helpful. I called the store several times in Sterling and asked for the manager to call me. Still has not called. They take no ownership in their products they sell. I think Bray and Scarf used to have a good reputation years ago. But that's clearly over. I will never buy anything from this company again. Sadly you get better service at the big box chains. Update: The repair technician came to my house, and the parts he brought did not fix the machine. GE advises ordering additional parts. I called Centricity, the warranty company (All warranty claims go here). They told me that Bray and Scarf have not yet sent them the request for repairs. This is 4 days later. Additionally, the technician informed us that Bray and Sacrf do not determine when they reach a decision on whether the machine is unrepairable. However, Centricity told me that it is the technician from Bray and Scarf who makes that determination. So clearly, no one wants to accept any responsibility So, I called the service department, and again, I could not get through to anyone. Waited on hold several times, then was disconnected. So I called the corporate number, and the receptionist told me that they are "checking the lines." I assume she meant there is a technical issue. However, this has been my experience over the past several weeks: no one in the service department answers the phone. Also, the manager from the Sterling VA store has not returned my call.

All the other contractors I got estimates from wouldn't do that. It greatly reduced the project cost risk and we could visualize our bathroom before we started the build. Luba is a great designer and did a wonderful job working with us to develop our dream project, a renovation of our top floor bathrooms. The construction team, led by Hector and Hugo, did a wonderful job keeping us informed throughout, with daily updates and not working without getting concurrence if there was a question on what to do. The team was very clean and did their best to mitigate dust. They required a storage area in the garage and it was kept very tidy throughout the work. Supply chain issues due to COVID-19 were a problem but Luba and the company kept us informed throughout. It took a bit longer than we expected but the end result was outstanding. We had a very minor issue with the grout at the end but it was quickly resolved. If I were to offer any constructive feedback it would be to assist with the funding deadlines. We never received an email on when to send payment. I would just sort of make up the date in my head based on the contract and show up with a check. I'd recommend using a cashier's check so you have a receipt for yourself as I didn't get one from the company despite asking multiple times for one. Overall I would hire them again, would recommend them to others, and trust them with any renovation work we have in the future.

His showroom has a wonderful selection of flooring material and I was able to find one that suited my house perfectly. Communication - Excellent and prompt. Sasan communicates clearly via phone or text and will let you know what to expect and when. If I had a question, he was quick in getting back to me. He gave me a call at the end of each project day to check how I felt and if I had any feedback. I very much appreciated how much he cared that my project was done right and to my satisfaction. Quality of work: Again, wonderful. Both the flooring team and the carpentry team were quick and efficient. They always arrived on time and were very polite! On top of finally getting a design we wanted Shawn's quote was so competitively priced we knew he was the right choice. Shawn was so responsive over email, phone and even text. In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

Quality Kitchen Remodeling!…read more Floors & Kitchen in Sterling, VA completely remodeled our 1990s-vintage kitchen, including tearing out poorly designed pantries and re-positioning the appliances to provide a better cooking workflow. We had a pleasant, professional, and flawless experience from start to finish. The second-best part was that Ray's crew started on time and finished within the three-week schedule - amazing! This was a massive job - starting with knocking out walls to open up the kitchen and enlarge storage space, removing false fronts at the ceiling to allow ceiling height cabinets, and shifting appliances to provide a more natural workflow for cooking. Then sanding, priming, and painting the walls and trim and refinishing the hardwood floor. A total kitchen makeover. Ray worked with us patiently and provided objective guidance as we selected our cabinets, countertops, and all of the bright-work. He developed design plans where we could see different attributes of the cabinets and changes to the workflow - and made changes in real time. Ray was also quick to point out the advantages and disadvantages of different cabinet manufacturers and countertop components. From the outside, Floors & Kitchens looks small, but Ray has a wide variety of kitchen cabinets and flooring, and can get products from anywhere. I would not go anywhere else for ultra-high quality kitchen remodeling and re-design. I paid a very reasonable price for truly top-notch work - and that's a combination that is hard to find anywhere.

I ordered all my flooring a month in advance and was told no problem for my target installation dates. I stressed that timing was crucial since it was a full renovation and the floors would be the last piece before I moved in. I literally booked the movers based on our agreed upon timeframe. When I called to confirm that everything was on track, oh yeah one of the floors I selected was out of stock, come reselect. I was reassured that the time frame was no problem. I called again the week before to give hard dates, and now there are issues. When I reminded him this was not an option, we agreed to have two of the three levels installed, causal flooring in the basement, carpet on the third floor and stairs, with the hardwood on the main level being pushed a few days. The installation of engineered flooring in the basement is not great, the flooring is not tight, the carpet installation was fine. The main floor hardwood was a nightmare. They got to the end and found a problem that meant they needed to pull some of it up and "level" the subfloor. According to the owner it would be an extra $500 and they would level the subfloor with new plywood, etc. they were supposed to do this work the day before the movers, they no showed. Then they were supposed to do it the morning of the move, they showed up saw workers in the kitchen and left to comeback in the afternoon. That meant they had my floor open while the movers were trying to get furniture in. Their fix was cutting the plywood, literally hacking at the floor joists ( there were chunks of wood in my storeroom underneath) and putting back the old plywood. Of course there was not enough flooring to complete the job so it was almost another month before the job was finished. I also pointed out the excessive use of nails on the step edges, the owner told be they would fill them and I would not notice. He lied.
